Pull Through Braid Hair Tutorial & Hair Extension Giveaway! / Ad

Hi everybody, so today's video is gon na be on how to do the two strand. Pull-Through braid is a super, effective, braid and really really easy to do, and also at the end of this video is a giveaway. So I've already applied my hair extensions, which are the 20 inch ultimate lush hair extensions set in the shade six. One three, I think, but I'll leave it down below, and so you just want to pull your hair over to the side of your choice where you want the braid to be so. I tend to do mine on my right side and your left side. So once you're kind of happy with the side, you just want to take your comb and choose your parting. So again I like to have a middle parting, so I'm just gon na kind of do a rough middle part here and also I want to make sure I've got quite a bit of volume at the top of my braid. So I'm just gon na take my comb and do a little bit of back combing again this is optional. You don't have to do this. Okay, so now I've got a little bit of volume in my hair, I'm just gon na start the braid, so you just want to make sure that you don't have any knots in your hair. These are just second day curls, which I think are perfect. For this look because it just adds a little bit more of texture to it. So for this look, you're gon na need quite a few clear elastic bands. You just want to grab your first elastic band and just tie a ponytail to one side. You want it quite high, so I'm just doing mine just below my ear like, so this looks really good. Then you just want to pull that up a bit and just kind of just pull it out, but we're gon na sort this bit out at the end. So don't worry if you look a bit of energy like me right now, so once I've done that I then want to split the section into two equal pieces. Well, equal enough pieces, and this one is gon na, be the first one I'm going to use. So all you do is take another elastic band like so, and then you just want to kind of leave a little bit just so you've got enough room to work with, so I usually put my elastic band just about there like that. So then you have one section which you've just left and this one has one kind of piece here and then you want to break this into two. So you can just push your fingers through the middle to make like a little gap like that and then once you've got that you just take this bottom piece and pull it through that gap like that, so I know it looks a little bit weird at the Moment, but when we work all the way down, it looks really really effective at the end, so once you've got to kind of hear, you'll notice that you can still see this a bit, so you just want to push this up so how you push it up As you just take two strands of this, and just really just pull it and then just kind of loosen this up a little bit as well, and that's the first part done so again, you just want to take this section. Grab another clear elastic band again. Leave yourself quite a little bit to work with and then I'm going to make a gap in it again and then pull the other section, the room again pulling the bottom part up, and then that's the second part done. So you just want to repeat that all the way down to the bottom. So when you get to the end of your braid, you just want to repeat the last step. So tie off the top part make a little gap in it. Pull the bottom part through and that's the end of the braid it'll stay in just like that. So now, I'm just gon na loosen this up a little bit more we're kind of close to this top part. Here we need to sort this out, so I'm just gon na pull a little bit through like that, and then I'm just gon na take my comb and kind of play around with this a little bit to get it looser, pull up pieces and lift up through Your comb, so when you've got it kind of how you want it, you can just add a little bit more texture to it. So I'm just taking my curling wand and I'm just gon na curl. These bits I've pulled out so when you think you're about done use when I take a bit of hairspray head free it in place and then that's it.
