Cute & Easy Pigtail Hairstyles | Hair Tutorial

Hey guys welcome back to my channel in this video, I'm going to show you how to do three cute and easy pigtail hairstyles that anyone can wear whether you're a teenager or a mother like myself, if you like it, go for it and pull it off. So without further ado, let's begin first, I'm going to start with the most basic one and that's the braided pigtails. Now, with this hairstyle, you don't want to braid your hair, all the way down just braid it half way and then tie it off and just a side note. I am wearing a few webs of hair extensions in this video because I like the extra volume, but it's totally optional, because even if you do it on fine hair, you can always tug on the braid which I'm going to show you now to give your hair. That extra volume and for this particular hairstyle, I think the bigger the braid, the cuter it looks so try to pull your braid out as much as you can. Next, I'm going to take my Topsy tail and this one is from Connor. If you want up the link to it in the video description below, so you want to stick it into your ponytail, then grab a piece of hair and wrap it around to conceal the hair tie then take the end of the hair. Put it through the hole of the Topsy tail and then pull the end of the Topsy tail through, and this is just going to grab that piece of hair and pull it through the elastic, and I think adding this step makes my hairstyle look extra and put Together so as you can see, braided pigtails don't have to be boring, just have fun with it. The next hairstyle is just regular pigtails, but with the twist so first tie your hair into two pigtails and gently tug on the hair above the hair time. To give your hair some volume now, you can tie your hair, higher or lower, depending on your preference, but I like to tie my right where my collarbone is pick up a small section of hair from the pigtail and twist it then, when you have it twisted Wrap it around your hair tag to conceal it and the way we're going to wrap it is we're going to coil it on top of each other. So I'm going to make three coils, then I'm going to grab my Topsy tail again, insert it through the back. Put the end of the twisted strand through and pull. I realize that was quite far so here's a close-up of what I just did and remember to coil them on top of each other, because if you coil them downwards, then they might fall apart faster, and I already like this twisted coil look because it looks like You tied your pigtails with your own hair. I saved the cutest one for last, so you want to pick up a strand of hair from your pigtail. Then once again, grab your Topsy tail and insert it through the hair tie. Put that section of hair through the hole of the Topsy tail and pulled it through. You should end up with a little hair loop. That looks like this, then gently tug it out - and this is one side of the bow next pick up another section of hair on the other side and then xored it through the Topsy tail and pull it through as well, and this is going to be the Other side of the bull, now, how big you want your bill to be is completely up to you, but the more you pull on it, the bigger L get. So when you're happy with the size of your bow knot, you can insert your top detail down the middle pick up. A tiny strand of hair put it through the hole and then pull it through, and this is going to be the center of the bow knot and to balance out the bow. I'M going to gently tug on some of the hair in the center to make it look round, so I hope you guys enjoyed all three of these hairstyles that were super easy to do.
