What is up you guys welcome back to the channel, so in today's video i'm going to show you guys how i did this sleek braided ponytail um. I do have ponytail videos on my channel, but i realized that they are low, ponies and not high ponies and the method is completely different. So i'm going to undo these braids and we're going to jump straight into it. So now i'm going to go ahead and straighten the hair with this beeswax right here i went ahead and i did that off camera. You definitely want to use the beeswax. The beeswax gives the hair not really a greasy, but more of like a sticky texture. It helps when you're putting your hair into the ponytail. It really really really gives it a nice sleek look so once you've sectioned the hair in half you're going to make a circle. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just trust the process do once you're finished parting. Your circle out, you're just going to take a hair tie and just tie that into place. That'S just going to be here just for now, so i am starting off with the bottom half of the hair and i'm just parting it out in sections. So if your client has a thin hair, then you can take bigger sections super thick hair. Then you obviously want to take small small sections, especially if it's natural, hair um. You want to take smaller sections, so i'm just gon na comb, the hair through and then i'm going to use my got to be free spray spray that and then i'm going to blow dry it into place and when you're blow drying the hair make sure you're Holding the hair into the ponytail, you want to make sure that it dries into place so that when you're going to slick everything up together, it's just effortlessly. So now i'm just repeating the same steps again section. The hair use your free spray. Then you want to make sure you comb the product all the way through then you're, going to make sure that you're holding the hair into the ponytail so that it dries into place just like so, and i'm just going to keep repeating. Do all right. So once i'm finished with the back it's time for the sides, so in total i did three sections one big section at the back two at the sides and i'm going to do the exact same thing: spit the hair use the got to be free spray comb. The product through and so on and so forth. So here's how it's looking you guys super neat, i'm going to go ahead and do the other side off camera. So you guys see the circle that we did at the beginning. That'S what you use as a guide! So you're basically bringing the hair to meet the rubber band. If that makes sense, but once i do that all that's over and done with i'm going to cut the rubber band, that's in the middle, because we do not need that anymore and i'm just going to slick the hair up into a ponytail. Now i'm going to take this two in one got to be free spray and i'm going to spray it all around the hair. This freeze spray is so so so nice. It really gives it a nice soft finish. So now i'm going to take this pre-stretch braiding hair. It comes with three pieces: i'm just going to take one and you're just going to leave it as is, and i'm going to wrap this rubber band around the ponytail and for this part right here, you guys you're just going to do a regular braid you're going To section three, even parts and you're just going to braid um, i don't braid super tight and i do a really really loose braid um. You guys are going to see a little later on or in the next clip. I actually end up taking it out because i didn't like i didn't really like the braid and i'm just a perfectionist so, and that is all for this video. You guys don't forget to like comment, subscribe and i'll see you guys in the next one.
