Hey guys welcome back to candy's hair diary, wear healthy hair and protective styles or my gym. Okay, so y'all, let's get into this video honey, because i think everybody need this in a lifetime. So it looks like the world is about to kind of open back up. So more people about to start traveling and going on vacated summer, and, let me say, y'all this style right here is the perfect beach style vacation style ever like you want to get some box braids individuals, but you don't want to be sitting there for hours baby. This is what you want. This style right here is so versatile y'all. This is my first time doing box. Braids generally, i would do like the um, the locks or the twists. If you look at my other videos, but let me tell you these box braids these boho box braids, i shall say, have changed my life. So, yes, please believe you will be seeing me do some more towards your what i can't even get it out y'all! That'S how excited i am about this hairstyle, but as y'all can see, you can wear this style. Half up half down all the way down and now y'all can see, i'm pulling it all the way up. I just wanted to go ahead and get that out of the way in the first half of the video. Just so y'all can see off the rip. How versatile this style is y'all, like you, get the same advantage of having regular box braids with this crochet style. Like don't know about it, no ain't, nobody got to know, y'all know how many people have asked me about this style and asked me. Oh i like your bottom squares and i had to say well most of the time i said. Thank you, but sometimes i was like girl. This crochet, yes indeedy, so yeah like y'all, got to get into this video and get into this style because honey, it's giving life so stay tuned. So y'all can see how i achieved this super versatile style, all right, y'all. So, as y'all can see, i've already done my breakdown. This is the infamous braid down that i have came up with um. So you guys just look in my description bar and you will see the link to that breakdown, um detailed video, so you can see exactly what what and how i achieved this look um so yeah. I ordered this hair y'all off of amazon because i just be feeling like i don't know if it's psychological or what, but i feel like amazon, be cheaper than the beauty supply store, because i did go to the beauty, supply store and i've. Seen like the boho box, braids and they're generally, like between nine books to 12 bucks, a pack so and you're getting like, i got six packs. Six packs came in this particular um set from amazon. If i would have bought six packs in the store, i would have literally paid maybe 70 something dollars with tax. This hair y'all, i paid. I think it was. These are 37 or 39 um off of amazon and it came six bundles in the back, and each bundle had a pretty good amount of box braids. Now it did have like a kind of funny smell to it. It wasn't like the typical corn chip smell. It just smelled like it had been sitting, maybe like a warehouse, sound, no um, the loops look pretty decent, so i didn't have any trouble trying to get the braid through which thank god, because that, oh, that could be a situation in itself when the loops are Too small to pull the braid through yeah, so luckily i did not have a problem with that, so everything was off to a good start um and, as you can see, i use the hook to pull the ends of the braid through the loop. It just comes out so much better, instead of me trying to pull it through my fingers, and it saves much more time as well um. I probably could have been done with this style, actually a little bit quicker than i did. I think it generally. It took me maybe about an hour, maybe a little under an hour, but because i was running after mr dylan, my two-year-old yeah. It took me it took me longer than i would have wanted it to, but yeah so y'all can see me going ahead and pretty much just crocheting everything in so yeah y'all will see how versatile it's already looking. So i i did the front and the whole edges first, just so y'all could see, and i did it this way too, to make sure i had enough coverage to make sure it wasn't going to look skimpy by the time i got to the middle. So i would definitely suggest, when you're doing it this way to try to do your whole perimeter first and then work your way to the middle. That way you can know if you want to get more or go more, fuller in the middle or if you want to go more less in the middle. I went less in the middle because this hair isn't heavy heavy, but it does still have a little weight on it and the more hair you pack in oh bye, bye, you gon na feel that weight so y'all can already see. I just did the perimeter y'all see how full it already looks like i haven't even done the middle, but with me doing the perimeter i can already make a full bun a full ponytail. So that's why i said y'all definitely try to do the perimeter first and then go in towards the middle. So now i'm working my way in and, like i said, i'm going, i don't really care about the middle because you're not going to see the middle anyways um. Even when i do half of half down you're still not going to see it because the top part falls over it and with the boho braids the loose hair, it covers it so y'all, yes, baby, we got jay all right guys. I am all done as y'all. Can see this hair, it came out um, pretty good, pretty good um. Does it have a little weight to it? Yes, it does just like you know, most box worries and i keep fingering through through this - these braids y'all, and i keep forgetting that i have these on here and they are not locked um. So i probably just end up putting the seashells that i bought i'll. Probably put the seashells on here instead of these little jewels, which it's probably a few of them um so yeah, i got this hair off of amazon. I only used a little bit of four packs. Six packs came with it um. You can totally use six packs if you like, like a really full head. I personally don't - and i know the more hair i put in the heavier. This will be um and it's not like heavy heavy, but i can't feel it it's not like a light like maybe twist would be um and the only thing i like this curl pattern. The only thing i'm worried about in the next few weeks is if these curls will get ready or not i'm hoping that they don't um, but if they do, then i'm taking this right on out um and probably trying something different, but so far y'all. I do love this and i like their blonde, because it's not like that orangey type of blonde, it's actually a really really pretty blend. So i use my braid pattern that i always use for my crochets um. I did take it back a little bit further than i usually do, but one thing i would change is: i would take it back even further with the individual row like, i would do like another extra row of individuals. If you have a lot of hair and thick hair, i don't know if this is gon na work, but uh i got short hair, so it works good um for people with probably short to medium length, hair long hair. I can't tell you: i ain't got long hair, so i can't personally tell you if it will work better or good or not um but yeah, so i would definitely say y'all. I love this, it's very versatile and in the back i did two rows of individuals. Um, as y'all could see um individual spaces around so that when i go pull it up, it looks even more so like it's all individual situation going on when it ain't. This took me all of an hour to install minus the braid pattern. Braid pattern probably took like 40 minutes but other than that um, yes, y'all this hair yeah, i like it. I like the curls. The curls gives me um a good cover so that, even when i turn to the back, like you can't really see, you can't see it all, and so you guys have to definitely definitely try this out. All my links are down below for this brave pattern. The hair, um and yeah - i didn't pretty much use anything else different great summer, hair, great vacation, hair, um hairstyle.
