Hi, I'm Giselle and I'm going to demonstrate a five minute up to. They can do yourself, it's fun and quick. What I'm going to do is work with curly hair today and I'm going to start by just putting the interim ponytail and I'm going to take a small piece of hair and just wrap the ponytail. So you don't see the band, and this is great for any kind of hair texture. It could be curly to be straight wavy. Any type is great. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take some small sections and I'm going to twist up one piece at a time it doesn't have to be smooth. It could be just a little section about an inch inch and a half, and you want to twist it a little firmly and you can actually have some little pieces that come out. If you have layers in here. That'S fine to you because it adds more texture and simply take out one little piece of strand of hair and pull and pin. And this just creates a very loose type of style. If you just pin in on either side just to create a very fun and loose style, it's going to be another section twist that up and again it doesn't matter if there are little flyaways or little pieces. I'M sorry that come out and you want to pull out one or two strands at the most. That way I twist slides right through and push up the hair and just pin it. You can actually leave the little tails out as well. I can make for very fun, funky type of style and because her hair is quite thick, I'm going to take two more sections and twist that up and pull twist and pull and secure that, and this can be done in any position on the head of you Up high Midway or down low and secure well - and you really don't even have to open up your bobby pins to do that. That way, you get a very secure twist and use the last section and secure it well on either side and there you have a quick update, it's quick and easy, no hot curlers or irons just twist and pull and secure

freewheel5: That is exactly what I've been looking for! Thanks so much! The world needs many more of these type of videos using naturally curly hair as is, rather than blown straight and recurled.

rmlaferr: I just did this on my super-thick, very curly hair. It took me 3 minutes without a mirror and it looks AMAZING. I've found my new go-to hairstyle.

Hnikki91: Oh my god this is freaking awesome!!!!! Thank you so much!!! You've just saved me from a life of tight slicked back bun-hairstyles!!!!!!!

Sunsh1neX: This is very nice! Thanks so much for sharing. :)

Jessica Cronin: thanks so much for this. My little girl has a head full of spiral curls and I am at a total loss as to what to do with this. I love also that it is quick since she doesn't sit still very long.

barracuuda: I agree this is really refreshing. I also am very cautious looking at curly hair updos because most of the one I've seen have girls with straight hair who curl loose strands with a large-barrel curling iron AFTER the updo has been made and the first step in the whole process is "getting your hair stick-straight." As if! Thank you very much for the video

Deadre Angermuller: THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!!! I agree with gunbrell please do more curly hair styles!!! We need them!!!

Rachelee98: this is great! thanks a bunch :D

QueenofSnarks: Looks absolutely wonderful but my hair won't slide up the strand. It gets stuck about a third of the way up.

Chemtastic Pty: Hi I tried this once and the hair style was good but I had to say goodbye to my hair tips because they all got tangled and damaged. I had to trim my hair!!! This is the last time I'm doing that!

glencoco: Genius! That's new :D

FF: aww thats soo cute

residentflautist: Well, and then there's the "I'm going to do a 5 minute makeup tutorial" and then it takes 12 minutes... :P to each their own!

Maryam Libya: Thanks God for that!!!

Laura Chauvin: although it is a very easy and pretty hairstyle.....the action of dragging the hair against the cuticle is Very bad for the hair. Frizz forever!
