Hey youtube fam: It's your girl, Lia back again with another video and today's video, as you can see from the title and the smile on my face. Today'S video is my favorite video to film, for you guys every single year. It is my annual top crochet hair for your vacations, for your travels for your beach trips. For any kind of leisurely, fun time that you got coming up. And I always love to put This up right before we hit that warmer weather., I got my beach.. I was walking along the beaches of Key West with some crochet hair last year and I'm envisioning myself this year in the great year of 2022, doing the same thing in a different dress. Having a good time with some crochet hair., So this is my 2022 edition.. I make this video every year. Every year since 2018. I'Ve come on here and brought you my top five typically, but this year we got eight.. We got a little bit more.. I saw a funny Tik Tok, which reminded me i needed to make this video. I'll, insert it right. Now. Is this true, You everybody going on vacation because everybody got braids. Look all the black people. Look Watch this! That'S five in a row., All the black girls. When they go on vacation, they get braids.. In that clip, you see, the guy is on a plane with his. I guess significant other and several several women walk by even some sitting down have their braids in and he's making a comment of. You know people about to go on vacation when they get a braided style. And that 100 % is the case a lot of the time.. When you go on a trip, your first thought is: let me go get my box braids.. Let me get my jumbo braids.. Maybe get some micros taking it back a little bit.. Let me give some kind of braided style, because that is the signature I'm going on vacation. And my video is to say: yes, you can go with a braided style.. I get the ease of it, But you can also have a loose crochet style too. If you want to try kind of a loose hair that has the ability to withstand the humidity withstand the waters, withstand the moisture. That'S in the air at some of these locations. Crochet hair is a phenomenal option.. Please put it on your list. Put braided styles, but if you want some diversity., If you want to be on the plane and not have the braids like everybody else., You want to be different., You want to be a trendsetter.. This is the video for you., My normal disclaimers. I make with this video every year., The hair that I currently have in. If you check the description box, you know what hair it is., But the hair I currently have in will not make this list just because I don't know yet., I have a good feeling. Another disclaimer. Just because something made the list last year and doesn't make the list this year doesn't mean it is not water friendly anymore.. If you watched my 2018 video and were like well that hair that she mentioned in 2018 is not on her 2020 list. That means that hair is terrible.; No, it just means I'm modernizing my list.. It doesn't mean that those hair that made my 2018 2019 2020 2021. All my other lists. It doesn't mean that those hair are bad now and forget those lists. It just means every year. Gon na add some new add some new. We don't need to be here for 30 minutes. We gon na make the list as short, sweet and condensed as possible to get through the information, but does not negate any hair that i've talked about in the past. Now, let's get started into this list and nothing is in any particular order and everything i say again is my opinion. Having worn out these hair now, the first hair on this list, the rastafri tahiti curl, hair, very recent hair on my channel. I even left a little bit of my hair out for that install because the blend on that was so incredible. I think. Even if i were going on a trip, i would still leave a little bit of hair out just because it doesn't take much for me to twist my hair back down and then redo the whole process. I really like that. It gave me beach vibes. It gave me a look that i really loved if i could have gotten. I think i wore that hair right before i went on my beach trip to cabo. If i had known hindsight being 20 20, because i did not like the hair that i wore to cabo as a vacation option, i like the hair overall, the way it looked and a lot of that. But i did not like that hair for a beach vacation. It'S not gon na be on this list. Spoiler alert. You watch my bobbi boss go, go curl, video, you know it's not making this particular list. However. The tahiti curl, the hair i had in right before it loved it. I think you're going to be able to get that hair wet. I think you're going to be able to kind of wash that hair if you're, looking for an option where, okay after i get it wet, i want to wash it as well you're going to be able to wash that hair. That hair was just a very good hair, so i think water friendliness definitely going to be able to get you through some vacations, as well as the boho lox majesty twist hair. Now again, like i said, i was trying to not put any braided styles on here, and this is a twist style, but it is a cute hair that i think will uphold a lot. It'S a very costly hair and hair and cheap. That'S one thing: i will say that hair aren't cheap, but that hair is going to stay and stay and stay so much so that when you take the hair out, it's going to look exactly like when you put it in. It is one of the few hair that i actually have in my closet, still that i've taken out and saved just because one it ain't cheap, and i spent my own coin on that. So i want to make sure you know if i ever get the desire to say hey, i really like that style. Let me try it again. I have it, and another thing about it is my fear, sometimes with twist hair, is that the water can absorb in the hair if you get it wet and it becomes too heavy. I think that material or that is kind of material in a sense crochet hair is not real hair. It is fabric, it's material. Those fibers, i think, can be very water resistant like meaning that water, instead of going through it and soaking in, will really kind of just go against it and won't really make the hair super super heavy, like some other styles may become. Some lock styles become super heavy and absorb the water as this hair. Instead, if you were to feel that hair, you would understand what i meant the hair just kind of would roll off. If that makes sense, so i