How I Style My Curtain Bangs With The Dyson Airwrap

Hey everyone and welcome back to my channel. I hope you guys are super well, thank you for being patient. I am back and yeah i'm back with a new video. I'Ve got my weekly vlog going live on sunday, um, so yeah, i'm back. I had a nice week off and yeah i'm ready to go again, so i thought i would kickstart with a hair video, because i know you guys are big fans of my hair and because i've been honestly absolutely loving the dyson air app. I use it daily. Um i've actually got a video dedicated to the dyson air app, which is on my youtube already. If you want to check it out, but yeah today, i thought i would actually just kind of focus on how i style my bangs and show you guys so at the moment, they're kind of just a bit straight and yeah nothing's really happening with them. I haven't actually done my hair, yet this is just kind of my leftover curls, which i did yesterday. So actually they don't look too bad and i sleep in my silk hair wrap so yeah, but i need to just touch up my bangs as you can see. They are getting a longer it's great, um, so yeah. So i thought i would just show you guys what i do so i'm going to start by spritzing my bangs with just some water and i'm going to try and not get it all over my face. So i'm just wetting my bangs, because i always find the dyson air app works better when your hair is wet um, but to be fair, the dyson air wrap does still work on dry hair, but i feel like it holds better if your hair is just a Little bit damp so we'll just damp my fringe, okay and then i'm just going to section the back part of my hair away. So we are literally just focusing on my bangs, so i've clipped back my hair and i've got my bangs out ready to be styled. So i'm taking two different sized barrels: i've got the 20 millimeter, i think it's 20 millimeter or 30 and 40 or 20 and 30.. I can't remember, but i will comment below which one it is. I don't actually think it says on there, but yeah. I think it's like 20 and 30., so i'm going to start with the thirsty one first and i'm going to hook it up to my nice and air wrap. So i'm just going to pop that on so we are going this way around. So all i'm going to do is turn it on and i'm going to be creating a volume here. So i kind of want to create a bit of a kind of that kind of u shape. So i'm going to be putting it under here like this. So, as you can see already, i've got lift and volume at the root and then what i'm going to do is put the dyson air up this way round and kind of curl it under at the front like so so it's already taking shape, then we're going To flick it around this way, i'm going to turn it on and i'm going to kind of do this motion and it's going to bring the hair wrapping around, because i kind of want to create a little bit of a kink on the ends like so so It'S already kind of getting that swooping motion, i'm going to switch heads now to the thinner one we're going to do exactly the same again, but this one is just great to get these shorter bits up the front. Another thing i like to do as well is when i've got the hair wrapped around kind of bring the dyson air out backwards like so brush it through. So, as you can see, it's already taking shape, we've just got these little end bits here that need to flick around this way a little bit more. So i'm going to go in again this time, i'm holding the dyson air up like this. It'S kind of like you're curling, your fringe and, as you can see, i'm really achieving that swooping motion and i've got a lot of volume and yeah. It'S super quick and easy to do it's just about getting the right head and also the right angle in which you're aiming out so yeah. So, just to recap, you need to start here to create volume. You can do it with the um small one. Then you go to this angle, then you do the same angle but going backwards and then to finish off and get that last little curl, like that swoop, you kind of essentially hold it straight and it's kind of like you're curling, your hair, like so so easy Right, i'm going to quickly do this side and then quickly finish the back of my hair and i will show you guys the finished look faith in the light that you share. You like the sign who am i to think i will be if you were mine. I'Ve been walking, i can is right. Hair is all done. I like to just up my curls by just kind of running my hands up through the hair, just breaking them up a little bit, and then i'm going to take some of the velvet gelatine from redken. This is a cushioning blow dry gel, but i actually kind of like using it as a bit of a hair gel like it's quite light on the hair and it doesn't dry hard. It'S really really nice. So i kind of just put it in my hands and i just flatten all my like little hairs that are poking out like all the little flyaways it's a great product for that put a little bit over my bangs and then i grab some hairspray. This one is from amica: this is the fluxus touchable hairspray. So again, it's not going to dry hard, it's going to feel lightweight and make your hair still feel like super silky and soft. So i just spritz that over just to hold my curls and then again over the bangs and i kind of like do this motion. I like use my thumbs to kind of push the bangs forward and then open out that way, and this is how i style my bangs. So then, when i tuck my hair around my ear, my bangs, you know they'll fall out, but they'll sit really nicely to frame my face so yeah guys. This is how i style my bangs with my dyson air, wrap obsessed and yeah. It'S just honestly. I cannot rave about the dyson air wrap enough. It'S really been helping me get my hair back to a good condition. You know it is heat, but if you're using a heat protection spray and also you're not actually applying like a proper like ceramic heated plate on your hair, it's just hot air blowing out and yeah. It'S so quick to do, and i mean, as you guys can probably see my hair is my hair is getting back to a good condition. It'S getting thicker, it's growing and yeah. Honestly, i just love how it frames my face when i do my bangs that way, but yeah thanks so much guys for watching. I hope this was super helpful.
