Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise. I'M also known as hey wig sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here to bring you a wig review in partnership with name brand wigs. This is Envy Jane in the color golden nutmeg. Jane has a nearly fully hand-tied cap and a very interesting style. So if you want to know more about Jane, stick around you'll get to see everything about this one and the color inside and outside. I want to thank name brand wigs for sending me Jane, so I could show her to all of you. I am so grateful to them. They are amazing to work with. They are an amazing retailer that I have purchased from many many times and the feedback I get from all of you is overwhelmingly positive. Every company has a misstep, but overwhelmingly you guys tell me that you, like name brand wigs and I'm so grateful for that, because I love partnering with them. So if you want to check them out, you can go to their website. There is a link in the description to this exact piece. All right, you guys, let's take a look at Jane from all sides. This is an interesting cut, to say the least. So this is a super low density. The cap is nearly fully hand tied. There'S a cup there's some closed wefts toward the bottom. This is a super super natural and realistic. Looking if you struggle with wigs being too poofy too much hair too Wiggy, because you're not used to seeing yourself with a lot of hair, if you can do a really interesting Shake, I mean this has got some serious layers. Look at that bottom layer right there, which can easily be trimmed if you like everything about the cut, but you don't want the flippies. Those are super easy to trim off. But honestly, I am so impressed with the uniqueness of this this style. I think it absolutely is different than a lot of what else is out there, and I know some of my wig sisters are gon na love a cut like this. It'S not for everybody. I mean it's definitely a little bit of a different Flair, but it's so natural looking and feeling. It'S really incredible, honestly how how well they did with the low density, no poof, no permatease, just just a basic shade cut now this piece I'll. Take it off right away and I'll we'll talk about the cap, because the cap is kind of the star of this wig, so you have a full mono top, so you could theoretically part it anywhere. You want on the top, but the way that they've constructed. This is you really don't see a part line and we'll talk a little bit about that when it's back on my head, here's the lace front. So you have a very nice lace front soft ear tabs with bendable stays extended, nape, velcro, adjusters and here is that hand tied cap. So if you're not familiar with hand-tied caps, the beauty of a hand-tied cap is it provides the most natural movement, because each individual hair strand is tied into the cap individually, sometimes in clusters, but whereas on a wefted wig, it's all sewn into a long track. These are all at least individually or in little tiny groups sold in tied in so they actually move all the way around on the cap versus only in One Direction. That'S one of the reasons. Another reason is it lays so flat to the Head. It eliminates any extra poof that a wefted cap might create, so all of this is hand tied. So if you were to be out in a hurricane force, winds and that hair is blowing all around you're, never going to see any wefting because all of that's hand tied all of that's hand, tied all that's hand tied. You just have this part right here, which is closed wefting. It will still serve to disguise the cap quite a bit. So, actually I don't mind when they do close wefting toward the bottom, because, especially on a wig like this, where you're not really styling this hair into any type of an updo. It'S just kind of too short because it keeps the price point down and it keeps that hair laying a little bit more realistically, which is a I really appreciate something you really need to know about. This, though, is the cap is running a little bit small. Now I have it all the way out and I have a 22 inch circumference. It is comfortable, but there's very little stretch on this one a little bit but very little, and I I just don't think I could cinch it in at all. It'S really comfortable where it is, but I don't think it really can go in so that means 22 inch. I think you're gon na be fine, much bigger than 22 inches. You might find. This is a little bit snug. The rest of this cap fits my head. Really I mean I get a little bit of extra cap right here, but it's fitting me really pretty perfectly the over tip my over the top of my head measurements are very small. Please look in the description. You got ta scroll down past a whole bunch of stuff, but you will find all my measurements in the description below this video so that you can compare it to yours, because I really don't think that this is going to fit every average head depending on your Measurements, if you are smaller than average, I think you might appreciate this a little bit because it is running just a little bit small. Let'S talk a little bit about what I meant when I said you've got this full mono top. You can part it anywhere. You want to, but it doesn't really part it really wants to just sort of lay all forward. Can you see how it's doing that and when I try to get it to go to the side, to maybe have it go back a little bit or have a side part it really doesn't want to it wants to spring forward. So, while that monofilament gives a lot of realism a lot of flatness, you don't really see the part line now. I think you could take steam to this, because this is regular synthetic, so you're not really going to take any meaningful heat to this, but you could take some steam if you wanted to try to steam these fibers over to the side a little bit more than They want to do and then maybe you'd see that parting space there's always a way that you can work with it. But I just wanted to tell you guys that now the bangs are actually pretty perfect on me, which is really rare. Most of the time, a wig with bangs, the bangs are too long. For me, these are just ever so slightly too long. My measurement from my forehead to my eyebrows or my hairline to that my eyebrows is about three inches. If your measurement is a lot more, if you have a wider forehead than I have, these bangs might be too short on you. So please bear that in mind as well, because this is low density. You can tuck this um. I do think if you wanted to put some clips in it and give it a little bit of a different look. You could kind of clip this section up a little bit and then you could show off that monofilament. That is a potential styling option. It does have a lace front, let's take a look at that lace front and actually hold on you guys. My bio hair is just a real problem right now, because it's that just awkward length and it just wants to always get in the way. So let me readjust so we can look at that lace front. My bio hair was sort of sticking sticking forward a little bit too much and you weren't going to see it all right. So here's that lace front. I will tell you that it is a little. Oh, this hair is so the hair obviously doesn't want to be back, so the lace front may not really matter. Let'S take a look at that, but if you wanted to try to pull all this up, it is just a little bit naughty there. You can see that so, depending on your comfort level, with visible knots, I'm not super uncomfortable, it sort of depends on the situation. Um. You would maybe put a little translucent powder or some makeup on there to hide it, but you would have to work hard for the hair to be up off of to show that lace front. This just wants to lay forward. It wants to lay flat you'd, be having to like take a a bobby pin or a clip and actually clip it up, which would could be a really cute option if you did something like that, but you're not going to get it necessarily to lay up off The face it just doesn't want to the fibers are incredibly light. The denier is light. It'S a fine fiber they're um, very soft they're, a little bit on the dryer end, which gives it really this wispy realistic. Look. I would say that for someone who is used to having very fine hair and not very much of it, this is going to feel really comfortable for you. It does mimic fine, hair, lower density, it just definitely looks super natural. So that's all I have to say about Jane. Let'S talk about the color, this color golden nutmeg. This is a beautiful. I would call it a very light Auburn with some blonde tones in it. It definitely has this light beautiful reddish Auburn, all throughout it's a little bit darker at the nape, and there is a slight incredibly slight root on this one. Oh, my goodness, you guys my hair, I'm gon na, have to do something about this um very slight root. It'S so slight that it looks totally like a shadow honestly and it really is tonally the same as let me just look here, I really I should probably double check. I really think this is just a little bit of a darker kind of Auburn tone to what is in here to give it a little bit of a shadow. I wouldn't even really consider this technically a root, it's incredibly natural looking, but it's a it's enough like when I flip it on the back here. You can see that it's enough that if you need rooted colors, I think you could manage with this one, but I think if you don't like rooted colors, I don't think this would bother you. I really think it straddles the line very, very well. If you're looking for a really beautiful golden Auburn type, color, that's what this is: it's like Golden Auburn, there's ever so slight, lighter tones, it's very Dynamic. It'S not stripy or anything like that. It'S a very unique, beautiful, color, great for fall. I think, especially if you are a blonde, if you're like a dark blonde, and you want a fun kind of red for fall, this would be a really good color, for you also for my my light brown sisters again, it's definitely straddles that line there, we'll get Outside and we'll take a look at it outside, so you can see it in outside light. Let me know if you guys have any questions about this. I definitely think this is a unique cut, but I think it's it's. It fills a gap in the style Market because I don't really think there are a lot of shags that look just like this with this beautiful cap, with a low density with the light fibers. So for my weak sisters, who love a good Shake, you might be happy about this one all right guys, let's get outside. Thank you so much to name brand wigs for sending this to me, so I could share it with everybody. I'Ll talk to you guys in my next video all right, we're outside with golden nutmeg. This is where you can really see some of those blonde highlights in here. I still might have it tucked, so I don't have any direct sun for you. It'S all cloudy, but hopefully this will still be a good look for you guys, all right. Let me smooth it out and we'll get close up here and then, let's take a look at that, like I said, I just think it's a bit of a darker treatment of that Mane kind of auburny color in here not really a traditional root. But it's really really pretty quite chilly out here right now. I hope this is helping you guys and you're seeing what you need to see. Okay, that's it I'll talk to you guys later out of the box time, even though this one looked pretty much exactly like you just saw it out of the box. I know it helps you guys to see the out of the box. I didn't realize this was mostly hand tied, so this is my surprise. Look at how great out of the box this looked. It just looks exactly the same. It'S so fun when you get a shake and go out of the box, and that is this wig without permatease or curl, to give it really a lot of box hair. It'S going to be easy to tell if this is the wig for you. So if you want to try, it know that you're not really gon na struggle to know if it's gon na work, it's not going to have a lot that needs to be done to it super cute. Thank you.

