ALOE VERA CURLY HAIR ROUTINE FOR EXTREME HAIR GROWTH | Will this make my hair grow? (2c/3a/2b Curls)

Hello! Today I'm using Aloe vera because I am currently on a long curly hair journey. This natural treatment is supposed to promote hair growth, relieve an itchy scalp, reduce sebum, and remove build-up from the hair. Then I show you a quick curly hair routine.

Hey! If you’re new to my channel I’m Alexa. I love everything curly hair.

I am hoping to help you & share my experiences on this channel.

About my hair: low porosity, high density, Coarse.

Gets dry really easily.

Hi, my name is alexa and right now i'm trying to grow out my curly hair, so i'm going to be using aloe vera to promote hair growth. I see a lot of people do this and it looks super interesting. So thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed today's video, so this aloe vera - i got it from my local supermarket. It was less than two dollars. So this is what we're working with this is actually day seven here, my hair is pretty dry, so the aloe vera is definitely going to give me moisture, but also the whole point of this is for my hair growth journey. So now, let's get on to the video, so i'm gon na go cut this aloe vera, i'm literally going to cut it into squares, and i'm also going to be cutting up the sides right here, because if you guys can tell they're like pointy so they're a Little sharp, so i don't want to get cut when i'm actually applying that aloe vera to my hair, so yeah, i'm just gon na go cut this off right now and i'll be back okay guys! So now, i'm back. It literally took me, like five minutes, to cut up the aloe vera that i showed you, so i did cut it up into these squares and, as you guys can see, i also cut up the sides. So this is what we're going to be working with. I feel like this is going to be enough for my whole hat. I do have another backup, one just in case, but let's just get started so here we have the aloe vera, as you guys can tell. It is kind of thick and i'm just separating my hair now into sections just to make this whole process easier. Also, my hair is a little detangled, so i'm just tying that part up now, i'm just separating the skin of the aloe vera. We can use both sides of this. One side will have more. One side will have last now. You guys see me poking the aloe vera and that just allowing the jowl to come out. There is a ton of jaw in here and finally, i'm just taking this and i'm applying it to my hair right away. They started to feel so moisturizing. So aloe vera has a lot of benefits. I am using it specifically for hair growth. It does have a specific enzyme in it which helps to heal your scalp, and it also repairs your hair follicle, and this can promote thicker hair and it can also promote hair growth. Also, this is really good for people who suffer with an itchy scalp and even a dry scalp. My scalp does not produce any oil. I do not know why, so i feel like this will be really beneficial just to balance out the moisture level. On my scalp now, what i'm doing is i'm taking some aloe vera and i'm gently massaging that on my scalp once the aloe vera is in my hair, i'm just gently finger detangling, just to make things easier for me and also to prevent extra breakage. I find that this is really helpful. Now, i'm actually going in with my brush and i'm gently detangling, my hair from ants to roots. Also, i like to note that i will be washing my hair in the shower later just to remove the aloe vera. I will be washing with a clarifying shampoo and this will help make the detangling process in the shower easier and it will just make my hair also more moisturized. I know you don't like it, you don't know, someone might really love you, it could happen outer space. Definitely i love you. If i just can't only. I know you don't like it, you don't know, someone might really love you. It could happen if there's nothing. I can do now. It'S time to style my hair, i'm saturating my hair with water, i'm using the my hair, dance leave-in and i'm spraying this on my hair. And now i'm going to be brushing that, through after i'm, using the defining butter from bounce curl, i'm taking a good amount. Putting that through my hair, brushing it through and finally i'm using a gel, i'm just glazing it on my hair and then i'm scrunching that in my hair, did feel really moisturized after the aloe vera, and it was just really nice styling it because there was barely Any tangles and it did feel really soft. It also felt stronger for some reason: hey guys so right now. This is day two here towards the end of the day, i did style my hair pretty late yesterday. So when i did go to sleep, my hair was kind of damp and it was also in a cast, so i did put my bonnet on and i went to sleep but really quickly before we do finish the video i do want to show you guys. The products that i did use yesterday to wash my hair just because i think it was a really important step in this routine. So i did use the curl smith detox shampoo. After that, i used the bounce curl deep conditioner, and i left that in my hair for about 12 minutes and finally, i used the postbiotic conditioner from curlsmith and i did mix a little bit of my jovani deep, moisture conditioner just for a small protein boost. So this is how my hair came out and i really like it. I feel like it's really fluffy. It is really really moisturized. I can definitely tell so i feel like personally for me, this is something that i won't do every week, because i feel like it'll, be like a really intense moisture boost into my routine. So i feel like it's something that i'll do every two or three weeks. Also, i am really excited to keep doing these diys for hair growth. So if that's something you are interested in then give this video a thumbs up. That way, i can know and just make these videos for you guys and also thank you so much for watching. I really do appreciate it. I hope you enjoyed this video and if you do end up trying this out or if you have then comment down below and let me know so, thank you so much for watching and i hope you guys have an amazing rest of your week. Bye, bye,

hohoHope: Ahhh thanks so much for this! I've been using aloe vera for my face recently and man, it's already done wonders for my eczema flare-ups so I can only imagine how my scalp/hair is gonna look! I feel you girl, my scalp literally never produces oil, it's always so dang itchy and dry my looord. Excited to try this out ♡

faith: girl you’re hair so defined, i’m so jealous :/

Jenn S: Always great videos. I have learned so much from you. I have 3A/3B, low density, medium porosity curls and perhaps you could do a video with lightweight products for those of us that have low density hair. The heavy creams and butters are a nightmare for me to use. Or recommendations on what to use.

- sally: Hello girl, to remove some of the bad smell of aloe vera, cut it into pieces (without removing the skin) and put it to soak in water for 1-2 hours (sorry for my English) Also I recommend you to investigate this topic of "putting onion in shampoo".

Qlaradia: Omg I'm so happy I found your channel! You literally have the most beautiful hair I've ever seen! I am trying to grow my hair way down past my booty and can't wait to try your tricks. I'm excited to follow your journey as your perfect hair grows out long fast! What's your length goal?

Jesamé Joy Sandalamo: Absolutely love your videos ❤️✨

Rochelle Robinson: I've been making a DIY AV treatment where I combine it with a carrier oil and fresh banana peals. I put them together in my crockpot lunch warmer and let it stew for a couple of days. After that I turn the heat off, let it cool completely and then strain. I will massage a tablespoon into my scalp for 5 minutes and put another tablespoon to the rest of my hair. Next I cover my hair with a shower cap and leave on for at least 4 hours or overnight. I just wash and style my hair as normal. Since starting this a year ago my hair has grown quite a bit. My hairstylist was so impressed she asked to me make her up a batch.
