Never forget how special and amazing you truly are,

Love you! Leyla xo

Hey everyone and welcome back to my Channel today I have a big curly hair tutorial. This was highly requested, considering I have recently changed the way that I do this and my curls have definitely improved quite a bit a couple of weeks ago or around a month ago. My calls had totally lost their definition, so I'm also gon na be showing you guys how to make your hair look Carly at naturally as well. Just give you guys all of my tips and tricks if you love color videos. Let me sure to give this video a thumbs up, subscribe and turn post notifications on and let's get on into the video okay guys. So the number one tip that I would say that has really helped to bring my cars back is to wash my hair as little as possible. As you guys can see, my hair is looking pretty crazy right now, so I'm gon na go and wash it. I actually don't have any shampoos right now that I'm obsessing with, but I tried to use sulfate free shampoos and leave-in conditioner has been a massive tip as well. That has really really changed my hair game using and leave-in conditioner every single time I wash my hair and leaving it in for at least 20 minutes to half an hour each time I wash has really helped to hydrate my hair and a little tip that I, Like to do is put a plastic bag, you can use a shower cap if you have one on my hair and then I want to wrap it up and leave it in so that it can soak up all the goodness. I use the banana hair mask from the body shop and, honestly it's my current favorite. It smells like a banana milkshake and I'm just obsessed so I'll leave the end up for 30 minutes and that will really allow my hair to hydrate and I'll wash it out. And then I will scrunch up my hair with a microfiber towel. That is also something that I've switched up and that has really really helped to reduce frizz and also reduce breakages as well. A microfiber towel doesn't have, as much of I guess, a coarse rough texture to it. So I really like to scrunch up my hair once it's really wet and, as you can see already my curls or forming - and I just found that this has really helped and changed a lot. So I'll just do this until my hair has got the majority of the water out, I like to flip my hair around and just make sure that everywhere is evenly kind of just like got all the water out. Obviously, it's not gon na be dry and next we're gon na be applying product into my hair. I cannot tell you guys how important it is to apply the correct products into your hair, I'm first of all using this Moroccan styling cream, and this just okay. The smells amazing just got to say, and it's really inexpensive, so I don't mind using too much of this. I'Ve got ta say: maintaining curly hair is definitely more expensive than maintaining like straight hair. The products can get really pricey, but this one's really inexpensive. So I do the same thing as I used to do in my older videos. I just like to scrunch this product through my hair, but I can definitely say that me changing up the products that I use has really helped as well, because the products I use now are a lot more hydrating and my curls are a lot softer rather than Hard and crunchy - I personally prefer - and it just makes it easier to maintain on the days to come as well, because you can repeat this process over and over and your hair doesn't feel hard. So once I've applied a good amount of that product into my hair and it's applied all evenly, I will go in with another cold cream and this one instead is from a brand called diva curl and honestly, this brand is so so good for curly hair. Honestly, it's a little bit more pricey. I get mine off Amazon, but it really has helped a lot. So I apply this into my hair as well before I go in with my hair dry out with a diffuser. Now a diffuser is really good because it helps to dry your hair, but it doesn't blow too much air, I guess, and then it prevents frizz and I really like using a diffuser. Now I started using a diffuser again a couple of months ago and I still found that even using a diffuser but not using the right products and haircare, I guess routine, it wasn't really doing much for my hair and my hair still wasn't curling. So it definitely goes hand-in-hand, a diffuser alone. Isn'T enough, you really need to take care and really hydrate your hair. If you want to see a difference in your curls now when I say that you can get curly hair, naturally, obviously it does help to have texture in your hair. Anyway, I'm just saying that whatever your hair texture is, if you follow this kind of routine you're. Definitely gon na see a lot more wave or curl to your hair unless you have dead, pin straight hair. This should allow your hair to look like it's got more texture. Obviously, everyone's car pattern is different and if you do have a really straight hair texture, then this might not be the hair video for you, it's just if you have some type of car or wave. So what I like to do next is pop. My hair, roughly in the middle, doesn't need to be actually, but I, like my hair to kind of be even on both sides and I go in the red can curvaceous cream. I used to use this years ago and I forgot how much I loved it and when I started using it, I really noticed such a difference. This is the last product that I like to put in my hair before it's totally dry, and I just find that it really helps to define the calls. So this is great to do when my hair is getting into that semi dry phase. So I want to just scrunch it through my hair. Whilst my head is upright and I will scrunch it and then I will go back in with my diffuser and also something else to know I just want to. Let you guys know is that using less heat on my hair has definitely helped as well. If you don't follow my vlog channel or my social media, you wouldn't know that I've actually been on a heat band for a whole month, so I basically didn't use any heat on my hair, apart from the lowest setting on my hair dryer. So it's super low. It feels like literally lukewarm air, so it's not enough to. I guess - damage your hair. It'S really really low. If you really wanted to go on a total heat band, you could even cut that out, but I just found that cold air wasn't doing anything for me. So I used, but I guess lukewarm so yeah using less heat, has really helped. My calls to come back as well, and my calls to look some of the best it's ever been, which is amazing and I don't go in with a color anymore to just. I guess to find random pieces because I didn't want to go in and I guess we're in my natural carpet and I just want my hair to be naturally how it's meant to be so then I will take off the diffuser and I will just use the Hairdryer on the roots of my hair, to give my hair more volume - and I kind of just prefer it to be more volumized rather than just super curly. And I would kind of just like pull up our little cows and just mess around with my hair, and that is pretty much what I do. It'S a lot more simpler as far as the actual drying routine, but, as you can see, the cow pattern is just looking insanely better to what it did a month ago. Here'S what my hair looked like a month ago and as you guys can see it looks a million times better and I'm just so happy. I guess, with the results of me using less heat and also just this whole routine. On my hair, I really hope you guys found this helpful if you did don't forget to give it a thumbs up, let me know it down below any tips you have for anyone with curly hair or anyone. That'S trying to make their hair look as curly as possible if their hair might not be the coleus to texture. There'S definitely ways and following this kind of routine, can help you, even if it doesn't end up looking exactly like mine, I'm gon na help. Anyway, guys. I love you Center much and I will see you all in my next month. Bye guys you

