The first thing Tommy is doing is section hair here off into three sections, as you can see, she's sectioning two at the front one in the back that way she can start from the bottom and work her way to the top. Now you want to make sure you don't cut your hair girl, so make sure you look carefully see where your here ends and that's where you're gon na place your rubber bands now Tommy, don't got long here, so she can have the bobby as short as she Want but make sure you are careful now that you know where you want to place your rubber bands, you're gon na put them right where you want it, then you're, just gon na take the scissors and cut the ends. It'S just that simple. Now, let's just watch as Tommy puts the rubber bands on the ends of her head. Take the scissors cuts. Those ends making sure that this bob is nice and straight and then add an embellishments to make it look and there you have it. That'S the finished. Look.
