How To Style Your Jumbo Senegalese Twist | Protective Styles + Hair Jewelry | Gabbysqueendom

Hey guys, it's Gabby and welcome back to my channel, so in today's video, I'm basically going to show you how I decorate these crochet braids and also style them. My previous video, I showed you how I install these crochet braids with a unique braid pattern. So if you have not seen that video, I will have it linked in the description box below so be sure to check that out. So I wanted to bring this video to you a lot sooner, but I've been a little under the weather and I am still recovering. However, I thought that it was vital before I take down this install that I just show you guys. You know what you can do with it alright, so if you are interested, then, and definitely keep on watching so we're going to go ahead and just jump right into today's video, so I've already went ahead, off-camera and just lay my baby here, it's just a little Bit and now it's time to apply some hair jewelry, so I purchased this hair tree online and I'm going to be applying some gold string. So basically I'm just going to go ahead and take down this hair. Now, of course, it's been up for a week. So you guys get a chance to see how many tangles that I have and just how this hair would look if you were to keep it up in a stock for a long period of time. So, as you can see here, there is a tingle yeah. So there isn't angle right here now, of course, I just snatch them through. You know I just snatch them and you know I'm good to go for the most part. If you just pull your hands through, they don't tend to bother me that much. But if you have a problem with the Tango's, you want to get them out and definitely just take your scissors and start to a cut through all right. So that is enough for me. So now it's just basically time for me to add this hair jewelry. So I kind of like to add my hair jewelry or where I feel it's going to be seen and so basically for me I would say I'm going to go ahead and add one in here. Oh and I just took you through the base basically and I'm going to measure off the two strands and just Crick's book criss cross all right all right, so I'm done applying to you strength to best side and I'm just going to apply one to this side. Okay, so, in addition to the gold, stringer also purchased these seashells online, with the gold accent, and then I also purchased these kind of hearts as well. So you'll see that once they're installed on my hair, but I did just want to show you these two credits. So I'm gon na go ahead and apply the seashell with the gold accent first all right and then with the heart, I'm just going to kind of put the band of the heart through and just scoop it up to the top all right. So it looks like that. I wanted to keep it just a little simple. I didn't want to overdo it with the jewelry so now that I'm done with that we're gon na go ahead and get straight into the styling portion. Alright y'all, so here is style number one. Now, of course, this is jumbo braiding hair that I use. So my bun is extremely big and I'm gon na say I love it. I'M gon na go ahead and do a quick 360, so you can see style number. One alright, so that is style number one. Now, of course I love this great pattern and I will continue to do this very pattern going forward any time, I'm looking to get some versatility out of my crochet install, but let's go ahead and do style number two. Okay, so this is style number two. Now what I did was. I just took down my bun and I kind of got just all of my hairs, pins up and then falling into a waterfall type of look. So all my hair is up in a bun, as you can see alright, so all my hair is up and when it's all pinned up, this is how it looks. Okay, so first our number three basically you're just going to take one side of your install, whichever style you prefer and just move it to one side like that, all right now, of course, you can go ahead and add a headscarf just to spice this side up. Just a little bit, but if you're just looking to do one side ponytail, this is how it's going to look another side. You can go ahead and attempt is basically taking a long band like you see here and you're just going to wrap it around the bottom portion of the ponytail and just pull it through, and then you can tie it around the front portion as well. So it's like creating a double Pony, so you're going to have alright, so basically, you've got a bun at the top and then you've got a small ponytail in the back. Alright. Now I can understand this thought it's not for everybody, but I would rock this style. Just because I love how unique it looks and it's just something different and it keeps all the hair a little bit off of your neck, alright, so this is how it looks all right now, of course, this is another selling option. You can just wear the hair down and I definitely like how it looks with the hair jewelry, and this hair is pretty long, as I mentioned in my other video but yeah. This is another style you can rock, but here's another go to styling option that you have so you have the up-and-down type of style. So basically, you've got some of your hair pins up in a ponytail up here and then the rest of your here is down at the bottom. So this is another look now, of course you can just toss them here to the side, and then this is another. Look for you and if you want it on the other side, you can do that as well. All right! Okay! So for my final look, I'm going to go ahead and take my absolute stand and apply it to the top portion of this ponytail. So I'm just going to gather up all of the hair wrap the ponytail holder around and allow it to fall wherever so all right. So it's like a cute little bow, and this is how it looks and so yeah. This is definitely gon na, be my style for the day, and this is the final saw in this video hi guys so that wraps up today's video.
