Bleaching Her Copper Hair Blonde

Hello ladies and gents, and welcome to this color breakdown!

If you haven't watched the original video, you can do so here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZJi1N...

Color breakdown:

My incredible guest wanted to go lighter with her hair, but not full platinum or block color. So we settled on attempting to achieve a natural root to beige balayage. As mentioned in this video, that's always something that stresses me a bit because of the general unforgiving nature of blonde hair. However, I challenged myself to create the perfect, mid-level blonde and here's how I did it:

1. Schwarzkopf BLONDEME BLEACH (actually available on amazon!! you can get it here: https://amzn.to/3x6yC9P)

2. Schwazkopf 10 Vol lightner applied on the lower 2/3 or her hair (also available here: https://amzn.to/3BoTUSU

3. Schwazrkopf 20 vol developer applied only around the hairline to speed up the process: https://amzn.to/3D9a5oz

4. Applying this bleach mixture onto small slices of hair in V or W applications, blending upwards with a semi-dry brush.

5. Chunk bleach application for a money piece effect along the hairline

6. All over foil application to trap heat and prevent the bleach from drying out. I used Framar foils in magenta: https://framar.com/products/man-eater-...

7. Process until lifted to level 8/9

8. Wash, condition and partial dry (only the roots)

9. Root color: 6-12 + 7-1 with 10vol. Applied om semi-dry hair, blending down to break up the bleach lines

10. 8-19 Vibrance and gel activator applied on ends, blending in with the root color.

