I didn't purchase it Sabrina here today, I'm showing you a quick, easy and messy French twist updo for those of us with curly hair, and this is a style that I have started doing a lot more especially this year in summer. Simply because I wanted something that was quick, easy and we get that pair up off of my neck, especially in this heat, and this is it several of you have seen me wear this hairstyle and past videos and you've asked me how I've accomplished it. So I'm here today to show you just that now I word of disclaimer here before we get into the tutorial. If you have curly hair, that is longer then I'd say right about here, so shoulder length or lower. You may find this style a little bit harder to wear, simply because I know myself when my hair is a lot longer, it gets too heavy to hold this style. So if your hair is longer, you may not work out too well. Also, if you have a really really really really really thick hair, this style may not work out as well, either. Sorry just being honest before we get into this and if you're looking for something that can transition easily from daytime to nighttime. This is a great style. Also I'll show you a way that you can dress it up at the end. Let'S get going first thing you want to have some curly hair and, if you're interested in seeing how I get my hair to look like this, I will include that tutorial for you below, then we're gon na take the hair back in our hands like we're. Gon na be putting it up in a ponytail, and what I do from here is I bring it back in my hands until I've got it thinned out and I roll it in towards the head, and this does not have to be perfect. The Messier, the better and don't worry about loose ends too much at this point. This is moreso to get the shape of the French twist going and to secure that I'm using these really long bobby pins and what I do is I stick one at the center. At the bottom up into the French twist, and then I also insert another one from the top down into the French twist, and you want to weave these through your hair and make sure that they're hidden in that French twist on the back of your head there. If you feel like you need to insert more than two bobby pins, you definitely can I find that two works really well for me and because they're so big, they do hold a lot of hair. Then I'm going to take random sections of hair and begin to pin them into the French twist and I'm using smaller, bobby pins for these steps and the ones I'm using are actually blonde in color, so they fade into my hair nicely also keep on pinning. I would say I use at least 20 bobby pins for this type of look and I feel really secure when I'm wearing my hair like this, it doesn't feel like it's gon na fall and it really doesn't fall during the day either. When I wear it like this, now that I've gotten the back all taken care of I'm gon na work on the top and make sure that those pieces are pinned down, also get rid of any lumps and bumps smooth it out as much as you can. But this is a messy French twist, so it doesn't really need to be 100 %. Perfect then finish it off with a super hold hairspray all the way around. This will help to keep the style in place and if you want to dress this look up for an evening out, you can add bedazzled pins or a decorative comb as well. It'S completely up to you.
