Sophia here with another hair tutorial - and this is the braid pattern that I use - I actually use my left my edges out, so that if I want to wear my hair upper in a ponytail I'll be able to do that and the rest of my hair is Just braided straight back and the type of hair that I'm using is this expressions braiding, hair and to start off the crochet. You basically get a crochet needle you're gon na put it underneath the braid loop, the hair and pull it through, and once you pull the hair through you're gon na. Take this loop and wrap it three times so you're gon na twist and pull the loose ends of the hair through three times. So this is my second time and I'm gon na. Do it a third time and then you're gon na pull the loose ends just to make sure that the knot is secure around the control? So it took me two packs of expressions here to do this. Look and I did cut the hair in half um when I did it and, as you can see doing this type of crochet, you have to just pull off little pieces of hair off the pack and you have to put them very close together. So that they're not large gaps in your hair because you'll be able to see it, which is why you know it took a long time it took about five hours to complete, but it does last a long time and it really is a good protective style. So you know, even if you waste five hours doing it, keep it in for a good amount of time. So, basically, for each piece that you put in you're just gon na, follow the braid pattern that you put in your head and follow the same step of getting the crochet needle and you know looping it through, and this is kind of what it's looking like. So once it's done, you know this hair is not is braiding hair, so it's not really meant to be loose, so I did have to detangle it and then after I did tangle it, I'm gon na get a blow-dryer. I make sure I put some heat protectant on it, because this hair is not made to have a lot of heat on it, and so I did blow-dry on high. I kind of put it far away because I didn't want it to melt and basically blow dry and it just makes it lay flat and gives it a more realistic. Look as opposed to it. Looking like braiding hair and make sure that you pull the ends. Because this will get rid of shedding so moving on to my edges, I did leave them out. My hair is natural, so I have two flat on my hair and basically you know you'll see in a second once I flat on my hair, the leave out that I had since it's crochet. You know you don't have to leave a lot out and you can pull your hair back and you really won't be able to see the crochet and all especially if you do them close together, because it's you know because it's so close, it looks a lot more Natural than like a sew in and as you can see, this is how it looks pulled back. So thank you guys, don't forget to subscribe and I will talk to you guys another day, another time bye, YouTube.