11. Left to process for 40 minutes

12. Wash and condition and then blast dry until 80% dry

13. Style with dyson airwrap: https://go.shopmy.us/p-505970

14. Finish with a styling oil, this is my go-to: https://go.shopmy.us/p-455491

15. Done!

Hi guys welcome back to another incredible hair transformation on my channel. This one took six hours to do and honestly i was shaking throughout it because the end color was something that is always a bit tricky to achieve, but i was so so happy with the. After result, i think my guest was as well, and i cannot wait to show you the entire process and everything that went in it started off with bikini and lingerie. Firstly, like i felt it in me that i didn't want to do something normal play around and ask for you to whack out your phone and read to us some of the captions yeah yeah. Of course, that was the beautiful lexi, who was our very, very first guest on our dissecting careers series, where she fully openly and candidly opened up about her career as an adult content star on only fans she opened up about the realities of the job, about the Fun parts about hay of it, as well as some of the harder parts and aspects of the job, including telling her family. The original video is going to be linked down below, as well as in the cards above. But today i'm going to be focusing all about the hair change that i was very lucky to be able to provide her and the super fun look that we ended up deciding on. If you watch the original video you'll see that the end look suited her so beautifully, and she was so super happy but being fully honest and candid when she told me what she wanted to do initially in our consultation, i was really kind of nervous because the Color that she picked was one that allowed no mistakes, because our beautiful lexi wanted to go for a blonde balayage. There are two reasons: a stylist might avoid going for a blonde balayage or offering this in their service list, and that is because, if they're like me, they see blonde as a starting color and not an ending color. To me, blonde is a really good base for colors, like pinks and purples, and warm tones and cool tones and is more of a starting point than it is an end. Point second reason - and this is me being fully honest - is that blonde is a super unforgiving? Color, if you're not sure what you're doing it shows every single point of your technique, every single swipe of your brush - and you have to be really confident in it for you to be able to deliver it. Well, because it is such a light color throughout this entire transformation, i was being so so skeptical and observing of my moves, because i knew that anything i would do now. It would show up on her hair later. So let me tell you exactly what i did, because she wanted to go for a balayage. I started with a bleach application and i did that by separating her hair into four quadrants first and then going up slice by slice of hair, starting from the nape of her neck and going upwards. I initially started with 10 volume developer and i used this schwarzkopf blonde me bleach, which is my favorite bleach ever now. I know a lot of the times salon grade products aren't available for the general consumer which pisses me off greatly, but i did actually find the schwarzkopf bleach, the blondie bleach, the thing that i've been using for years on amazon. I am going to link it down below, as well as the developers, because i was so happy when i found that you can buy it. So, if you're interested in buying the best bleach ever with beautiful, correcting blue pigment in it, i am going to be linking it down below. So, if you want it, it is going to be there, because i wanted a super blended approach. I went with applying a v or w formation bleach application. This means that i was applying the bleach with the brush held vertically and i was applying the bleach basically on both edges of the strand and then blending inwards and upwards. This was going to create a super seamless, dimensional approach to the bleach, without really compromising the hair too much because you're applying the bleach somewhat loosely my favorite technique and tactic to then blend it out was using a brush. That is slightly drier and then literally blending upwards. This is going to be my key tip for this. Look because this blended out the bleach so beautifully. I always like adding a bit of lightness into a person's hair, and i like doing this by bleaching the front portion of their hair. So this is what i'm doing here. I will be fully honest here and say i wish i brought the bleach up a bit further up. I did leave about an inch of regrowth, which i intended to then blend out with the toner or dye that i would use, but in hindsight i could have taken this up higher so that you wouldn't have to deal with regrowth later on. It still ended up. Looking pretty good - and here i'm just applying it on both sides of her face, i then continued repeating the same technique all throughout her hair. At this point, i was still using the 10 volume developer because her hair was already quite compromised. She did tell me that she had her hair bleached previously in her life, so i was going at this super cautiously. Obviously i didn't want to over compromise her hair. The one time i then transferred to 20 volume developer was when i got to the very last section of her hair and because i didn't want the prolonged bleach being on her hair too long. I opted for 20 volume to speed up the process. Time as you could see, all of our blending really paid off, because this is her hair prior to toning. There are no harsh lines except for the money piece. I know it will be corrected, but the entire look is just really really blended when it came to toning, her hair. I knew i wanted super beigey colors, but i didn't know if i wanted to go in with permanent colors or the schwarzkopf vibrance line. So i went in with both over here. I am applying the schwarzkopf igora permanent color in 612, which is a super ashy, mid brown level mixed with a 7 1, which is also an ash blonde. It is recommended that permanent color be applied on dry hair. So i did dry her roots alone, a tiny bit, but i didn't do so for the ends, because i was going to apply vibrance on that i started applying the dye the way i would normally apply it over a client's roots. Then i was immediately blending down and away to start breaking up any blonde. That was showing i continued doing this throughout her hair, applying the dye and then blending down, trying to immediately kind of keep in mind that super blended effect that we were both going for again over here. I was using kind of light feather movements and i went in with kind of a sturdy brush and i repeated this process all throughout her hair making sure i was blending out all of the blonde that we got from the bleach, because i was depositing the color Here and not really aiming for a lift. I also went in with 10 volume even over here, because i didn't want there to be any excess reason for damage on her hair again it was already compromised - and i didn't want to contribute more to that. If you haven't watched the original video, i highly encourage you to do so, because the thing she was saying was just so honest. It was so raw, and it was so candid - and i was so so honored to have been able to hear her story as well as learn a lot more about the adult industry. What posting on only fans is like, and some of the clients and requests that she has encountered. It was an absolute joy to film and i do think it will be a joy for you guys to watch as well. So, as i said, it is linked down below, you can also check out lexi on her instagram, as well as tick tock, where i've linked her down below. It was then time to tone her hair, and this is where i opted to go for the brand new schwarzkopf igora vibrance range, which is a range of really beautiful toners. I ended up going for 819, which is supposed to leave a beautiful rosy beige tone on the hair and, as i was applying it, i could see that it was starting to shift toward a more rosy color. However, i will be honest in saying that i was a tiny bit disappointed because in the end most of the rosiness did kind of wash out leaving her with purely just a true tone. Blonde beige color with none of that kind of rosy appeal that i initially went for with the vibrance choice. However, the colors still turned out really beautiful, so i'm not complaining too much, i'm just applying and immediately combing out to get as much of that blended effect. As i can blending the two dyes together to create a really blurred smudged effect when it came to styling, i knew that i wanted to give her the most boss, woman style, that i could so. I immediately brought out my dyson. I went for my signature. Iconic big bouncy blowout, because i thought that that could absolutely suit her, so well. Being the boss, lady, that she is so. I went in with the largest wand barrel on the dyson and just started curling her hair. The one downside to using something like the dyson versus something like a flat iron or a brush and dryer is that it can kick up a tiny bit more frizz than we want, because it is blowing the air always in one direction. You can see that some of the tinier hairs are being blown upwards in a way that maybe isn't the best. That being said, it is still one of the coolest products ever which you can see right here. The way just sucks in the hair is just mind-blowing. If you want, i'm also going to be linking this down below in case, you haven't gotten your hands on it yet over here you can really start to see the color come together. It was looking so beautiful. Her roots were so shiny, which is one thing i really love about. The schwarzkopf range and i was so beyond excited to see the final look as no doubt she was as well. I think the anticipation was very high. I did let them cool for quite a bit, because i wanted them to set as much as possible, because this was what was going to give us that bounce and longevity of the hair. Once i felt that they were all thoroughly cooled, i started unpinning all of her hair and can start to see the color and the hair transformation unfold. Yes, i know she has ringlets in her hair, but this is necessary for the type of style that we're after. I then always like to break up the hair with my hands. I usually apply an oil on them to prevent excess frizziness, but here you can really just start to see the style that i was going for unfold unravel. I was really just going at it. I was going full loose in breaking up the curls and really forming that beautiful kind of 60s. Vibe that i was going for - and here it is here - is the gorgeous lexi, with her beautiful brand new blonde bombshell blowout. I cannot tell you how happy i was when i saw the result, and hopefully i mean she was too, which you can see from right over here, but i do think she was thoroughly happy with the end result and i can say confidently so was i, i Think the lightness in her hair really suited and complemented her darker eyebrows and eye color, but, given that we left her roots somewhat natural, it allowed the hair to feel super flattering and natural to her. I think we both agreed that this was her color. I think it was such a beautiful, vibrant approach to the traditional balayage in the end. I was super happy that she chose this, because i think it was the right choice for both me and her. If you haven't watched the original video, please do so it'll be linked down below you can hear her entire story and also be linking all of the products that i used down below filming with her was such an incredible heartwarming experience and i'm to this day super Grateful that she allowed us to hear her story as well as transform her hair

