Hair Tutorial : Natural Hair Updo With Kanekalon Braiding Hair/ Twisted Buns / Very Creative

Natural hair updo using braiding hair . This video was inspired by the Marc Jacobs controversy , where his stylist was given credit for creating Bantu Knots and renaming "Twisted Buns" . We all know that Bantu Knots have been around forever , and for some reason mainstream America like to take our creations and make them their own

Hello welcome to my video, the real twisted buns hi guys. This is natural baby doll here, but the new tutorial - and I call this the real twisted buns, because not too long ago, we all know about that whole controversy about the mark, Jacob models, death, we're starting a new trend with the twisted bones, which were bantu knots That been out forever and ever and ever and you know they seem to like to take from us - and I give us our credit. But you know that's a whole nother video for that. But if you're on YouTube a lot you'll see a lot of natural hair. Updos with you know, buns, and you know Mohawks all of that, so I'm just adding my little video into the mix as well, and you know - and I call it a look for me - a real twisted, bun, okay, so baby. When I talk too much get into the video first, I must take my hair put it in two buns one in the front, one in the back, some little eco, styler, gel no kool-aid, and also I use some Shea Moisture curl enhancing smoothie with my moisturizer and I'M just twisting the head and wrapping around and making little buns out of it, securing it with some hair bands and I'm gon na do the same thing in the back, making it to a little bun. You got me number tie my hair down with my second scarf and let it sit for about 20 minutes once that's set, I'm just gon na take one swift and swirl it in the same way you would do a pin curl and you wan na make sure You secure it to your hair. Basically that's what I use for paksa hair today and I twisted it earlier, so I wouldn't have to take so much time doing it in a video. We want to make sure you put enough bobby pins in the hole through fun and play because if you don't it will fold and I'm just going to take another twist and do the same thing use the same method as I would a pin curl. Because I want to make sure we covering all of the head and then like I said, I'm just making sure I put enough bobby pins in my head and I'm gon na do the same thing in the back. I'M gon na put the two packs of hair in the back and continue doing that same strengthening. She got me and if you're gon na do this style yourself, you want to make sure when you get to the back. You use two mirrors to help and I did have to get up and stop recording, so I can make sure I've gotten to the bathroom mirror and use another mirror to help me to make sure I'm covering all of my hair with you knew the way out Again, I went back to the front of my hair to make sure I added more hair pins, so to make sure the style is tight, you want to make sure it's very tight. You don't want your hair coming to lose. So that's why I went back to the front, but now I'm back to the back again and I'm doing the same thing. This hairstyle calls for a lot of hair, pins and bobby pins. Oh sing, damn you so now that I have all the buns pink up. I'M basically gon na go through a lot of hair pins all over the style, to make sure I get it tight and you want all the busts to touch each other. There should be no spaces because you want to cover all of your hair and you want the buns to be tightly packed together. You got me Smiley's Kamil got it. I just want you to ride. Would you believe me if I said I'm and in the back definitely want to make sure you're covering the bun in the back? That'S the hardest place to see, so you really have to again make sure you're using two mirrors to help you with that. Oh God, she got me, she got me and then using your mousse of choice. You want to make sure you put that over the bun to get any little flyaway hairs. That may be sticking up. I use the Herbal Essence moves and once you work that in you want to take a scarf, that's how your hair down! So that's it very quick and easy. I hope you guys enjoy. Thank you so much for watching and please do subscribe to my channel natural hair baby doll. Damn you up all night!
