Welcome to my braiding DVD, the lost art of braiding. Here I think braiding is so creative. It'S simple! It'S easy to learn and it's very step-by-step in this DVD I've created for you. Many different looks and feelings that I think you're going to be able to use to create your own looks as you can see here from my mannequins, we've created two beautiful updos using the techniques that I'm going to show you on this DVD. Our top mannequin has a four strand, braided side area and a lower mannequin, of course, has a circular braid. All the techniques are here enjoy, go ahead and create we're now going to start that sits on the outside of the head. First of all, let's just take a triangular section off the front area brush the hair back now we're going to divide the hair into three sections now with an outside braid. Instead of going over, we go under start first of all by doing just a couple of under pieces like this, going under once, you've got the base started. We'Re now going to then take the next piece under like so and add a piece of hair from the front, but bring this under as well. Again, we do our braid, we just cross our braid over and again take the next piece and we take the top piece and we take this under. So it's exactly the same as the inside braid, except we're just going under still three pieces, as you can see. Now the pattern is starting to shape where we have the braid actually sitting on the outside of the head each time I add the piece, I always add the piece going under you. It'S very important rade that you continue taking the hair under this, keeps the pattern even all the way down you