Coco: - Leave in conditionner for 30 min - Dry hair by scrunching it with a micro fiber towel - Use one or two curling cream(s), scrunch a lot, head down - Diffuse with cold air, head down, head up - Once the hair is almost dry, use a tiny bit of a light cream to define the curls and make them stay - Diffuse again with cold air - Finally, take of the diffuser and only use the hair dryer with *w* motions, very close to your roots to give it volume♥

Skyler Derai: your hair has done such an amazing transformation in just a month with no heat I love your curls so much, they’re so beautiful and look so bomb on you! do more curly hair vids!

Meg Christine: Old t-shirts work even better than the microfiber towels. Who else with curly hair has to constantly tell themselves: "Don't touch it!!!!"???

Ginuwine Jones: Deep conditioning every week is a big helper in maintaining your curls and getting them healthier. When I first started on my healthy hair journey I didn't really wanna get on the deep conditioning bandwagon but I gave it a try and I can honestly say it's made a big difference in my curls.

Emily Lane: Going from straightening my hair every day to natural curls was the best thing I ever did!! ☺️

KarenOBeauty: What a transformation! Your hair looks amazing. I keratin my hair to remove the frizz but I will definitely be trying your method out.

Nabilaxo: usually i can never notice transformations in people’s hair when they cut out heat, use different products but omg i can definitely notice how defined your curls are soooo beautiful!

Boola Roola: Ive always had wavy hair but recently I tried this out and my hair is actually curly now! Thank you you are like the only youtuber who has a video on how to make your hair curly naturally without like braids or something!

Zinzi Pillay: Your hair has recovered so well it looks amazing ❤️

JTHB: girl your natural hair suits you so well. IT's like the best hairstyle on you, i hope you do ur natural hair more often.

Tianna Connelly: FINALLY!! I love the tips you give for us curly haired girls!! I'm sad because I have such thin hair, my curls can't take a ton of product or it starts looking greasy :( BUT I'm excited to try these steps out!!

Lauren Hazel: Amazing results! Great tips

Choppy105: OMG your video gives me inspiration!! I have the same type of hair, and I’ve always straightened it because I couldn’t cope with the maintenance, thank you! ❤️

Mikaela: i’m so glad you’re on a healthy hair journey ! just imagine how your hair will look after a year of no heat !

