3 Simple Holiday Hairstyles For Short/Medium Length Hair | Ashley Bloomfield

Hello boyos and welcome back to my youtube channel so for today's video, I'm finally bringing you a short hair tutorial. I know you're like Jesus. Actually, why is is taking you so long? Well, I don't know, but today I'm going to be showing you guys a three simple hairstyle that you can do for the holiday season. If you would like to see it, my three simple hairstyles and just keep watching okay. So let's get this party started. So I'm going to start off by brushing through my hair quickly, just to make sure there are no knots and tangles and then I'm going to section my hair into three different sections, two in the front, one in the back and then I'm gon na grab this Jeweled headband that I picked up from our Dean's and I'm just going to secure that to my hair with a few bobby pins, and this hairstyle is so super easy. What you're going to do? Is you just going to grab the back half of your hair or the back section of your hair roll it into a bun and tuck it into the back of that headband just to kind of cover up the elastic and then you're going to pin all the Hair in place, then we're going to grab the front sections of hair and we're just going to twist it facing away from the face, pull out a few strands just to fluff it up and cross it over, be a back elastic band and put it in the Back of your head Sophie. Thank you so much for coughing during my voice over. I really appreciate that. So again, we're going to do the exact same thing on the other side and then I'm gon na grab my curling wand, I'm using a a one-inch barrel and I'm just gon na curl a few strands around my face. Just to give it a little bit of Bend and body, and that is it for the first hairstyle when the sunshine so for the a second hairstyle again you're gon na brush your hair, just to make sure there are no knots and tangles. And this is my full fishtail braid. I guess you could say so. I'M just going to grab the top section of hair, secure it with an elastic band, make a little hold right above the elastic band and pull the ponytail through that so again grabbing another section of hair just about an inch below that section, pull it to the Back secure it with an elastic band, create a hole and twist it through the hole and just kind of pull on the edges to fluff up this hairstyle just a little bit. I know I'm doing a terrible job. I had explaining this, but it's fairly simple. If you can follow on just with what I am doing and then again, you can stop when you reach halfway to kind of create a half-up half-down do, but I decide to grab the back of my hair and twist it into a little bun and pin it Into place just to create this very simple and elegant updo, and that's it and for the last hairstyle we're gon na create three French braids. Yes, I've said it: three French braids, so starting with the back half of our hair, we're just going to create a French braid going down our head so to create a French braid you're, going to part a section of hair into three smaller sections and then you're Going to cross the outer sections over the middle strand, while picking up some hair, I know again I'm doing a terrible job at explaining this, but it's fairly basic and I've explained it a million times in a bunch of my other videos. So yes, we're just going to create a French braid in the back of our head twist that into a little bun and then pin that into place. Then we're going to grab the front section of hair on one of the sides and we're going to create another French fishtail or French fishtail braid. Then we're going to get another French braid going down the side of our head towards that back bun. Once you run out of hair you're, just going to braid the rest of the hair, secure it with an elastic band and then wrap it around the teeny little bun and pin that into place now we're going to repeat the exact same thing on the other side Of our head, I did lose the footage for this because my camera battery died, but you guys pretty much get the hint we're just gon na create three French braids one on each side of her head and one in the back of our head, and that is It three simple hairstyles before the holiday season or short or medium length hair. These hairstyles can also be done if you have long hair, curly hair, whatever kind of hair you have on your head, I'm sure these hair cells can work for you.
