And here we go for a part two of recreating some of my favorite Samantha Larusso hairstyles from season two all right stop right now, if you will haven't watched season two of Cobra Kai and don't want any spoilers, otherwise continue at your own risk. You guys need to back off save your chicken Thanks, okay, so this was one of my favorite hairstyles, because it doesn't look like a workout hairstyle. You could totally go to the mall and hang out with your friends, but it doubles as keeping all of your hair out of your face, so that you're able to pull out some karate moves in your local mall. I started by taking a small hair elastic and wrapping it around the top half of my hair. From about my temples back and then I split that hair in the middle and flip it through itself creating the flip under the next chunk of hair. I just take it from behind my ears straight back and do the same thing again this time I don't have to make a split in the hair. I can just flip it under and then one more time using the remaining hair. I'M doing the same thing. Each time after I make the flip I'm going to tighten it just a little bit to kind of create that fluffiness all the way down the rest of the hair. We did some form of like a split braid, whatever thing all the way down where I just split the hair in half brought it around front tied it with a little hair tie and then did the same thing again, splitting the hair from behind bringing it around Front using a little hair, elastic and so on and so forth to finish it off, you just take all of that pseudo braid from underneath and roll it up to the base of the nape of the neck and then pin the absolute crap out of it. This is one of my favorite hairstyles of the whole season. Actually, I love how it looks with a curly texture, but I think it'd look really pretty on straight hair as well, can't believe your dad, let them in here he was to help them change. It won't can't change the way you feel, then we only saw this side braid for a second, I thought it was really sweet and an easy way to pull your hair out of your face for sports activities and such so. I started with the deep side part. I am NOT doing a good job of showing you how to French braid, because I am horrible at French braiding on myself, I usually only Dutch braid on my own hair. Yes, it was midnight when I was filming this, so I will leave a link below to a video to show you how to French braid properly, unlike what I am doing here, but I'll just go ahead and show you the footage. So you can see that it's! Okay, if you struggle - and it takes you - I don't know - maybe like 10 times to do this by the time I get to just behind my ear - it gets kind of difficult. So I started trying to figure out how to hold on to the three strands separately and switch them around to a way that would be easier to hold from behind and continue adding hair and all the way through. As you can see, there are a lot of lumps and bumps in my version, but you know what I did my best. I don't know. Maybe moon does Samantha's hair or something because some of her hairstyles are pretty darn difficult and then once you switch it around to the other side. I struggle for a minute here, but I finally figured it out and then you just braid, normally all the way down to the end of your hair and then tie it off with a clear elastic. I also fluffed up the braid just a little bit cuz. I don't like when my hair is super slick to my head, but five. This is another super adorable. Look, I'm calling it the double the fun fun buns, because we got to go in be hot and the cold. So for this one it's super easy. I just split my hair down the middle and then made two low ponytails at the back, and then I twist at the bottom of that ponytail until it started to form kind of its own bun and then kept twisting it around itself. I, like them kind of loose and puffy, so I've got to catch my hair up and out of the way, but it still added like volume and body around to the front of my face, and then you just pin the crap out of it and then do The other side and that's the hard part trying to accept if they will never be just perfectly even I pulled out a few little hairs around my ears and face, and I thought they turned out pretty darn cute come help me with the groceries. Unless we want to keep avoiding your family, we should probably go out one of these nights. Tory might think it's an insult, but I think the idea of Samantha being a karate princess, is pretty freaking cool. So for this one I just started with a high ponytail super easy kind of around the crown of my head split that hair in half and then created a rope braid all the way down I'll also link a better tutorial for the rope braid, but you basically Take both strands of hair twist them in the same direction and then twist them the opposite direction against each other, which you can kind of see. I'M doing. I then tied it off at the end. Fluffed it up a bit twisted it around into a bun, and then again I bobby pins, the crap out of it. This, I feel like would be super great for dance, as well as martial arts training. To finish this hairstyle off, we actually used a piece of this silver elastic that we tied in a knot at the base, but it was almost impossible to get it to stay. In my hair we had to actually use hair glue, so here I'm just showing you using a regular athletic headband, which i think is just as cute and still gives that Cinderella vibe. Well, it feels better to get that off. My chest. Robby can't be late on my first day, okay, so for those of you who have seen Cobra Kai season 2 already, you know what this hairstyle is from. This one was completed super fast because we had the craziest to weekend's filming I'm just gon na section off the bottom part of my hair to start with brush it out and spray it with a bunch of heat protectant. We got to avoid putting heat on Samantha's hair for most of the season by embracing my own natural curl texture, which was really fun. In this case, we did use the wand, as you see, I'm curling it all away from my face on one side, but instead of curling away from the face on both sides of my head, we actually ended up curling every single curl, the same direction which created This kind of princessy prami look, so I'm just showing you here that I'm using the wand, but I'm going the same direction as I did on the other side, which is now towards my face on this half of my hair, taking a chunk of hair from the Nape of my neck, just behind my ear, I'm gon na braid that for Samantha larusso's look we actually used braid hair. We used a separate headband that was made out of fake hair that had been braided just because without the stuntwork and such we needed a very easy slip on and go hairstyle in the morning, so that we could get to work. In this case, though, I'm gon na do a braid on each side at the nape of my neck, since my hair isn't long or thick enough to create a whole headband out of my braided hair. So there we have two identical pieces and I'm going to kind of cheat this look by pulling them over the top of my head and pinning them gently and layering the two over each other. I take each bobby, pin and crisscross it in an X pattern so that they'll really lock in and hold each other. And then I cover up those bobby pins with this side of the braid and tuck that underneath the braid so that it stays hidden and bobby. Pin again for Samantha's actual style, we took two pieces from the side and tied them back, but that was also because my hair had crazy amounts of volume, and it was just way in my face if I just curl it the way that I normally do, which I did here and didn't use any teasing or anything like that. It'S actually pretty easy to manage without pulling back those two side pieces. So this was super fun. I hope that you loved all of the hairstyles. It looks almost exactly like how sam had it in the mall fight scene of cobra kai season 2. It took me a minute to pin it all together in the back but in the end it turned out great!
