Wonky Bangs?? |Monster High| Haunt Couture Draculaura Unboxing, Review & Comparison!

This video is not made for kids. Also. I forgot to film an intro while I was actually unboxing Draculaura, so here I am, and I will jump into when I'm unboxing her from her shipping box. Okay, so you're sticking a look at Draculaura first here she is still in the shipping box. Okay, she is coming out you guys, oh, that tissue paper, you it's the tissue paper, every time, it's it's just so like! Oh, you know it's like unwrapping. I guess. Let'S get her actually out: oh my God box every time. Every time you guys the Box Deluxe. Okay, I got the lid off of the Box. We'Re gon na. Take our first look here at Draculaura. I'M very I'm very scared, because I want her to look okay, so, okay, three two one Tada here she is, I'm back or removed the protective layer from her. So I we can take a closer look at her without the reflectiveness. So I think her face up is basically perfect. The only thing is the um. The bangs are a little bit messed up right and then, because of the bangs being too long on one side, it kind of messed up the lashes on this eye. As you can tell, the bangs are really long on this side and they're yeah. They got really smushed, so he looks good she's overall, very pretty um and the brush does look a little bit weird here. It'S like there's air bubbles or something but anyways um, we'll get hurt on box. Okay, and we are back, Dracula - is out of her coffin and first, let's take a look at everything she comes with. So obviously, Draculaura comes in her fabulous, a pink coffin, Shaped Box uh. Here in the Box, you will find the special uh metallic looking brush in a pink, and I keep all the brushes here at the top because they look really nice, the placement's really nice and it just looks very presentable. Now the lid has a lot of nice, unique shapes and designs to Dracula on the inside of the lid. You will find her diary in this little pocket with her name on it. It'S really cute the Diaries feel exactly like the OG Diaries and I'm thinking of perhaps even making videos where I just read the whole diary, and you also, of course, get the certificate of authenticity on one side. It looks like this with the designer's signature and on the other side, we even have a little message from Draculaura herself. Draculaura also comes with this beautiful coffin shaped pink backpack that has straps here for her arms and one smaller one here at the top. It is very similar to Frankie's and Cleo's backpack, but obviously it is more like coffin shaped, I guess - or it's supposed to be, but it's kind of like going in here instead of shape, it's kind of lost a little bit but um. It is supposed to be like coffin shape, the print job is really nice and it does have a velcro closing here as well. Moving on to the doll herself, she is looking fantastic here in her get up. Let'S start from head to toe, so her face up. Is pretty good, I will say the only thing is that she has some glue seepage right there on her forehead. I don't know why this keeps happening and I can't remove it. If y'all have any tips, please let me know down below um. Her lashes are placed very beautifully. They are more flat than I would like. I wish they would stand up a little bit more, but that's okay. I feel like that's just how they all look old, Draculaura's lashes, um. The actual makeup for her is very simple. Like you can see a lot of uh kind of like pearly, iridescent kind of like um texture here above the eyebrow, even going into her eyeshadow, which I'm pretty sure is not supposed to be happening, but it is a simple makeup. Look pink eyeshadow! Some you know highlight spots and her eyes, just look so detailed um. I really love that look. I do wish, though, that they would have given these dolls - maybe side glances um. I just feel like it would have fit very well with this series um. She does have eyebrows here. They look like very detailed. They look very nice. She also still has her little heart-shaped birthmark on her cheek, really cute and her lips are painted in a dark red, and I love the little pouch she's giving it's super adorable. Now her hair is, I thought it was going to be messy, but it actually is not that messy y'all it is very wavy um and in the box and right out of the box. This is how it looks like so I didn't, I didn't even brush it. Y'All, I didn't even I didn't do nothing to it. All I did was just like put it back and that's it like that's that's literally. This is how it came out of the box um. It'S honestly like Flawless uh the shape the curls are still intact, and at least I like it this way um. It is mainly black with a few streaks of a pink. I wish there was more pink but um. You know. I guess this kind of goes with the theme of more adult, more black hair instead of pink, but I still you know, Draculaura signature look is pink and black, not just black um, but still it's a really nice uh hairstyle and she does have her iconic bangs Of course, my bangs were slightly longer on this side and I did my best to like shorten them a bit, and now they look, I think uh normal. She does have some stunning earrings overall, her accessories are in this metallic pink um tone, her necklace right. There really nicely detailed, her earrings safety, pins, of course, iconic and her fabric beret, yes, real fabric right here with