I Spent Over $100 On Braiding Essentials At The Beauty Master'S Anniversary Sale !

Break it we're like diamonds, what's up y'all, welcome back to my channel on behalf of brit, if you're new here welcome, i'm brittany and today we're doing a day in the life of a braided vlog. It'S been a minute since i've done one of these. Don'T do them too often, but i'm in the mood for one today. I know the child's helped me in the past that y'all prefer a week in the life of a brain vlog versus a day in the life. Obviously, because the week and the lifelongs are a lot longer so they're a lot juicier with y'all following me, along through business over the course of multiple days versus just one day, but today we have um something some good things going on. So i definitely wanted to take y'all with me, because y'all have also expressed to me in the past that y'all really really enjoy my hair store hauls and i'm going to the hair store to buy a bunch of things. So i couldn't just go through the day without vlogging, i'm going to beauty master beauty master is a store that i've taken out to before beauty master is a franchise store. That'S all over town, there's pretty much one beauty master in every area of atlanta. I want to say there's about eight or nine locations, but don't quote me: i'm going to list every location down in the description, because i really want y'all to make this sale. But anyway, i believe june 12th is the exact date that it will make 20 years. Since the very first store was built today is monday june 6th. By the way i apologize but yeah um. So, for the whole week of their anniversary week, they have a big big sale because they pretty much want to honor all of their customers that have been keeping them in business for the past 20 years and they know like a lot of nail tech shop there. They know a lot of makeup artists, a lot of hairstylists like myself, cosmetologists braiders. All of us go to beauty mastery. So i'm going to go in there on my vlog for y'all. Today, i'm going to grab some of the things that they have marked down. I want to get a good amount of things and really take advantage of the cell i've. Let a lot of my edge controls and my shining gems get down to the ground because i'm just like. Why would i go spend 10 15 per jar to replace my shining gem when i knew this sale was coming up, so i let everything get really low and it's time for me to go shopping. It'S been a while y'all, since i have done like a thorough shopping and um stock this up, so i'm going to do that and hopefully get enough stuff to carry me through the summer. Business has been really good by the way y'all. It has been booming. I have been doing hair all day. Every day today was going to be a free day. Y'All know i try to keep my mondays free to get business related stuff done on the back end um. So i don't really take appointments, but i had a client to hit me up today. Jaylen. She already had an appointment, but she asked if she could move it up today because of her work schedule. So i was like yeah, i love jaylen. She just gets the crochet stuff locks, so all i have to do is braid her hair down and install them. So yeah, i'm gon na go. Do a house call for her? I'M gon na hit the beauty master over by her on my way home. I'M wearing this little baby doll dress, i don't know where it came from, but it has the back out. I have a little half right on, so that's what's showing, then i had this little head wrap on, because really i needed to clear my day out to go to this cell and also braid my hair, but i want to film a whole video for that. I want to do some really long like medium-sized knotless, and i want to film that for y'all, because y'all have said that y'all like seeing me do different styles on myself, something like that is on separate video on another day. So, in the meantime, just beer with my hair but yeah yeah, let's go shopping. I decided to take jalen first. I asked her if i could come knock her hair out first, so that i can take my time in the store. That'S what we're about to do so. First, we head over to my client, jalen's house. She got soft locks which you guys have seen me do several times in a lot of my braided vlogs, you basically just individually plant the person's hair. You crochet the locs in and once the locks are installed, you tuck the plaits into each individual, lock, not much to see here, went ahead and did her hair and then, after that, i randomly decided to stop in burlington. There'S a very nice burlington over by jalen's house and i hadn't been in burlington in a long time, so i decided to see what was tea in burlington these days and i found some really cute stuff but ultimately didn't grab much burgerton has the cutest baskets. Oh, this sink mat is so cute, god bless this hot mess and they got a bunch of different ones. You just sit them in your sink. This is cute at this point. It'S time to go after leaving burlington, i finally made it to the beauty master cell. They had a lot of great things marked down. All of their got to be, products were on sale, along with a lot of their lace, adhesives for frontals. They had a lot of braiding essentials. A lot of their shine and gem products were marked down. A lot of the stuff that y'all, see me use and buy on a regular basis was dirt cheap, so y'all definitely should check out the cell. If you have time, i grabbed a bunch of oils, beauty master also. Has this really cool, self-care and wellness line that i've been eyeing for months? I just need to take the time one day to come in and really shop the line, but they basically sell a bunch of dried herbs along with oils and mist that you can kind of match up together to create your own at-home remedy for skincare and hair Care they give you these pamphlets and they break down what each herb oil and mist does. So you can kind of match up and filter out what you would need to improve your skin and hair care is um uh, um, hey y'all, so i'm back my dress. If you happen to see any stains on it, it's because i ate real good earlier and it seemed like my dress ate a little bit more of the food than i did so excuse any stains