This is one of my older braided hair tutorial. Quick, school hairstyles for back-to-school.
In this hair tutorial, learn how to make 7 easy, quick everyday hairstyles for long hair, for medium hair, and for short hair with extensions.
I've complied a collection of 7 different half-up, half-down updo looks, with no heat and with curls/ waves that you can do on yourself/on your own hair, in this step-by-step, cute, Boho hairdo tutorial video 2012. These glam and romantic half-up half down hairstyles are intended for layered, thin, thick, coarse, straight, curly, kinky, or wavy hair. . Wear it everyday/casual or as a fancy/formal/ party hairdo this winter holidays, for spring, for summer, fall, for school, for work, for church, New Year's party, or for a formal occasion like the Prom, Homecoming, wedding/bridal events and parties.
1st hairstyle:
Loose 3 strand braid braided headband half-updo with curls.
2nd half-updo:
Half-up updo with voluminous hair twists, in loose waves/curls. Great for curly hair.
3rd hairstyle:
Inverted half-up ponytail with a regular braid-wrap around.
4th hairdo:

5th hairstyle:
Unique 4 braid ponytail half-up, half-down updo/coiffure.
6th hairstyle:

7th hairdo:
For you girls with conservative careers, thus, who will need a more chic, elegant, and a formal look. I created a smooth, sophisticated, and neat upstyle, half-updo that can be worn to work.
I've used a 1/2 inch curling iron to get my curls, but that is completely optional and these hairstyles can be done on straight hair as well.

Hi girls. Tina here.., Today's hair tutorial is going to be fast., I'm going to show you how to create 7, quick and easy everyday half-up hairstyles with curls .... So here we go.. First half-up hairstyle is a Boho loose 3 strand, braid headband. Take a small section of hair from the sides and very loosely braid them.. You want the braids to be barely noticeable. And then just tie them together in the back. Hairdo number 2... ..Is, a twisted half-up with voluminous curls. Just tie the crown back with an elastic band then draw the hair upwards to create volume in the hair before securing it down with 2 bobby pins., Then alternating sides and taking small sections.. twist the sides towards the back of The head.. and then loosen up the twists by pulling up some of the strands before securing them OVER the previous bobby pins.. This half-up actually looks better. The fluffier you can make them. And # 3, Create a long, simple 3 strand braid on the crown area. Then.. then tie back JUST the sides into a inverted knot: half-up this just means.. that the ends will go through the middle of your ponytail.. Afterwards simply wrap the braid around the elastic before securing it with a bobby pin. And # 4. Is a Fishtail Braid headband.. Just create 2 Fishtail Braids at the sides before securing them into a half-up half-down hairstyle. After securing the braids, remove the braids at the end.. If you don't know how to Fishtail Braid just click, this link.. Right here.., Number 5 for this one create 4 3 strand braids. 2 from the sides and 2 from the crown. Gather all 4 braids to tie them. Back. Then wrap 1 braid around the elastic before securing it with a bobby pin., Make sure to remove all the braids hanging out of the elastic. 6 half-up is a Waterfall Braid and.. way to complex to explain within 10 sec time period.. So click HERE to see a Waterfall tutorial that I made few weeks ago. 7th half-up, is for you, gals, with conservative careers., To create this chic & elegant half-up.. Tie back the crown area before securing it again with a bobby pin.. This is to create more volume at the top.. Then alternating sides take small sections and secure them FLAT & TIGHT with a bobby pin., When you're done.. make SURE to push down OR remove all the bobby pins that are showing except the last 2..
