So first you're going to want to make sure that your daughter's hair is wet. This is just going to help with flyaways and keeping the braids tight and then split the hair down the center using the back of a comb, and I'm just going to clip one side out of the way and then we're going to start our really really tight. Dutch braids so you're going to take a small sections in the front divide it into three and then you are going to braid. The outer strand under the middle section then add in a new section of hair to the bottom strand and because the hair is wet, you shouldn't have too many with these, but just smooth out the section and then you're going to braid it under the middle and Then you're just going to repeat so add in a new section of hair to that top strand, make sure that it's smooth and then braid it under the middle. And this is your basic Dutch braid, as you're braiding down, try to keep the strands as tight as possible. I like to use a little bit of mousse to help with flyaways. I didn't get a good shot of this one but I'll make sure to link to a below it's the Garnier Fructis styling mousse and throughout the braid I'll just add more of it onto my seniors, so that her little pieces stay put and evitable Ebell her hair. Just falls out throughout the day: her hair is so fine and she plays so hard so because I do these braids really really tight. This is the best style that stays in by far so obviously she wears them a lot. Now I like Bobbi's funds to sit a little bit higher on her head, so this is kind of my hack to make sure everything stays put or that I can at least fix her buns without having to redo the braids. So right about the ears, I'm just going to tie the braid off into a messy bun and add the rest of the hair in later, and I do her messy buns who same as I do mine so you're just going to pull the hair nearly all the Way through the elastic making sure to leave out the very end, so I'm just pulling the hair through the elastic very end, you're left out, and then I'm just wrapping the elastic band around two more times until it feels tight. I'Ll show you one more time so. You'Re going to take your elastic and pull her hair, almost all the way through so you're, going to leave out the very very end and then twist the elastic and wrap it around the bun one more time and then another time. And you don't want the elastic to go right over the buns. You want to smash a little bit of hair on each path, so the bun is kind of cute and bubbly and then, if your daughter has shorter hair, you can do a couple tops details up into the bun with that bottom section or you can do another Braid but her hair is long enough, so I'm just going to smooth it out with a comb and then take another elastic and do a second fun same technique. And this is just going to give fullness to the bun on top and then, when her hair starts falling out, it's really easy for me to just cut the elastic out and fix that bottom bun without having to redo her braid. And then I have been obsessed with these bows from Ulta. You can get them in a pack of, I think five and they just stay put unlike alligator clips that are always getting lost, hey give it a thumbs up.
