Don'T Wash It Out! |Fenugreek And Clove Water Leave In Spray For Fast Hair Growth | Everything

Hey what is up guys and welcome, or welcome back to the channel, so today we're going to be talking about this hairspray leave-in spray, braid spray, whatever you want to call it. I love using it on my protective styles because it gives my hair some added moisture. As well as add nourishment to my scalp and my hair shaft and it aids in hair growth, alright, so this spray uses two of my favorite ingredients, one of course fenugreek and the next one is new baby clothes. Now clothes have been going crazy on social media. Lately but honey, we're not new to this we're true to this growing up as a caribbean girl, we use clothes for everything like a toothache, a eerie stomach, ache girl. We use clothes for everything, but today we're gon na get into the benefits of clothes for our hair and especially once combined with fenugreek. It'S amazing. So for this recipe we're going to need one teaspoon of cloves and one teaspoon of fenugreek, along with one cup of boiling hot water. So i'm going to go ahead and pour these fenugreek seeds and clove seeds into this boiling hot water and i'm going to cover it and let it sit overnight. Now some people like to boil their fenugreek and boil their cloves, which will produce a richer, deeper darker water. But i prefer not to do that, because infusing does require leaching of nutrients into the carrier, whether it be water or oil, and once you do it, while the water is boiling the same way boiling kills bacteria, it will kill off those nutrients that are leached into The water, so i prefer to infuse slowly because, even though the water is hot now by the time it breaks down the outer shell of the compounds for the nutrients to be leached out, the water has cooled so that those nutrients that are leached out will still Survive and give you a higher quality water to spray your hair, whether it's water or, if you choose to do a clove oil fenugreek oil, whatever it may be, so i quickly want to go over some of the benefits of each of these individual ingredients. Now cloves are basically dried flowers from the clove tree. It is rich in lots of minerals and vitamins, but one of the key components of this flower is eugenol. Now eugenol has antibacterial anti-fungal anti-microbial anti-inflammatory properties, and this plays a huge role in diverting male pattern. Baldness alopecia and general hair loss now, aside from juvenile cloves, are rich in potassium sodium, omega-3, fatty acids, iron, manganese, vitamin k and c iodine and fiber, and these antioxidants really help prevent oxidative stress which can really wreak havoc on our hair. So the eugenol in cloves promote hair growth, especially once applied to the scalp. So this is not something like fenugreek, where you can take it internally and also reap the hair growth benefits. It will do other things for you once taken internally, but cloves need to be applied directly to the scalp for hair growth. So it's the next day and you can see the water has darkened a bit and the smell of the clothes is just ever present. It'S really strong, so i'm just going to pour this over in my spray bottle, but don't be like me, use a funnel. I, for the life of me, cannot find my funnel, so i'm just gon na use the spray pump and spray it into my bottle, like the ghetto that this is right now but um. So you know: anagens in the scalp can slow down hair growth um because they stifle the follicles and they continually restrict blood flow to the follicles, causing the follicles to shrink and causing the hairs that come out of those follicles to be thinner and thinner. Until it's nothing that well was completely blocked and most cases the follicles aren't dead, they're just blocked. So that's why i really do believe that in a lot of cases, baldness can be reversed. I'M not saying all, but as long as the follicle is still alive, baldness can be reversed. So this is what clove does it blocks, those androgens that restrict the um follicles and it increases circulation and blood flow to those follicles to help prevent and reverse baldness. So basically, i just part my hair down the middle and i spray it on each section, um and as i spray i like to use my fingers to massage and squeeze the water in to make sure it doesn't drip or run. But it's nicely soaked into my hair and my scalp, so next we're going to get into fenugreek now. Fenugreek is amazing because you can take it internally and topically to reap these benefits, but since we're mixing it with clove, we need to do it topically, so fenugreek. Also fights dandruff similarly to the cloves, because it contains something called nicotinic, acid and other antimicrobial substances that fight dandruff and scalp infections, so regularly applying fenugreek to your hair. In this case, the fenugreek and clove water will keep your scalp clean. Fenugreek also revives damaged, hair and increases hair growth again because of its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to reduce hair fall and reverse hair damage. It also contains vitamin c vitamin a calcium iron protein and folic acid, which are all required for healthy hair growth. So it can also assist in hair loss and excessive shedding again because of the anti-inflammatory properties in it. It suits the scalp which can help reduce excessive hair shedding, which is often associated with inflammation and damage to the hair follicles, and it strengthens the hair and adds shine as well. So fenugreek seeds have proteins in them. So when you apply them to your hair and your scalp, the proteins get all into the follicles and strands of your hair and help them to thrive and, basically stay put. You know it also prevents premature brain because of the iron and potassium in it. So when you combine these two, you literally have a powerhouse. I love them individually, but together they not only help your scalp to be healthy and be in perfect condition for thriving growing hair, but it also strengthens the hairs themselves which help them to be stronger and last longer and reduce shedding because in a lot of cases, Balding is simply put once you shed more hair than you're growing. You shed hair faster than your growing hair. That is what would be considered baldness, but because of these two wonderful herbs, they help your hair to stay put longer. It slows that shedding phase so you'll see thicker, fuller, longer hair with continued use. So i do that same process on both sides of my head and i make sure i pay attention to my edges, because those edges are important girl. So after i'm done, i just like to give a nice spritz all over my head and on the braids themselves, because the fenugreek does have proteins that are essential for strengthening the shaft of your hair and because it's water, it does hydrate. Your hair and hydration is extremely necessary, well protective styling, so that is it for this video guys. This is how i use my clove and fenugreek water. I love to use it specifically.
