If you guys watched my last video, you guys saw for this really short Bob look, so we're gon na go for the same look today and you guys can see my hair grows so much along and these inside ago, so T is like the sleeve always play The shape y'all again, you hey y'all, so I just left gifted sweet with another slay again I love love, love, my hair. I love it it's. He is always good. I recommended several people to tea, and that is just honestly how I feel about her. I'Ve been going to her since I was 17 and she's always slayed my hair. I was never disappointed with anything that she's done to my hair. Honestly, I've never been. I'Ve never walked out feeling disappointed about a haircut color awash like nothing takes her time and, most importantly, it is such an experience with her. I find that customers really really care about experience. It'S not just about how good you are at a service or how great and excellent your product is. Customers really really yearn and want experience whether they're shopping online, whether they're shopping in the store, and so, if you're, not giving your customer the experience that they want me they're, not gon na, be as willing to invest a nice penny in you, and so every time I go there, it's always a very, very enjoyable experience with her. We have great conversations. We laugh together - and it's not just me sitting in the chair, Moo her, not saying anything to me and just doing my hair, taking my money and going on about her business and going on to the next client. So she literally takes her time with, with each of her clients I listen to how she interacts with their clients. I listen to how she just is with them and there's such a personal there's such a connection that she has with her customers. That, I think, is really really important, you're looking to be an entrepreneur one day or if you are currently an entrepreneur working yourself up from the ground. That is the best advice that I could really give just from. Like personal experience, just from me working in a boutique, I really really noticed that that is such a important factor for customers when they are shopping, and so I was also just talking to one of my friends the other night about this. She was telling me how she just went to the nail salon to get her nails done and I was asking her: do you go to a specific lady, or do you just switch it up whenever you go or go to whoever and she was telling me that There'S this one, lady, that's really really good and she like it really really does a good job on her nails, and so she was going on to say that they um, even though the person does a really good job on her nails, she doesn't speak. She doesn't say anything the whole time she gets her nails done with this person and that's another thing like people really really enjoy paying for experience, people really really enjoy when a person is interacting with youth. Now, the only time I could care less about so much interaction is when I am getting a full-body massage, I'm not having a full-blown conversation with you. When I'm getting my massage, I could care less cuz. I really don't want to talk. I want to focus on feeling good feeling, amazing feeling relaxed and if I'm talking to you, if I'm having a full-blown conversation with you, I'm distracted, I'm not thinking about I'm not even able to enjoy the service or the experience. So, that's probably the only time that I could care less about talking. I really do look forward to a nice experience when I'm getting my hair done when I and cuz I'm just sitting there.
