How to Qear Clip in Bangs - How to Trim Clip in Bangs - How to Straighten or Curl non-heat-safe

1. Measure the bangs. Usually they come extra long so you can customize. These are 8in out of the box.

2. Measure your forehead to get an idea of what you want.

3. Pull back your bio-hair.

4. Clip in the too long bangs.

5. Section out both side pieces as these tendrils should stay long.

6. Section out the middle portion that you will be trimming.

7. Comb, then twist the hair and trim a small bit.

8. Comb out and decide if more trimming is needed.

9. Repeat (Remember a little long is better)

10. Carefully use a barely warm unplugged straighter or curler (about 110 degrees) to get the hair to go the direction you want.

11. Clip in and wear with bio hair, a wig or a topper.

Mine came from CVS. I have seen similar at Walgreens, Walmart, Target and your local beauty supply store.

Synthetic fiber feels like nice quality. Clips work well. If looking at the top of your head you can clearly see the line of wear fake hair starts, but that is expected. Wefted hair but folded down so the weft and backing are not seen. Decent amount of hair in this piece. Color is a solid medium brown with no highlights.

Hi there I thought I'd bring you another, really quick, wig review this time. It is about bangs clip in fake bangs. So if you are struggling with hair loss - or you aren't patient enough to deal with the constant trimming of real bangs or growing out process, if you decide you don't like them, a good way to experiment is to just buy some really cheap, clip-in bangs. These are the cheapest you can get. Basically, there are nine or ten dollars hello. This is Athena um, so clip-in bangs. If you're wanting to go to the store and wear these straight out of the box, that's not gon na work for two reasons: one in the package for these. They were like this, so they curved strangely to the side and they're. Also, very long now, they're meant to be very long. They'Re meant to be trimmed to fit each person's face. Everyone has a different sized forehead and needs a different size link. So they give you a lot to work with, depending on what it is you're wanting to do with it. This is synthetic, it is not heat safe, so we will have to be very careful with it. If you use a really really low curling iron, you can straighten out or straightener straighten this out and get it to curve just a little bit to fit your face. The way you want, if you want to spend a little more money than the ten dollars, then you can just get a full wig like what I have on now. This is a Revlon wig in the color cherry cola and it already came with bangs and I had to trim those bangs because that's what you always have to do is trim the bangs. Now you can also get a wig that doesn't have fangs and trim those bangs into it yourself. I have a video about that. So when you get your bangs you're going to need to trim them, these are clearly too long. So first we're going to measure these bangs, so you have an idea what you'll be getting so the middle part is about six inches and then the sides which are slightly longer on purpose are about eight inches. And that's because you have signed pieces to your hair. Not just straight bangs, now we're going to take this wig. I have on and measure the bangs that I have and they come out to about four and a half inches. So that just gives me an idea and then we're going to take this off and pull my bio hair back, because you don't want to trim any of that. Okay and then we're going to use the clips to clip these in to place. And you have to put the little clips in and then the top clip so totally workable, how they aren't right. So now we are going to take these side pieces and separate those out. So what we're left with is this and make sure they're straight dish, we're going to twist them and then trim them and we're going to trim a little at a time just to be careful. But now, let's see how it is still too long name is just trim a smidge, so that is much closer and now we're just going to go in and do some point cutting, which is just cutting up and down, maybe trim this side a little more now. The twisting is just to make it fall a little more realistically and not have like jaggedy bits. Okay, so now that I have trimmed the majority of these bangs to the link that I want, we are going to be very careful, because this is not heat safe, and I didn't tell you to do this, but this is how I do it as I warm Up a flat iron or curling iron, then I unplug it so that it is as cool as possible, but still just barely warm and you're not going to hold it in one place, you're just going to try to get it to go the way you want, and In my case, I'm trying to fix this, which is kind of going the wrong direction, and I give it a go and try it again. And then, if you need to plug your Flatiron back in again for a second to heat, it up and then unplug it again, and I can see if that one is straightening out more the way I want it now you can use a steamer and a curler To do this as well, but not everybody has a steamer, it's doing a little better. Alright, let's go ahead and try these back on alright. Here we are with the final bangs, not bad, even with my bio hair. So pretty happy with these are kind of cute kind of fun, something to wear in the summer if you want. So if you like these type of tutorials, please leave me a comment below and what else you'd like to see how to do and as always thank you for watching and then my next video after this I'm gon na get a slightly more expensive version of clip-in. Bangs that are a little more high quality, so stay tuned for that one

novielle34: I was afraid to cut my clip in bangs, but I finally just went for it. It turned out great, thank you!

Marie S: Thank you for the video. My hair is too thin in back so it's obvious that I am wearing fake bangs. The longer side pieces blend in nicely with my bio hair but the bangs don't come with extra hair in back to help blend them in. I've tried combing some of the bang backwards and also tried using a headband but neither work very well.