Jaye: Great review, Denise! She's a beautiful wig and you wear it well. I have had my eye on this one, so your review is timely for me. It was ticking all the boxes for me, until I got to the part in your video where you discuss sizing. Sigh. Oh well. The search continues for a wig that I like, that will fit my "extra-sized" head comfortably.

Debbie Motley: This is so cute! the colour is gorgeous on you! I'm too old for this style but I love it.

Penny Arbogast: This is so very pretty on you!

Take Control Beauty: I like this color but it sure looks so much lighter outside ! I always wonder with wigs do you go by the color inside or is it the outside color that you should go by Honesty when I review wigs the color is beautiful on the inside I take them outside they're like a totally different color some of them are blonder and some of them are just totally different! Like this one is like that. Cute style on you though. ❤ Barb

Michelle Diekman: I Love this Color, Great style too Beautiful on you My Friend ❤️❤️❤️

Roz: Don't like the flippies but love everything else about it. Not enough nicely styled trendy short wigs for sure. I really like this and would buy it other than the flip out. Thank you for your reviews.

Michele Simpson: I really like this on you. Beautiful. Very very pretty.

Vicki Meldrum Wigging & Knitting: Great review.

Nancy Casta: It’s cute

Alison McPhail: Really like that.

Vogue Norm: This style Looks like the Trendsetter by RW

sapat: Golden Russet, not Golden Nutmeg. ;) Sorry, I'm just weird that way. Not a fan of the flippy, but really like the rest. I think it would look best with a headband, tuck a bit of the sideburns, and leave the front and sides as is.

Lo Presti: video title says Golden Russet??