you might see, but yeah. I got two big bags from the master and then i made a random stop after leaving jalen's house there's a real nice bursting by her house um and i just decided to stop in there. I ended up getting some baby clothes for my nephew zayn um. I'M making like a baby basketball, i couldn't find nothing just was walking around i'm like. Let me get him a couple of onesies. I don't want to show them, because i'm not sure if ariel is going to watch this vlog before i get that basket to her. So, what's in here is baby clothes um. Then i'm going to look through this bag first because it seems to have the most items in it. The first thing out of this bag is this got to be free spray? This i use on all of my sleep styles. So anytime, you see me, do like a braided ponytail, a high ponytail, a high bun, my half up, half down styles, any style. Where you see me like straightening and slicking my natural hair. I use the freeze spray to um, hold it and like mold it um. The got to be gel. Any type of gel is just going to wave my hair back up. It has to be a free spray that keeps my hair nice and straight. So i'm always using this and then, if i do sleek styles on my clients, this is what i use for them as well. So i'm always running out of this got these two for ten. I don't know if i said that, but they're regularly either 7.99 or 8.99 a bottle, so to get them two for ten dollars was really good. This is my long behind receipt. Y'All! Don'T ask what i spent. I got one shiny jam mousse, because this shiny gem mousse was not a part of the sale, so it was regular price um. So i just got one. I also got my new favorite shiny gem that i've told y'all about um. When i did my what's in my bag braider edition recently, if you watch that, then you will have seen this already. This is my new favorite mousse by shining gem. So i got one of these um from the what's her name. I always forget sasha harris line, and then i got one of these um sasha harris is the lady on the bottle that came up with this red shiny gem line. I also got one of her oil sheens from the stasher hairs. This was also a regular price, so i just got one for right now um and i also got one of her braiding waxes. The big container is normally 20 something dollars. It was on sale today for 18.99. It was only a couple dollars cheaper, so i only got one this red line of shine and gem is the most expensive line. So everything from that line, i just brought one thing: um, also in this bag. She split my stuff up real crazy, so i'm gon na have to open that bag before i show y'all some of this other stuff. But i got um a few packs of like summer themed bean beads for my kid clients that i thought they would be attracted to right now. Um i got some of these braiding q-tips they're, always 99, no matter what in beauty master, i got the grapefruit and the coconut. These i have told y'all are scalp soothers for sensitive scalp when you're wearing protective styles. I got some bead sticks for the beads. I'M always losing these y'all. These are easy, easy easy to lose. This is a three pack and i believe it was only 99 for three and one that was a part of the sale. I got a bunch of oils she divided. Okay. Here goes another head um. I got some edge brushes scissors. I got this megacare oil. This one is called the scalp care oil 99 natural. I got two of the biotin ones. Those are my personal faves right now. I'Ve actually been seeing growth in my edges with using these um and then also in this bottle in this bag. I have this olive oil line hold on i'll talk to y'all about it here in a minute, and i also will talk to you all about the entire sale in a minute. But i've been wanting to try this rice water line with olive oil, my sister tan um, my nephews, that y'all see in my vlogs a lot that i took to the circus most recently. If y'all seen that vlog their mom has been raving about using rice, water she's been saying that rice, water really really helps hair growth, and so, when i seen this line, i was like. I really wanted to try it because it has rice, water and electrolytes um. So i got neat and tanned a set of the shampoo and conditioner the shampoo was 5.99 and the conditioner was 5.99 per bottle um and they were regularly 8.99. I believe i also buy olive oil, the ors brands um. If you look real closely you'll see it's the same brand, i got this little girls edge control, it's a fly away, taming edge control and i just thought this would be really good to use on my kid clients. Instead of using the harsh, really uh heavy edge control running through my edge controls, the swoop their baby hairs, when it don't require that much um their baby hairs are actually baby hair still, so it don't take a whole lot to tame them because um we be Forcing ours at our big ages and kids really have hair that lays down around the edge. So it don't take me using my real deal edge controls. That makes any sense. I just got this flyaway tammy gel to start using on my little girls. I also had been eyeing this brand. This was something i was happy to see go on clearance for the anniversary sale. It'S called narula on this particular line. They have a bunch of different things in that line of products, but today i ended up getting this argon essential oil, um serum and it comes with this little pump. Then i also got this butter shine and it says it's in it's for intense hydration, repair and restoration. Um and both of these are in orange containers, but it is in a pomegranate scent, so it smells really really good, and this is what the inside of it looks like i'll have to give y'all some b-roll on a different screen, because i know my lighting is Bad um also, i got three big jars of shiny gem. These were marked down at 8.99, a container and they're normally 10 or 11 um without the sale. So i got three of those i wanted to get four or five. I don't know what why i ended up. Oh, i didn't get five of these because i ended up getting one of these and even with the sale, this was 18.99 on sale. The large one of these by stacia hairs was 18.99. I wanted to support her black owned business um, so i got one but that took