How To Braid/Cornrow For Beginners!

Soe Clark: Is there ever a time the hair has to be detangled/moisturized, and then dried as you go, like, by section? Or is better braiding it dry after you've detangled, moisturized, and dried the entire head of hair? Not talking about washing, but if there ever needs to be a focus on moisturize before someone has braids in for a while, to prevent breakage?
