Hello, oh gosh, um right so uh. You must be in the emergency appointment. Okay, well, darling! Your hair looks terrible. You look terrible, but don't worry, i'm going to fix it for you, okay! Well, i'm going to do the best i can so if you want to take a seat. Okay, it's a good job. I'Ve been sharpening up my tools because your hair looks like a bird's nest. Okay, right, i'm just going to i'm just going to get a closer look. Oh gosh, it looks close up. Oh okay, okay! Yes, i think we're going to need to cut quite a lot off. Um, oh gosh, okay, yeah! Quite a lot. It'S going to need to go, but don't worry because we can give you a really nice style that will grow out lovely it. Well, i mean, with your face, shape and everything it will i'll do the best. I can do. Okay. Okay, let me just have a look around the back gosh, it's worse at the back, okay, i know i'm not helping, but it just really is quite a shock. I haven't seen someone with hair as bad as yours for a long time, um, which i suppose is a bit of an achievement. If you want to see it that way, okay, but we really do need to sort it out. Um, did anyone tell you it? Was this awful? Oh, my gosh! Well sweetie you have terrible friends and even worse, hair but um. I can fix one of those things for you. The friends you're gon na have to sort that on your own. Okay, oh no! Okay! We'Re gon na need to give you a big cut above here. Okay, because all this is dead, we're talking full-on bird's nest. You could lose your keys in your hair, so that's gon na have to go. Let me look at the back yep. The back is terrible. Yep, there's nothing really that could be done about that. So, okay, do you want to just talk me through the history of your hair in about the last month? Okay, and how many times have you dyed it? Oh gosh? Okay, you must really want to look terrible because that's her death, you the amount of times you've tied it. Oh my gosh, okay, okay, the color is ugly, it's ugly as hell so um. The best thing i can probably do is just remove the color and then we'll see from there. Okay, you've got lots of color build up, said, you've dyed it 20 times in the last month. It'S beyond me how you still have hair well soon. It will be mostly gone, but did you do it yourself with box tie? You should never use box dye. You should always go to a stylist and a professional have your hair now. So it's fine yeah, your roots. Are your roots have gone through and they're quite dark? Aren'T they let's see? Well, yes, that's better than being light and the rest of your hair being dark, because there is no way we complete your hair, you we would just have to shave your head at this point. So that's one good thing: you won't need to shave your head, but i swear if you die after this. Do not come back here. I will not fix it for you. You'Ve ruined your entire life at that point so and i will not fix it. So promise me, you will not touch it after today: okay, okay, right, okay, so i'm going to first remove the color, because that will slightly slightly make your hair a little bit drier and what you want to do is cut it first, because somewhere just damaging the Ends that have been newly cut and we just have to cut more off, so i could do that first, so i know what you're thinking this looks rather victorian. Well, that's the because i use is actually quite an old recipe, but it's infused with newer um, newer liquids. I suppose to enhance it. No a lot of the old methods are terrible, but this one, this one seems to do pretty good. So this by the way, is um top secret. So do not go telling other sounds about this. Okay, all right! You want to close your eyes: okay, okay, okay, around the back, we're going to leave that on for a while. Gradually we should start to see the build up of color start to wash away. Remember top secret, i'm not going to tell you what's in it. So, okay, let me just rub that in we're going to do the best that we can for you, okay, good massage at the back goddess, is coming out already. So that's good! What on earth made you want to dye your hair green? Well, i like green as you can see, but your kind of green is just like vomit green, not a good choice. Sweetie, to be honest, not a good choice. I suppose you're trying to be trendy, but it probably didn't come off as you wanted it to. Yes. Well, green, i have one currently: it's called sea witch green. It'S very nice vegan head, it's top of the range you know and it's very very kind to her, but leave your hair alone. After this, you promised we're going to try and restore your hair with as little damage as possible and since you'll be growing it out, you know to make it healthy. We should try and restore your hair to its natural color so that when it grows out, you don't get awful roots. So do not ask me to dye your hair, this green, because you're better off, leaving it natural for now and then eventually. Maybe if you want to come back, i might do it for you, but that will have to be next year now: okay, okay, oops! I'M sorry! I just popped you in the face just hold still right, just massaging it into your hairline at the front and to make sure it gets everywhere bye right. So how many colors did you diet in the month right and you thought it was a good idea to have black hair and then bleach it? Let me guess: it came out, brassy didn't it. Yes, i thought so well, don't worry han because quite often it's easy to get bored with our hair and take advantage of it being healthy, but once it goes crappy it's such a shame. So all right, i think we can cut it now. I have three different pets, they're all different. We all need these to cut to the ends, because your hair is very thick very badness like we use these, then we will refine the cut with these style with these okay. Okay, are you ready? Okay? Let me just try to comb. Do you hear that noise? That'S! The noise me struggling could be more diverse. Okay, oh right! Well, i cut off more than i would maybe have liked, but trust me you'll. Thank me for it. Okay, the other side. Can you just? Please keep your head still trying to work a miracle here: you're lucky, i'm not just shaving it off. You wouldn't suit a shaved head, no offense, okay! Okay! I have what uh stupid books. Yes, it's very, very humid in here, which is probably not helping your current situation right. Okay, that's it for these i'm going to add some layers, because your hair is mostly all right at this length, but there are some quite a few dead dead bits sort of in the middle. So i'm going to just add some layers in for you. So it looks thicker and healthier, so i'm just going to okay, i'm just going to come on back one. Second, okay, that looks better. It looks better. There is hope for you. After all, i'm just gon na. Do the front. Okay! Take it off! Yes, i need you to shake the dead hair out. Please, okay, it's a lot better! It'S much better! Okay! Next step! I want you to get a good look at these, because these are the things going to save you they're, very, very sharp. So i want you to keep your head very, very still because these will cut through an ear like it's butter, so i need you to stay very, very still so. Okay, it's giving you some very casual bangs at the front. Layering looks very nice and now we're going to let your hair dry the rest on its own, because we don't want to use any heat on your hair because we don't want to kill it off after all that effort. So, yes, it looks a lot better. We'Ll see when it's when it's fully dry, the color has washed away some, but we all need to rinse it in a moment. But for now we need to wait for it to dry just so. We know where we're at color wise. So if you want to just go and take a seat over there, then i will collect you soon and then i will rinse it out for you, okay, okay, yes, okay, so off you pop over there i'll come and collect you soon.
