Tutorial: Gemma Louise Miles Slays Scrunchie, Braid Kit And 22" Five Piece Natural Wavy

Hello, my lovelies, it's so nice to have you back on my channel and if you are new here my name is Gemma and I'm so happy to meet you. So in today's video I'm working with one of my favorite hair extension brands, which is lotta Belle's, you guys must have seen them, because, let me tell you they are incredible. So in this video, I'm gon na be showing you my top 3 summery hairstyles that are quick and easy, because there is nothing worse than spending hours on her hair when we want to go outside and enjoy the Sun. So let's get straight into the video. So the first hairstyle I'm going to show you guys today is one of my absolute favorites and it is the messy bun hairstyle. It'S so quick! So easy! It'S perfect for those hot days where you just don't want hair all in your face or you've woken up. A little bit of a hurry, I'm gon na show you just how easy it is to apply the messy bun. So why not many amazing things about love? Those hair extensions is the range of colors. There are so many colors if you have hair like mine, which is slightly darker on the root and then light on the ends they cater for any hair color. So I've got three different shades in front of me, so I'm going to show you each of them. So you can see a few of the different blonde shades that they offer, so your messy bun will come in a box like this, so I'm just going to show you what they look like. So we have 3 different colors here. This is bleach blonde. This is light blonde, and this one is California blonde. So, as you can see, they're all got different tones in now for any hair down. I would wear this one because the ends of my hair, let me show you the ends of my hair - are very, very, very light, but because I'm gon na be doing my hair up today, I need something that kind of goes with my roots, a little bit More so I'm gon na show you how I apply my messy bun. So, as you can see my hair is, I haven't really done a lot to it. To be completely honest, I've just run the straightness through it encode a few random bits of it. So all of the little buzz hair extensions come pre styled, so you're really not going to need to do a lot to your natural hair, but I would say, try and match your natural hair to your extension. So if you've got way everyone's try and make it a little bit wavy if they're straight try and make your hair straight, it just helps to make them look so much more natural. So to apply my messy bun, all I'm going to use is where's. My hairband gone, so all you're going to need is a hairband. I like to use these really stretchy ones to enable me to get a good bun, some hairspray I like to use this one. It is the strongest and the cheapest hairspray all of the land and a back combing brush. So I'm just going to section my hair back comb, each piece just to give it a little volume and then just put it up in a really messy bun. I like to back comb my hair, even when I'm putting it up, I just find it gives it so much more volume and it really helps it stay in place as well. So once my hair is back combed, I'm just gon na put it up in a very messy bun. Now this usually goes very wrong for me. Unless I'm getting in shower or go into bed, I'm gon na pull all the bits down that I want. So I do want a few little bits down. I mean you could have all your hair up if you wanted it just completely up to you just spend a bit of time just kind of loosening up getting it exactly how you like it. I like there to be quite a few like. I don't really like this bit to be really neat and then messy bun on top, I kind of like it to be like that. So then I'm going to take which color do we think I think this one and this one is the California blonde. So if you have got a dark row with quite a few different tones running through your hair, just chilling with my hair band on then I would suggest the California blonde but, like I said, have a browse through the colors there's loads and loads. And then simply, this is how easy it is, can wigs take the bun and you literally just tie it around your existing burn like so, and then we have hairstyle number one, which is the messy bun. I just think this is amazing for any holidays. You know round the poolside, I mean, isn't that the hardest decision, what to do with your hair when you store a look like glam around the pool on holiday, but you don't want to your hair in your face. This is literally amazing. Oh I'm about to blow your way and tell you the price of this messy bun. Are you ready that meant to be some kind of drum roll? Didn'T really work, 12 pounds, it's 12 pounds? Oh and it gets better. There are so many different ways: you can style a tone now moving on to your hairstyle number, two okay, so the next soil we are going to be trying is three in one braid kit. Now the braid kit doesn't actually come as like a clip-on braid. It'S a kit to give you more hair to create sort of thicker braids. So I ordered this in shade bleach blonde because I like it to match my ends. So I'm just going to unpackage this and show you guys what it's like inside now. I'Ve never ever wear my hair and braids, because I always think that my natural hair just looks too thin, so this might actually convert me to the braid life. Okay. So in the three-in-one braid kit, you get one large West, which has four clips on, and you also get two smaller ones like this two separate ones: okay, so with these braids, I'm gon na do two separate ones. You