Feed-In Ombre Cornrows/Braids Tutorial Using Kanekalon Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, Sasha from brush cake here with another tutorial, but it's not a makeup tutorial. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to do these feedin braids that have a cool ombre effect at the bottom. As you see, I have purple towards the ends. I use three packs of a chemical on hair in the number one which is the black you see, and only one pack in this purple shade and of that pack. I only use a quarter of the hair. Now I want to shout out another youtuber by the name of braids el aporte. I think you guys for your support and stay tuned. Ok, so, as you can see, I have one braid left to do and i'll be showing you how i do the feet in braids once your hair is parted in sectioned off. You want to make sure it's tangle, free and my hair is natural, so i made sure to blow dry it before doing these braids. Ok, so you're just going to pass your brush through or a wide tooth comb and make sure there's the hair is not tangled at all. Ok and once you do that, you want to use some type of edge control to make sure you sleep down your edges and i'll, be using this particular one by hawaiian, silky argan oil, hydrating, sleek sleek edge. So you can just take out as much as you need and you're just going to apply it to the edges, and then you can do it on this side as well. It'S up to you whether you only want to apply to the edge or if you want to apply to the root going straight back so once you've applied it as much as you would like you're going to brush it out, just so that it's nice and smooth. That'S going to help to melt the product out, so it doesn't look light and then you're ready to begin your feet in braids. So my hair is already separated and I'll show you what the hair should look like before you begin. I'M going to take my smallest piece and I'm going to begin braiding right here, okay, so this is my first piece and as you can see, it's just a pinch of hair. It'S not a lot of hair and you're just going to braid you're just going to corner 0 as normal one, two three and about four ok and now, when you have that little tiny braids, that's where you're going to begin to add in more hair. So I'm going to grab my next piece and it's just another little pinch just like before. Ok, you see where I stopped here and i have my index finger, i'm going to take the hair and put it underneath my index finger, i'm going to keep this piece in the front, so i can continue braiding and then i'm going to take this piece and Slide it underneath to feed it right into the brain, i'm going to make sure the hair isn't tangled and i'm going to braid 12 three. Okay, i'm going to get ready to feed in another piece and almost use under the finger. The index finger continue. Braiding like that piece with the rest of the hair, okay, you want to make sure the hair doesn't get tangled. So when you get to the index finger again, you take your next piece. Take the hair slide it onto the index. Finger continue, braiding, take this piece and slide underneath okay taking another piece, so you see this index finger when you're doing regular corn rolls take this finger and lift it so that you can feed in the hair. Then there should be bent now, let's like one section and feed it, underneath your index finger, keep this piece in the front. While you continue braiding one time and then you take this piece that is sticking out and slide it underneath to continue braiding once you once you've gotten the desired thickness, you can stop adding here and you just braid want you to break down as you would. If you were doing regular corn rows and next I'm going to show you how i added a different color towards the ends to make like an ombre effect, ok, so I'm going to look at the other braids so see just a measure. Ok, you can see the other braids i added purple toward the end or at the ends. Ok, so i'm going to start adding the purple here, i'm just going to show you how I do that. Ok. So when I get right here, I'm going to use this clip here just to stop the bridge from unraveling, you can use any butterfly clip any clamp, anything that will stop the braid from unraveling and then I'm going to grab the purple, hear that i'll be using. Ok and you don't need a long piece, so when i open the pack, i cut the pack in half and this is one of the sides. Ok, so I'm only going to take about not an inch and then I'm going to make sure that ends are uneven. I don't want the cut to be too blunt, so I stretch the hair to make it uneven. Ok, I can remove this clip from here and let me show you how I add the purple. Ok, so you have your three strands here, one two: three: what I do to add the purple without showing where it was added, is I take the purple and I stretch it across the two outer pieces like so this is one side. This is one side and the black piece in the middle was the third part, and so now that I have the hair across I'm going to take the right side and twist it going inward. As i pull the third one that was in the middle to the outer and then pull the one on the left toward the center and then continue braiding, when you look on the back of the brand, you should not be able to tell that you added the Hair, okay, once you're done, you can go ahead and add some of these hair accessories to your feet. In braids I have silver and I have gold. I think I'm going to apply the silver ones now. Okay, here you see me adding the same wine silky sleek edge to my edges and then using a small brushes to lay them down, go ahead and dip the ends into some hot water to help smoothing it out and then trim the excess hair, and that will Complete the look