Nanouck: That is such a wise concept to do hair and interviewing the “client”. I’ve watched the interview video first and I really enjoyed it. I also appreciate that you did this video with only the hair process cause I’m interested in the transformation.

Ash P: I appreciate that you've made a separate video for those of us who are more interested in the hair rather than the adult industry.

mamroxz080: You’ve really come such a long way, I’m reminiscing the fact you started with random colors on yourself to such a educated professional, (I’m a hairdresser as well) i go in and out of time on YouTube and it’s so entertaining to see what you’re going to do next! Thank you for the content and keeping us all entertained! ❤

Sebum Post Mortem: All my respect and admiration, Stella, for being able to work so precisely with such a constantly shaking head.

Lisette Bank: Gorgeous, the color compliments her skin so well

Sarah Rice: So smart to do two videos off of one interaction. You go Stella!

Lisa Smith: I think you have the most beautiful wigs! They look extremely real, I'm sure they are very expensive but I think every time I see you in a new video I'm like "have I missed this old video "? they really suit you in every single colour x

B. K: You achieved such a perfectly flattering colour

Amanda: The blonde suits her skin so well.

Hayley Terraine: Stella, you outdid yourself! Amazing job! You did it again!

Maria Clara: OMG! Her hair looks beautiful!

Liza Rausch: Wow, it‘s the perfect tone of blonde for her! Beautiful!

k077ka: Stella you were absolutely amazing! I just wish you werent so nervous, because you are an awesome hairstylist! Next time please radiant confidence as you always do!

Juli Maria: Wow, this is my favorite outcome so far!

JP: I love Stella’s hair in this video. ❤️

Sharnee Watson: Motherhood: Nice work!! Hairdresser here! You have come a long way! My only suggestion would be to use a Demi colour for the roots with 6v. The only reason is if she wants to get this redone or bring the foils up higher where the permanent colour was it is going to be harder to lift. She will end up having banding and the top will throw more gold. Other than that!! Nice work Stella

nessnness: She looks so much better afterwards! Well done!

Zelda Montaigne: You did a beautiful job. Thank you for the video

PaxtenEM: VERY PROUD OF THIS, OF YOU

PMG: Blonde Me is a great bleach... but I really love Joico's Blonde Life bleach... it works amazing for me

Court: I'm not interested in learning about the 'adult industry' so I appreciate that you posted just the hair portion of video too

Yaya izzle: This was good work Stella I recommend using Olaplex No. 1 Bond Multiplier it’s a good product to use for balayage especially for clients that have been light before.

Zelda Montaigne: She looks beautiful

Anna Kutacheva: I always feel an envy when i watch some videos about bleaching hair... My own hair bleaches difficult (despite the fact that they are 6 lvl and very thin) or i just know that eventually i will lose much length of dead hair(

katy clasen: The color is beautiful!!

Aneta D: Beautiful congratulations

Mfald: You look like a disney princess❤️

Em Bee: she has to do others now as she's still shaving her hair

Anna Scattoni: Wait did Stella go to hair school or is she just good at hair