think it's a good option and it's going to be a good push style option if you want to still go and have your little semi-braided style, but you don't want to sit in the chair for hours. I think this is an amazing option, as well as the fema freak mini frozee, twist hair and, while i'm at it, let me just throw the curl refinery ultimate island twist hair in there as well, because they're very similar what i did both of those videos. I still constantly get questions of. What'S the difference between the two: what's the difference, i'd say. The difference that i can tell is that the fema free care is a little bit thinner, a little a little bit like a quarter of a centimeter of it like it's. So distinct, you would just have to hold both beside each other to be able to tell, but that hair just a wee bit thinner that hair a beautiful option, as well as the curl refinery as a beautiful option. Again, two hair that i believe, if you get it wet, it's nothing's gon na really happen. Nothing. Nothing is going to change the real look of that. The next hair on this list is the roster free dream, romance curl love that hair, it's very similar to the hair. I have in right now, which i will talk about in the review video. I talk about the distinction between the two. They are from the same brand, so it could be like oh well, the factory. You know they had two different things, but there is a little bit of a difference between that hair and this hair. That hair, incredible incredible does not change, looks the same, can get wet, would be a perfect beach option. I cannot say more about that hair as well as the keema soft red hair. The keema soft dread, another hair that did not change through the wear of it. That'S what i love if you are new to my channel, which this video brings in a lot of new eyes every single year hi, my name is leah. I like no to low maintenance hair. That'S what i like! I don't got time for doing all of this, and all of that, if you don't know my journey, i started this channel because i was going on vacation and i needed a hair that was going to work. Crochet hair was the hair that worked. I turned this camera on two weeks before i was going on cruise because i needed a solution. Yes, i could have gone with box braids, but how many vacation photos do i already have of me in braids? That'S not what i want no more. I wanted a vacation where i could slay i wanted to slay and guess what i did and then i came on this camera to tell you guys to tell you guys you too, and that's the formulation. My whole channel is based off a vacation for crochet hair. That'S why this is my favorite video? It'S because i get to put thousands of other people on, so i think going back to my main purpose. The purpose statement, the vision statement for this channel is low maintenance, while still having a fun field time on your vacations. This is what you're going to get with the hema soft dread hair. Next, the freetress bohemian braid, as well as the water wave i like to lump those two in together, because i think they give the same properties. They do the same things they're going to not let you down on your trippity trip freetress bohemian curl is the hair that launched this channel. If i had never seen, freetress bohemian curl - probably wouldn't even be speaking to y'all right now, because my best friend had it in we went to the beach. She was swimming lula line and then on the opposite end. I was the friend who had the leave out situation and we've seen the picture we don't need to do. We need to show the picture again. Let'S show the picture again. Her hair looked good. My hair looked crappy because i wanted to swim too, but i had that sewing in. I already had a planned sewing situation and then the vacation popped up. So i was screwed. I was screwed, but i was like you know what you got in a thing that i want to be part of. What is that thing and she said freetress bohemian brain i was like those words mean nothing to me. What is a freetress bohemian braid? She sent me down, explain crochet, hair to me and again, the rest is history that hair can get wet and final hair. The final hair, it's got, ta be the freetress beach curl hair. Yes - and this hair makes this list because of you guys, because i don't think in my wearing of the hair, i went on no trips, i didn't go on a trip, a vacation and this might have been the the year that i started making this type of Video, i think i tried that hair in 2018. Maybe i don't remember quite when i tried that hair, but i remember when i tried that hair you guys went crazy in the comments and said yes beach, yes vacation. Yes, it gives a look. I'M jealous of that hair and i have a sneaking suspicion that i may don't hold me to it. I may revisit that hair in this year, because my favorite one of my favorite creators on here living fearless her name, is living fearless87 on instagram. If you follow her, she did a recent i think, install and talk through about that hair. She did a little bit of leave out on it. When i tell you it looks nothing like how it was on me. I was like this ain't, the same hair. I had to keep watching it over and over again because i refused to believe she was saying freetress beach curl in that video. I refuse to believe it because i i think it does not look the same. Maybe they changed it. Maybe i need to revisit it, but she was looking so good in that hair that i was like. I need freetress beach curl in my life, because one it looks amazing on her too. You guys pound the comments in that video. I think it might be my most watched individual crochet hair review that i have on this channel, like that's, not a compilation like my first most popular video, of course, is my curtains video, because who knew people cared so much about curtains. But then, after that, it's my crochet hair compilation, videos and i think my first standalone crochet hair review that cracks over a hundred thousand views is that [ __ ] curl video, because y'all was going up for it. So it is a mention on this list because y'all have told me: that's the hair right there, and so that is the final hair on this list. I haven't tried that you love again leave out the braided styles, because we trying to change things we're not trying to be on the plane. Looking like everybody else, we trying to look different.
