A girlfriends Carlene Sanchez here I've been going to the gym quite a bit, and I have extremely long hair that if I put it in a traditional ponytail, it will start to create tension and risk my hair and create breakage. So I came up with a simple technique that works for me at the gym, and it also translates into a nice easy updo if you kind of got wrecked our or third day hair at there do so, let me get to it. I'M going to take my hair and flip over and I, if I tie it right here, flip ponytail with the scrunchies that would be my pineapple, so it takes pineapples a couple steps further, I'm going to tie it around after I get to this point here. I'M going to pull it through again and then you leave some of this little bit out, and so I mean you could just do the gym like this, if you're buying it all of it being on the top of my head. If I bounced around and move around, it stays pretty secure, but I tend to really love to add these large bobby pins, these large bobby pins and really secure things and also hide the scrunchie. So what I do they use my hand to push it down on my head and then I used I put the pin in. I don't open it up. I just push it right on my head and I leave it in and out of my hair. I do one in the front and then I did wanted it back. We usually have a leader, I'm looking at so I might not be looking is with this video that I give you and I'm actually see what I'm doing so so now, if I move around and do kind of little things like I'm, I'm flying, and so this This is a pretty good hairdo for me. Look in the mirror. If I was going to be fancy, I mean this is an earring. I have right here, you can add drooled into your little chair do. This is also very cute, if you add, like a bandana around here, for kind of a little retro look. Okay. So after I've worked out, I've taken my hair out of my little fancy thing and I like to pack a hot stock diffuser in my bag. This is kind of these are very cheap. You can pick these up for like five to ten dollars. They fit really conveniently around any of the blow dryers that they usually have at the gym, provided and like my husband about you, just take a stick. This thing on your nozzle: this is just for me to kind of diffuse my root area, I'm not looking to do like my whole hair all over again in the situation, I'm just trying to try my route. I do like the always peace of some essential oil with me. This is a lavender one that I've diluted down with water. I do have other blends as well. I don't kind of get too crazy about the brand names on most of them. If you like to make sure they're pure and stuff, but some people get psycho about their brand, so I'll usually take a couple drops and put it all over my fingertip and then all massage. My scalp lavender is a deodorizer antibacterials. It'S really really nice and easy. Roman therapy to incorporate into your routine so I'll put that on my route, I'll put my little hot spots on there by my room. It'S been going there too wet after my web and I'm worried about please watching my hair every time like a wasted with energy
