Faux Bob Hairstyle Tutorial ~Fake Short Hair

I love having the best of both worlds... meaning not having to cut my hair just to rock a bob :D
This a quick and easy look that anyone with any length hair could achieve within minutes!!! I'm going to be rocking this look for the holidays.
I love wearing this look when I have a cute top that has a great neckline or a "sexy" back and I don't want my hair to get in the way of look.

Why cut your hair when you can have the best of both worlds? As you can see, I have really long hair back and wear it short whenever I'd like for this simple tutorial, all you'll need is some elastic bands and bobby pin. So if you have thicker hair, I've used more elastics to create more ponytails. But for me I'm using one and I'm going to loosen it to make it more voluminous as well as more messy if any of your layers fall out and that's even better. So don't worry, I'm going to roll my ponytail. All the way in this will create a lot more volume, as well as going to make the bobby pins latch on better. So when you're putting in the bobby pins, be sure to put in in crisscross motion, meaning one bobby pin on one side than the another on another, so making sure that it locks and it won't fall down, that's it and at the end, just kind of loosen Up your layers at the top to create more body, and as you can see, all you have to do is make sure that it's really secure and shake your head around just to make sure before you leave the house, and I like to do - is I like To kind of pull out some of the layers to make it look more natural and that's it. 03jaylove: This in my opinion isn't the best way ....just rolling your hair up and pinning it is itchy!! Not to mention if you don't do it right you'll just be afraid to move your head from side to side all day.
EmJustLikeYou: I would braid your hair all the way down starting from half way past your neck and then roll the braid up and tuck it under the same way in the video :D