Cheyla Perez: My hair was as curly as yours after I became pregnant I found it so much easier to straighten it all the time. I totally did not realize the damage I was doing to my hair and I lost all of my curls I absolutely loved my curls and you have motivated me on getting on that no heat!! Mission lol!! Are these the products to use to get the curls back or are there any more tips you can give as to what should I buy to complete my mission ? Leyla help meeeeeeee ♡♡♡♡♡ btw!! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS

Legitimate Massage: Oh my gosh. I went to Ulta, bought everything you used. Replaced the Body Shop banana product for Mixxed Chicks leave-in conditioner and I am floored! I thought I only had wavy hair! This is gorgeous and not crunchy or frizzy.

Kythera Blackwood: These are great things to do! When you scrunch dont remove your hands so quick. Hold it for a few seconds. When you diffuse try scrunching and holding but with fingers spread. Hold the cool button so you dont have heat and dont burn your fingers.

Melanie Arroyo: Your hair!! you have such beautiful hair and texture ❤ that transformation is amazing and I am happy that you found your happy place with your hair. Congrats on your hair journey!

Saliz: How to get curly hair naturally. Being born with it, is the most natural way.

Christina: How long from start to finish does this routine take you? My hair is similar but I never have the patience lol

MsSummerAlyse: I love your hair so much! I really find that using the Aussie 3 min miracle (moisturizing label for this one) has helped my curls have the hydration I need! I also love using an Apple cider vinegar rinse once a month to clear up product buildup, it’s natural and inexpensive, and it also makes my curls shinier and less weighed down because of the buildup removal.

Brooke Mann: I have curly hair too and this really helps...ps..your hair looks amazing

Ria: just what i needed , travelling tomorrow and won’t have access to straighteners and my hair type is exactly like yours so i hope this worksss ♥️

Abii Grace: My hair is much the same as yours and I've been loving the maui moisture shampoo and conditioner! Smells amazing and has done wonders on my hair! Love your videos!

Anisha Maya xo: I love your hair so much Ley, I don't even know why you would bother to straighten it when you look that bomb with curly hair

Diana Elhaj: I love your curls and videos! Thank you for your curly hair wisdom haha. If you had to choose between the arc angel and ultra defining gel, which would you pick? Their descriptions are exactly the same so I’m not sure. Thanks

Omhle Zaca: Leylaaaaaa thank you for the amazing hair tutorial. Love your videos so much and so much love all the way from South Africa.

Luzmila Hernandez: Thank you for the video. The tips are very helpful. I keep my hair straight because I cannot get my hair to look like yours. This summer I'm gonna rock my curls. ❤️

Maddy Damant: This video has been perfect! Thank you so so much! I am someone with super super thick frizzy hair that dries naturally curly but I’ve been looking for a way to make them look more defined like yours! I have been searching for a good but reasonably priced hair diffuser for ages so could u tell me what one u used in the video or any other ones u recommend. Many thanks and lyl your hair looks A-MA-ZING!

Amanda Sweeney: We need this make up look in a tutorial please!!

Zoe Skinner: For my hair the key was to not blowdry it but instead let it airdry , and also brush it straight after I get outta the shower instead of a few mins after cos then it goes frizzy. Also what helps me SO much is before I leave the house I run water through my hair - literally just dip my ends in the tap and run it through - that brings all my curls out. Water's literally my holy grail product lmao

Kimber Kathryn: Hey girl Love how your perm turned out . I am a licensed cosmetologist and was going to perm my best friends hair and we have been watching videos and really love yours. Can you share with me what rods you’ve used and what solution? Thanks girl

Mounia Kihalouche: Your eyeliner is always perfect ❤ do a tutorial on it plz

Tina Block: Ahh i want to try this so bad your transformation is great!

Ella K: YES LEYLA BEEN WAITING FOR THIS GIRL THANK YOU YOUR HAIR IS POPPINNNNNNNNN

sundancer: SO EXCITED to see u embracing ur naturally curly hair!!!

