Kerry and Graycie

Hi guys welcome to learn new teacher style. I'M Carrie - and this is my daughter Gracie - underline this Chan - is all about learning new and different hair styles. Now a while back, we did a tutorial on two french braids from start to finish. You can click right here for that video today we go. Who would do another back to basics this time with two Dutch braids from start to finish so here we go okay, so I'm gon na begin by spraying, our hair with some water and some gel, just Tamra flyaways and just get better breath now, if you guys Want to know what kind of gel I use I'll just be able link in the description box below so now, I'm going to go ahead and split her hair from the top of her forehead all the way back to the back of her neck. I have a video for that if you want to do it perfectly right there, so her hair is now split in the middle. I'M going to start on this side here, okay, so I'm gon na split a section right here, a small section up here: I'm gon na smooth this out and go ahead and split this in three equal parts: okay, so you're gon na hold your strands over. Instead of under under it's like the French braid over, is the Dutch braid. That'S how I do it. Okay, so you're gon na take the Strand on the right and grab it from the middle wait underneath the middle you're gon na go ahead and take a slice from the side here right to the middle and add it with this strand here, smooth it out now, You'Re going to take the left strand and bring it under the middle strand, okay, now you're going to go ahead and add a section just grab a slice right here and add it right on to this strand here, take the right strand again under the middle strand. You just grab it, you grab a slice right here and add it to that strand there. This is all repetitive again, one more time the left strand under the middle take a slice and add it with this strand. Here the right strand under the middle grab a slice and bring it together with this strand there. When you do this, make sure that your you, I it out to go right close to the center, but not too close. You want to go about an inch into the center that far okay, we're at that that much also make sure that you have good tension every time you do your slices make sure you have the attention when you do your stitch. Here'S all my my last strand! I'M gon na split this right in the middle. This one goes for this strand. The last one will go to the left strand when you get to the end by her neck area. You want to go ahead and make sure that you have good tension and you just go ahead and complete your braid once you're done with the neck, make sure that your braid, so that you don't have that lift of this hair. It won't get loose make sure when you brake continue to braid your braids right towards her neck. You just make sure that your braid is against her back instead of going out this way, you want to go right against her back okay. So now I'm going to go ahead and do the same thing on this side over here: okay, so a slice right here and also just so, you can see where that split is from the first from the first one on this side of the braid. You can kind of look at it and to copy that alright go ahead and split again. Three equal parts under grab about an inch away from the center Wonder middle and you take a slice and add it to the Strand here. It'S all repeating, okay, so just for another tip, as always here about an inch away from the center or braid will be exactly the same as the other side. That'S what I meant Metro pens to the other side, making sure that they're in the same length. Now I'm just going to go ahead and just comb. This just move this sides out. I went for a little hairspray, just a tamer flyaways, and there you have it. Thank you so much for watching. Let us know what you think about this style in the comments below would love to hear from you. Don'T forget to check out our other tutorials over there. Please give us a thumbs up and click the two hearts below, so you don't miss any of our upcoming tutorials love. You guys until next time to learn it. Do it and teach it to others, bye, guys, fun.
