See you all good people, that's watching this video. What is your hair type welcome back to much on the good people? My name is Terrell. Taylor are pre stage each and last one you for tuning in and watching my videos today we're going to be discovering our hair types and the different textures of hair that we all have no person here. Type is the same, but we're going to be diving into two different four hair groups as well also stay tuned and keep a lot. Let'S get into this video. Okay, good people is four types of hair. You have straight, you have curly, you have kinky and you have quality hair. My hair is absolutely Coley. Coley is a very small tight spiral, hair that you get when your hair gets wet as well, and when you start to coil your hair is four major different hair groups. My happens to be Coulier. You know a lot of people adds. How can you get hair like mine's? What can you do when the steps can you take in order to get this type of hair just type of curly hair? Well, the truth is, you might not be able to get the hair that I have, because we all have different hair types. We all have to say here type in different four categories, but no hair pattern is the same. We all every single person has a different hair pattern. No pattern of straining of hair is the same, so we all have to look at it like this. You can get curly here, but your hair won't be as curly as mine or it might be more curly. Is just depends on your hair type, so how do you find out your hair type, there's various of hair type tests that you can find out on different websites, and particularly on for as black people in black men's hair? Our hair tends to be a little bit more coarse and a little bit more kinky, as well as quality hair. My hair, for instance, take, for example, is Coley. Coley here is a very spiral is spirals. Your hair actually comes into spirals as naturally and curly as well. So when your here is a lot spiral straight here, where you just really can get your hair to be that spiral, so you have like straight to way here. I do you have quality hair as well. You have kinky air, so you need to identify your ear type first. So I want to ask the question this: what are you doing to research, your hair type, depending on your hair type, there's different products, mate for certain hair types? What works for my hair type might not work for your hair type as well. Also, the products that I use in my hair far as a shampoo, the leave-in conditioners, coconut oil, castor oil, organic. We all have a different reaction to different hair products, so you need to research, your hair type in order to find out what products will be great in best for your hair, tight setting. All of that there is various steps, as you tape is actually quite difficult to find out your hair type. If your hair is very short now, if you have short hair and it's under an inch, is going to be very hard to identify your hair type, because your hair is constantly growing, some hair grows faster than the other. Some people here grow overnight, as you seen in one of my popular videos on my channel. Your hair can grow. Overnight is just different steps that you have to do in order to treat your hair and get it back to a healthy state. Once you get your hair back to a healthy state is easy to grow your hair, but if your hair is untreated and unhealthy is going to be a little bit difficult in order to grow your hair longer, faster and naturally as well. Now we have thinning hair. We have thick hair, so it's best to identify your hair type. So I ask this question to you all good people, that's watching this video. What is your hair type? I want you all to stop what you're doing and go in Google and find out your hair type now, there's a hair test that I can give you to do right now now, if you have short hair and it's under an inch, I'm sorry it's not going To work for you, your hair has to be a little bit longer. It'S now saying that that doesn't mean you can't get curly hair natural curly hair. You can still use my tutorials as well in game again natural curly, having settled that if your hair is under an inch, you do have to wait a little bit longer to grow your hair in order to do this test. So what you do is you take a strand of hair, because what you have to do is go from the root to the middle part of your hair. So what you do is take the root to the middle part of your hair, and you have to look at it in mirror this part. Your new role is asking your hair pattern in your hair type. Now your new role um could be coldly. It can be wavy, it can be straight as well now, if your hair is over an inch to two inches say, for instance, a lot of people been saying my hair isn't. As long as I've been saying, my hair is actually six to seven inches long as well, and I can do a hair test. So in another video I'll be doing a hair update. So look out for that, but why you got to do is take a section of your hair. See you can just tell my hair. Is that long as well, so you'll take a section of your hair. Now this part from the root you have to part it? This part you, apart you're here, you have to look at it in the mirror and you have to figure out this part right here. What is that shape? So what I suggest you do is go look at a chart, get the chart as you're doing this hair curling test as well, see your hair type. Now, if you could do another thing to do, is you can pull out a strand of your hair and compare it to the charts? There'S various charts that you can find? I actually put a link of a chart of a hair chart to find out your type of hair, and it's particularly Oh so definitely take these hair tests in order to find out your hair type. Once you find out your hair type, then you can research and find out what products is best for that particular hair site. So if your hair is straight you're going to use straight products there now there are products, that's made to go straight to curly and then there's another video that I'm going to be doing as well. Going from straight to curly hair, most people identify good hair with wavy hair. A lot of people don't have wavy hair, but some people do have wavy hair on to me. There is no certain hair type that I consider good. Then I consider bad. All here is good. All here is this basically untreated if your hair is untreated, I'll, consider it bad here. If it's healthy, I mean you're, doing everything you possibly can to treat your hair. That is healthy. Also, definitely do research and find out what is your hair type? That way, will you find out your hair type marketers might be able to assist you a little bit more um into getting your natural curly hair. I hope you take those advice to researching and finding out what's your hair type, my hair type identified this a long time ago. I have to research in order to treat my hair and start off with a big chop. You know I had the big chop, so I had to do that and I encourage you if you need to take the big chop in order to start your journey over to find out your hair site. That'S the first thing you need to do when you take the big chop, find out your hair tight, because if you don't know your hair tight you're not going to be able to treat your hair accordingly as well. So I hope this advice is able to help and assist all of you with your natural hair journey, so yeah I actually get find out. Call Me Swivel Hips: Cool video! I am one of those people with wavy hair. If I keep my hair totally virgin, I have these big body S waves, about 2-3 inches long. So you can't really see it until I grow it out at least to 2 inches. Once my hair gets past shoulder length, the weight of it reduces those body waves drastically. Now if I scrunch my hair, it induces it to form loose curls. Especially in hot, humid weather, scrunching induces very distinct spirals, each curl being about 2-3 inches long. They tend to e bouncy and quite voluminous, though they obviously still stay close to my face. The thing is though, I didn't start scrunching my hair in my last hair journey until my hair was about 12 inches long (about collar bone length). So the natural body waves had mostly disappeared. But scrunching it still brought out those loose & large spirals quite well. But by the time my hair got down to my armpits-nipples, the bounce slowed down to more of a sway. I';m growing my hair out from scratch again! I'm excited for it to get to about 6 inches long, to see what my texture looks like when I scrunch it at that length! In other words, I'm still learning about what my natural texture is! It's fun!

Bec SocSci: Mine is totally straight. I don’t do anything more than shampoo, then condition. Whilst the conditioner is in I comb it through then rinse and dry naturally. It’s handy to comb whilst conditioner is in because that way it stays silky and neat for days and no need to brush. I don’t use any heating products like hair dryers or straighteners or curling irons either as that snaps hair off. Some people with straight hair will still use a straightener just for silkiness but comb in shower avoids that. Plus just letting your hair towel dry is the most gentle way to dry.
Boi: i'm gonna do the big chop and grow out my hair again. If I get waves while my hair is short, would that be a good way to start off my natural curl pattern?