Stacey Williams: I just ordered every single one of these hair items! Hope it transforms my hair as well. I don't ever blow dry my hair because it makes me turn into a frizz ball so hopefully these work as well on air dried hair.

tanja i: Super amazing!!!! You look so stunning!! Hair is beautiful! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Tanya: I would really recommen the CGM (curly girl method) for everyone who wants and needs healtiher hair + more defined curls! Get rid of the drying alcohols, silicones, sulfates and mineral oils/paraffin! I have been in this CG method for about almost 3 years now and my hair looks more healthy, shiny, more defined curls and it just looks amazing overall! I would also suggest that you would do a hair porosity test, I have low porosity witch means my hair dosen´t like protein that much, I stick to moisture instread! :)

Liz Verde: I love your videos. Your curly hair is just amazing. In a pinch I will use a t-shirt to dry my hair to avoid frizz. Chase your dreams. You are worth it!

D'Audree Baker: You have a very beautiful curl pattern.

Hanan Ibrahim: The banana “leave in” is a hair mask/ deep conditioner. A leave in is something completely different. Which I btw just ran out of today, it literally lasted me a full year!

Sonia Ahmed: Wow the definition on them curls.... looks amazing!!!!!!

O Luz: Beautiful hair and curls

Terri-leigh Xoxo: I have the same curls as you and I really heat damaged my hair due to repetitive straightening so my curls have lost definition and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my hair back to what it was ❤️

Miriam Berkowitch: With this new routine, what do you do to refresh your curls on day 2 and 3?

Dee Glam: Love it! Bring big hair back!! So doing this. First my hair needs to grow faster lol..

Stefanie Crown: This video was awesome! The tips you provided were also super practical and that people of all hair types can incorporate into their routines. The one thing that I wanted to suggest is editing the title of this video. I think it should have been more along the lines of "how to get more defined curls" as opposed to "how to get curlier hair naturally". Unfortunately there are probably people who would take that quite literally lol. But again, love this video!

melinda: Anyone that needs more curl definition should try the kinky curly knot today. It saved my curls . It’s amazing

Sherri Lee: Would die for naturally curly hair like this✨

TheMeixalena: Great video thank you for all the tips. One thing that you did not mention is what speed or temperature do you use when you use the hair dryer?

W F: Literally bought everything you used, so glad ultra had everything ❤️

Esperanza Garcia: Beautiful wish my hair was this curly

Tessa V: Babe you should really start looking into the Curly Girl Method and start using CG-friendly products. It has done wonders for my hair already :). (It basically means that you stay away from products that contain sulfates, parabens, mineral oils etc.) - your hair is looking amazing btw. Love your curls!

Chelle Weatherspoon: Love it, love it, love it! Really like the microfiber towel idea.

Curlyhead Rain: Your hair is slaying

Nathalie Alonso: Leyla, I bought the Body Shop's Banana Mask because you recommended it in a previous video and I'm obsessed! It's life-changing!!

Nase Wahab: Love the makeup look #tutorial!

Nase Wahab: Love the makeup look #tutorial!

Amber K: Yay finally found someone with curls just like mine! My routine is almost exactly the same, I just use a t-shirt instead of a microfiber towel and I don't have a diffuser.

ItzAyelen: I lost my curls in 5 th grade cause of heat damage my curls were so pretty in 4th grade then in 6th grade it’s been coming back now in 7th grade it’s getting a lot more curlier maybe this routine might help it even more but my point is getting curly hair back takes time and patience I’ve been struggling since 5th grade

•Cloudy Skies•: OMG my hair is naturally like that too!!❤️

Lidia Mekonnen: one thing I do to reduce frizz is I rinse my hair with cold water after deep conditioning. It really helps with frizz and also leaves my hair looking shinier!!!!!!

safiya tendai: you’re so beautiful and your hair is amazing:) i’ve got 4a/4b hair and it’s so hard to manage but i love ur videos x

Jaxx Enzo: Wow, you are literally insanely gorgeous ☺️

A Alayah: Love it ❤

Sedef Gahramanova: How to make your hair SUPER CURLY - like afro curly - even if you have naturally straight hair: You will need~ 50 - 100 bobby pins - depending on how much hair you have take a small amount of hair, and wrap it around with a bobby pin - secure but pushing the open bit of the pin to ur hair. *repeat with whole head of hair* cover hair with a towel *gently* or with a head wrap wait for 5-7 hrs or to one day. open your hair. gently! dont straighten out the curls with your fingers or a brush apply some hairspray or some water: just a small amount open up some of your curls with your fingers (fixing it up to look nice) and ur done ^w^ happy curling! - comment 'afro' if this worked for you )

Karol Uribe: my hair was super curly but my mom would straighten it and brush it out almost everyday so now I'm trying to get my curls back :)) let's see how this goes

kellie: this is so good!! I need to do this bc my curls have been hidden away in a pony tail cause idk how to help them

Veronica Salas: You’re beautiful and I love your hair! New sub.

