We do the flick bam. We ready hi, I'm Stacy hush hi. My name is Stephanie rayanna hi. My name is Christina AKA poofy hi, I'm Candace hurdle, and this is professions. Foreign is like a spa moment. For me. We love a spa moment, for instance this morning. It was everything, so I love Diva Curls, deep conditions. It'S like a seaweed sea mask that's about a 20 minute, sit right so get in the shower, get it all moisturized with the hot water. You know. That'S very important put the mask in tie it up with a plastic bag. Then I put a face mask on sit. I Journal I'm a gratitude Journal, I'm so happy about this and this and that and then I meditate, so it's a hot 20 minutes to let it sit and just let not only the moisture Mass marinate but like my intentions for the day, then we wash it Out - and we do the flip and just like a good mac and cheese if it doesn't make that sound, it's not right. I usually do like a curl cream by like Rizzo's curls or like Auntie Jackie's. If we go on a budget, get that in there match smash smash like mac and cheese, so it's all wet. We do a little swoopy and then get Define the curls. If you don't know what that means, something like this yeah, whatever that means to you, but to me that's what it is. The diffuser comes along. We flip we watch 20 minutes goes by and then we ha bam. We ready. Thank you. First, I start with a scalp treatment. I have like this Oil Scalp Treatment that I get from Sephora, but it's supposed to like clean your scalp and also hydrate the hair and the ends, because my hair is always dry and then I'll wash it with shea moisture. Shampoo, then, after that I'll put on a deep conditioner, a mask which I'll leave in my hair for an hour or half an hour, wash it off again after I wash it out, obviously and detangle it, and then I section it to get like product. In my hair - and I think what works the best for me is when I do twist outs so I'll section, my hair, and that takes like 45 minutes to twist each hair. What I use when I'm, making the twist outs I'll put on like this cream from as I am and then Uncle funky's daughters, it's like a gel, but it's more like a custard and I'll put that over and then I'll twist it and then I'll. Add some oil to the end like argan oil and then I'll, take it out either the next day or after a couple hours, because the point of twist outs you have to let it set. If you don't let it set your your curls aren't going to be defined. It was like pointless, so you want to leave your twist outs for at least five hours. It'S very simple. I use one brand they're called we done once I got onto them. I never went back, they have like a hydrating wash that I use and then I deep condition I let it sit for. Like 10 minutes I put on a shower cap and then I'll just like do whatever it needs to do. Go back rinse off. Let my hair air dry and then that's pretty much it honestly. I like to keep it as simple as possible. Don'T switch up like when you find your product stick to it, I don't really pre-poo. Sometimes I do and then get in the shower. So I alternate when I do shampoo and co-wash so shampoo weeks. I always section my hair off. Let it get really wet. I have low porosity hair, so I have to like really get it like soaking wet. Then I shampoo obviously scalp to the tips four sections. Rinse that out and then I finger to tangle with conditioner same four sections rinse, that out with cold water have my towel on my hair and then I always do deep conditioner, whether I co-wash or if I'm shampooing. If I shampoo, I leave it on for like an hour if I co-wash like 30 minutes, unless I forget, so I do eight sections when I deep condition: that's just a deep conditioner, some water, maybe a little bit of oil, and I always twist my hair, because If I don't it's a situation to detangle it, so I got ta, keep it in the twist. Leave it in the deep conditioner, with my heat cap for 30 minutes to an hour, take that out and then usually because I sweat for a living literally. I always to strand twists my hair so like eight to ten twists. So when I do that, I take out it's like four quadrants, so I take out one at a time and I put in the leave-in conditioner, followed by oil. Then I do a butter or cream, and I finish that off with some gel and then do the twists. I use like my detangling comb a little bit. I don't ever use a regular comb twist. The hair add in my little hair, drops my scalp and let it dry eventually take the twists out, but that's the routine takes about three hours: two and a half. If I'm lucky, but usually closer to three, I'm Candace hurdle, I'm Stephanie, my name is Christina AKA. Poofy I'm Stacey hush, and this is curl fashions watch this hey you guys.