away from me buying five of these. So i got three of these one of these and i told y'all already i got the whole line of her stuff um and i believe that it's it on product. Last but not least, i got the hair from my knotless braids. Whenever i do that video. This is the hair i'll be using. As you all know, i like clean therapy hair because it is pre-rinsed. My scalp is very sensitive, so i got three packs of the color too. This hair was 3.99 or 2.99 and it's normally 6.99. So it was like three dollars off, so i got three packs of the pre-rinsed um hair and then i got one pack of purple. If i can find that inspiration, video and remember to add it on i'll show you all the look that i'm going for, but i'm just going to do maybe two or three purple braids, the majority of my hair is going to be the darker brown um color. So i got all of that, but y'all uh they don't have purple and pretty rinse, but i don't think with me highlighting maybe two or three braids, that it'll irritate my scalp too bad, because i'm not gon na rinse. This hair - i don't want it to bleed too bad um, but yeah, i'm gon na highlight and it's a very cute fluorescent purple um, but free trend. Honey has been showing out um in the store they had so much of their hair marked down, and they have so many different lengths now the length that i have in this hair, the pack don't say, but just by looking at it, i want to say this Is a 26 inch when folded probably like a 48 inch, all stretched out um, but they had 90 inch hair, which really blew my mind, because when i do my really long braids a lot of times, excuse me, i have to keep feeding in here and keep Feeding in here to make the braids as long as my clients like them so now, knowing that they sell 90 inch hair um, i'm going to be going to beauty master to get that hair so that i don't have to put too much work on myself. The hair already comes pre-stretched pre-cleansed and it's super super long already. I'M imagining getting when you put that 90 inch hair in somebody's head it'll hit the back of their calves, because i did braids on my hair before that were close to 90 inches and because i'm a shorter girl, they hit my kneecaps so that 90 inch hair. I'M really excited about i'm not! I didn't want to get it for this particular style um, but in the future i will be shopping that hair i was blown away. I think i recorded a clip of it in the store so i'll insert that yeah. I am blown away at this 90 inch, braiding hair, never ever in life. As long as i've been braiding have i ever seen hair manufacture at this limb. They now have it and they have so many options. This is like an ombre blend of like shades of blonde. They have every color, you can think of purple blue red, pink all the way down there, but that's everything y'all, my bed is covered in products and stuff. I got a lot of stuff um. All in all, i told y'all not to ask me the price, but i didn't spend a whole lot of money um. I spent 115 um and it says at the bottom that i saved 51 so had i brought all of this stuff um without it being a sale going on right now. I would have spent 51 dollars more than what i spent today. So it's not too too bad. My budget was 100, though, and i went over by 15 um because i got a couple of things that i wanted versus things that i actually needed. This was also something that i wanted. I have shampoo and conditioner, but, like i said, tan has been raving about this rice water stuff. So, instead of making it at home um, i brought it pre-made already in the conditioner and stuff, it's not gon na stink. It'S not gon na get sour. I know with um like cooking rice and leaving it out. It'S gon na have a cinch, so i'm liking this because it's mixed in with olive oil, i don't think it'll smell too bad. I'M really sure that my hair is going to like it. I'Ve used olive oil products before so it says it's silkening, meaning my hair may come out nice and silky and smooth i'm excited to surprise her with her set at work. So we did good today um as far as the sale. They have a bunch of stuff that i did not vlog. I only vlogged what i think that braiders that watch my videos would be interested in or naturalistas that watch. My videos would be interested in as far as products. I did some makeup vlogging in the store. Some of their nails stuff, but they have a lot of stuff. I bought some of the hot tools, some of some of the clothing, some of the bags um, but everything that y'all seen in my video, like my little b-roll prior to me. Talking of me in the store is only a portion of what that store. Has it's a really really really big warehouse um, and so this is the sales paper for the month. It just says: 20th anniversary, sale, june 6 through june 19th, beauty master june 22, 20 years and a 20th anniversary um. Then they have all their social medias linked down here, we'll list it down here and they give you the whole rundown of everything. That'S on sale right now. What really shocked me was how many people were in there buying the bundles. They have a big bundle. Counter a big big, big, big, big wig section that i didn't bother to go to a lot of people were over there and i knew what i had on my list to get but later on in the week or closer to the end of the sale. I'M gon na go in there and see what's left, i got some here from noon. When i first moved to atlanta that i still have, i made it into a u-part unit um, so they have a lot of um good bundles in there and a lot of their stuff is marked down. They also have luggage on sale. They have a lot of those little um traveling equipment, it's their um blow dryers ring lights. A lot of stuff is marked down right now, so take advantage of the sale on the back. They have advertised their new orlando location and they have all of their locations. Listed again, i'm going to put it in the description, but they have orlando douglasville camp creek, greenbrier, headland, old, national riverdale, morrow and duluth. All of those names from douglasville down to duluth are all atlanta locations. So if you're anywhere around any of those locations check this cell out y'all, i had a blast and beauty master.