Sydney Perno: i looove the color of your hair! i have been going back and forth between really dark and really blonde but i love your warm tones of brown its making me wana switch everything up again!!

Barb Sizemore: So gorgeous

Jazmine E: the 30 dislikes are probably from people with straight hair lol

Lamyae A: That feeling of crunching your hair and knowing that is gonna be poppin I have it all the timeeeee

Zully: I envy your hair it’s so beautiful

LIFE WITH LINAH: I love watching these channels it making these beautiful curls

J T: My hair was straight & a little wavy before. But once I started using Castile soap instead of shampoo & apple cider vinegar water mix with essential oils as conditioner & some avocado oil smoothed through after while air drying it got curlier than I thought was possible. Now every time I notice when I tryout shampoo or conditioners it makes my hair straight & frizzy again so I’m sticking with my super cheap all natural routine. Plus we just tried a 90% natural conditioner a couple months ago & all of a sudden I have split ends after not having any or a hair cut in a year & a half, & my 3 years 3 months daughter who has never had or needed a hair cut all of a sudden got them too. Now we’ll have to cut her hair earlier than planned.

Omer Mindivanli: the result is amazing :)

Sabrina Santos: Você é muito fofa ♡

Alisa Laska: Your hair is so pretty ❤️. I can’t do all the scrunching and touching while it’s wet or it messes up my curl pattern and gets suuupper frizzy. I can’t even move the diffuser around—I keep it on one spot for several minutes hot and then blast cool air before i move it to another section.

Kara Denise: So obsessed with your hair

K D: Dead pin straight... yeah that is me still watching somebody else doing their curly hair is kinda relaxing ... you look gorgeous!

Crackhead Lauren: I have the most frizzy and heavy hair ever!!! Literally my hair is curly asf but since it’s so heavy it won’t curl properly. I’m gonna try this routine with the CG method or whatever, I hope it works. I love your hair tho! That’s how I want my hair to look

Isabella H: This is literally the only person who has the same products as me. I have done this routine every time I got done showering and I'm shook.

Kronk: I have super long naturally straight hair. It’s 30 in long and I straighten it every day, even though it’s mostly naturally straight. Today I decided to curl it instead and I’m in love with curly hair on me. My face is very round so the curls really fit. The thing is, I don’t really know if I can get curls like yours on my long, thick, heavy, straight hair. Any tips for me?

libra98: I love your hair videos because I have the same curl pattern as you have! My hair looks super nice after drying it but after around 2h it just looks like shit... Plus I can't really part it because I don't get how the hair is supposed to hold the position all day long, do you have any tips and curly hair styles? Love you!

ayeshoz: So funny watching you scrunch your hair loved the tipsss! Definitely need to try this

Brenda B: Your looks so pretty!

Elisa H: Let's get this straight: do you first apply the leave-in conditioner and after half an hour do you wash your hair with shampoo? Thanks.

LAURUTTA: woww your hair look so amazinggggg I really love ITTTTT

Sandra: Love you heaps with the curly hair!! You should wear it more often

Maria Bermudez: Just what I need it thanks

yourwayof style: Thank you pretty boo ❤️

victora C: Yes i have natural curly hair but i been looking for a gel that will bring them out more so thank u diva i will be getting!

Lexie Janelle: my hair is curly in the front facial parts of my hair, wavy-straight on the top layer, lightly curled/wavy on the rest and in the back... any suggestions on what to do to help define the rest?

Kelsey Arias: Leyla, try the denman brush! i swear by it. your hair looks so much healthier! xo

lil name: I have curly hair, but its only the top layer thats curly. The under part of my hair is straight and its soooo aggravating. So I’ve been trying to find ways i can make everything curly and im most definitely going to be doing this from now on!

Monica: Your hair is so beautiful✨

Nadia Shafiq: Leyla... You r very attractive... I Love your looks.... Lovely curls. I have the same hair type and same features.... ❤️ Please keep the videos coming....

Crystal: your hair is so beautiful!