Vamp embroidered. It is really embroidered right there. That is incredible, detail um. I love this Beret. It is Iconic moving on to her um outfit. She has a. I actually don't know how many pieces this is, but I'm gon na say that this piece is separate and this piece is separate as well and then uh. This is like a long sleeve, uh puffed, up white shirt right here and then over that she's. Wearing this, a pink kind of like almost corset top yeah, this is actually a skirt piece that connects it all so yeah. This is um the skirt it's very like uh high-waisted. I love how poofy it is. It is very nicely detailed. It has two layers. The first layer is basically just as pink fabric. It has a trim here of lace, black lace at the bottom, and then we also have this over layer, it's more sheer, as you can tell, and it has this spiderweb detail in glitter black glitter as well. That'S really nice, really nice detail. Of course we got ta talk about her belt. It has a Buckle in the shape of a heart with bat wings, and it even has these dangling heart pendants that actually move they are. They are separate from the belt, which is uh both I iconic and scary, because you might lose these if you're, not careful, so keep that rubber band on for sure. Now I'm actually going to talk about this, but her sleeves. I love that they have this little trim here with the pink dots for the puffed white sleeves here and also at the end of the sleeves here. Speaking of here is her coffin shaped ring. I tell you, I almost lost this ring and I I almost died. Um, so please be careful. This ring is super small and very easily remove very easily easily removable, very easily lost, very small, so please be careful moving down. She is wearing tights here, as you can tell, and they are shorter because they do end here like right. Above her ankles - and they also have the lace Trim in black and also the pink dots here, um now her shoes a little bit simple, but they're nice boots they're a new molds. They have heart-shaped buckles here painted in Black they're very pointy. I love loved that - and it's also black here at the bottom, and we can even see like a really nice design here of, like a bat on her heel. Lastly, of course, we also have her stand. The stand itself is um. The base is in a pink metallic matching the brush, and this is translucent and I did replace the um waist clasp with a black one that I had to spare, because the translucent one that this comes with is very fragile. It has no give, and it's not flexible at all so uh, just to preserve that I chose to you, know, replace it with one that was more durable, so yeah, okay, and that is basically my review of Draculaura. But before we end the review, I do want to bring in some other Draculaura adults from the past for comparison sake. So here is wave one Draculaura look at her she's been through so much. I don't play with my dolls. Uh she's just been in my closet. For all these years, um yeah, she's, very old, you can see the paint is chipping on her umbrella. I also have a School's Out Dracula here, forget measure and, of course we got ta. We got ta, have it all here, so we also have G2 Draculaura, because you know she also counts technically, as a Draculaura doll, I think she's actually kind of cute. So, like I don't hate her, but um. The Evolution here of Draculaura is kind of fantastic. I mean just look at this um, this lineup. It is just I can't it's so pretty I mean we can see a theme going on, there's a lot of skirts, a lot of tights, just just kind of killer, style, um, and so I really love that they kept that going with this hot Couture doll um, Especially with you know, the safety pin earrings like there's just so many references here in her outfit um with their boots, the buckles, the the the cape and, of course we got her beret. I don't know it's just so pretty um. Even her purse here looks kind of like the backpack. She comes with kind of looks like the purse studs out. Draculara has um so yeah. I feel like she's just one of the prettiest and I wasn't even really into her at first I mean I always liked. Draculaura because she's pink and I love pink, but you know um, I don't think she was my favorite out of the first uh lineup, like I think, Claudine or Frankie, or maybe one of my favorites. But having Dracula are here now she precious doll like look at her she's, so fantastic just with her Cape, oh yeah, did I actually talk about the cape. I don't actually think I talked about the cape in my in my first portion of the video, so her cape's really nice and is two-sided. It has um on the inside. It has this uh web Motif in pink and on the outside. It'S black with some glitter in pink, so yeah, it's a very simple Cape um. I do like that. It'S tied with a ribbon here in the front, and you can see the little um ribbon here at the at the bottom, just kind of like flowing. It looks like she's moving around. I love it. She'S like flying um and the cape does have um these straps that you can hook her hands in so it stays put um. I feel like it was a little bit too restrictive. So all I did was really um put one of the straps in her hand like she's holding it. So it looks like she's um. You know flailing around she's like flying, and so I love this uh pose that she's in probably like one of the top in the haunt Couture line, no questions so yeah. That was my review.
