How To Get Curly Hair Using Kanekalon/Braiding Hair | South African Youtuber

Hey guys welcome back to my channel like hi. How are you I'm good? I'M Chanel, what's your name, so today's video is going to be a life changing video like when I tell you if you are a cheapskate like me, you will thank the good Lord, that I thought of this, so today's video is going to be turning my Kanekalon Hair or braiding hair, if you may say into this curly lashes, ponytail, well just curly hair. Basically, firstly, I'm going to start off by feathering the ends. I don't know if this is the right term for it, but you know when you just you get rid of the bluntness of braiding hair, so I'm just going to do that once that is done, your hair is going to be looking nice and feathered and as You can see the end are not as blunt anymore and then I'm going to take my flexi rods and I'm going to show you guys how I would put the hair on to the clip. So our first step is to loop, the hair onto my index, finger like so, and then I'm just going to go ahead and curl it all around the flexi rod until I get to the end and then I'm just going to secure it by folding the flexi Rod on both ends, and that is it I'm just gon na show you guys a fast-forward of how of this process again so that if you didn't get it in, you know you can get it this time and if you didn't get it then then replay I'm The one when you're done your flexi rods will be looking kind of like this. I think I had about eight. Oh six, I'm not quite sure, because I didn't count them, but once you're done, I've already pulled water in the kettle and I'm going to place all my flexi rods in a basin and then put hot water in it. Let it sit for like a couple of seconds and then leave it out to dry on my towel. I did not use a blow dryer or anything so leave it to air dryer. I personally took down the flexi rods a couple of days after I had done this because when I had served them in hot water, I do not have time to form or anything like that or I was just lazy but yeah. I took down the Flex yard like a couple of days later, if not a week, and this is what my curls were looking like, I was like you know, you are a genius, so yeah as you can see, the curls are very defined and they look nice And they are intact that I'm going to go in with my ISO class hairspray if you've been doing your hair at the salon as like a little girl or even now, you know that this is the hairspray that everyone uses after they are done with you. Hey stop so I'm going to use it to kind of stop the frizz on the hair, because it is grading here - and I know it's gon na press up. So I'm just going to spray it all over to stop the frizz and spread it all around and once you are done, this is what you hear will be looking like like this, and the final step is to make your kind of drawstring ponytail and I'm going To start off by getting my handy-dandy chair and putting on some wool, which I have like tripled and then I'm just gon na show you guys how I move the hair onto the the puttan and yeah. It is the same as how you would you crocheted hair. So I hope the visuals give you a better understanding, cuz, I'm not even gon na try and explain, because I know for a fact that I'd be confusing myself I'd, be confusing you so just enjoy the visual sis enjoy and once you are done in today. This is your drawstring ponytail like it did not take long, and I am so so happy about this. Everyone knows I am a sucker for ponytails, so I would do anything.