can't just do one braid down back, but I'll be honest, I'm not that great that do my hair from like behind you not I mean like. I need to be able to see it. So if you're good at those, you could do so many different kind of ones, you could do fishtail parts. You could do like I'll insert some different pictures of the kind of ones that you can do. But the aim of this braid kit is just to give you an extra bit of hair to create a thicker braid. So we have three pieces, so the big four piece I'm gon na put, I think here and then I'm gon na backcomb, the hair over it. So you can't see it and then, with these little two ones, I'm just gon na put these in the middle just each side of my head, just so that my braids are a bit thicker, not gon na lie literally feel like Rapunzel, and I ain't mad about It again amazing for the hot weather, keep all your hair out your face, and I just think they look so nice I'm. Actually I never thought I'd be a braid kind of person. I'Ll be honest, I never thought this would suit me, but now looking at it, I actually love it. I mean you could loosen these bits up a little bit. If you didn't want them as tight to your head, you could make the plats a little bit looser. You could do the fishtail Platts, I mean if I know how to do the fishtail plats. I would be doing them right, but now the amazing thing about these hair extensions. Is you really don't need to be very good at hair? I mean, I don't think I am spectacular at doing hair, and this just shows how very easy these hair extensions are. I mean for someone who can't braid, I think they're pretty good. I think they are pretty good and it's just adding the thickness that we want. If I didn't have these extensions in my plat would be literally about this big, it would be tiny, so I now feel like I can rock braids and not feel like Phil Mitchell. Now they are synthetic hair. So you do need to look after them. You need to brush them. My next hairstyle I'm going to show you is potentially one of my favorites. All of you know if you've watched my videos before I love big curly hair everywhere. Just give me all the hair the neck I'm going to show. You is the five piece natural wavy collection. This is the natural wavy set. I got it in bleach blonde again to match the ends of my hair. Now you don't need to style your hair, a lot for these hair extensions. I would say it just needs to be kind of like just naturally wavy. All I would say you need to do is run over your hair with the curling Tong. Just very loosely I mean mine is almost borderline straight, but I know that it's gon na go with these, because these are a natural curl if they were like a really ringlets. Ikaw you'd obviously have to stow your hair to match the extensions, but I feel like this is gon na be a-ok. Now how I like to apply these hair extensions, is I literally just section off each part of my hair? I will backcomb it and then give it a little hairspray and then clip the extension over the backcomb part. A huge tip for making the extensions look natural in your hair is to always backcomb and hairspray. It gives the clip something to hold onto instead of them. Just sitting in silk hair and then the wind blows and were here you can see your hair extensions, so my biggest tip for wearing any kind of hair extensions would always be to just backcomb that piece of hair and give it a little spray with hairspray. So your hair extensions, they're gon na be like blowing out in the wind or something for applying hair extensions, I'll always just give them a little brush. Just so they're super bouncy and there's no tangles what I will say with these hair extensions also is they are synthetic hair so make sure you brush them as much as possible just to prevent them getting tangley at all. I'M gon na go ahead. I'M just going to section my hair back home hair spray and apply the hair extensions, and I can't wait for you to see them in because these look um bloody, real Wow. So, as you can see, there is so much hair. I still have some more to apply, but the two little bits we have for the front - I'm just gon na pop these just kind of close to my face. So all the hair blends in they don't need to be nee. I kind of just with these little ones I kind of just put them anywhere. That needs a little bit of thickening out and there we go. Oh, my god. I love these. So much do you know what I mean they just. I think they just look. They don't look synthetic, they look so natural, Oh nearly flush to you then, but I love them so much they're also really like beachy wave. So you know if you did want to wear hair extensions to the beach if you're going to like my bail or some other, you want to look a little bit. Glam feel like these would be absolutely perfect. Okay, so there's one more set of hair, which I just have to share with you, and that is the crimped wavy hair. This is one of my favorite sets. I wear it all the time. I'M gon na way to start a few pictures of me wearing it, because the only reason I'm not going to show you this one in today is because I don't have crimped hair and I don't have a crimper. But this is so easy because if you want to wear this hair, all you've got to do the night before is roughly plant your hair, I'm doing the plats in the morning, and it literally matches these hair extensions. These look unreal in they look so natural. These are also 28 pounds and you just get so much hair, so I just wanted to share with you another one of my absolute favorites again.
