Hi, I'm Lorraine, Massey, welcome to Devesh, and today we're going to take you from curls to waves, a looser longer elongated curly, lock without hurting it after showering you're going to leave a healthy plant full of conditioner in your hair. You know that you have enough conditioner in the hair and the hair is hyper moist when it's so easy for you to glide your fingers through the hair, again no brushes or pounds, and it creates a really fantastic foundation of moisture, plus the weight of the conditioned Left in your hair elongates, it you're going to put a shallow pan full of gel and evenly distribute in both hands and graze downwards over the halo part of the hair. We call this the canopy the gel cast really contains. It keeps you meditate out, so the curls are allowed to set in their natural position. This will definitely stop the curls from frizz in a lot of crowed. Girls are always surprised when the hair dries it can contract almost six inches, but to ensure an elongated curl anchor pins on the ends. It'S also a great way to figure out if you want to cut your hair a little shorter without actually committing to it.

B. Adams: Although I adore Ms. Massey I feel that they do not show all curl types the woman she is using as her model to me has a somewhat loose curl pattern and I don't consider it kinky. If I however tried this with my own curly hair I feel it would not work as well because my curls are much tighter than that. I love my curls and I learned to do that because of Ms. Massey's book but sometimes I want a girl with my hair type to be shown.

As a hairstylist she should possess an array of knowledge on different hair types. Hence why black women will soley entrust their hair to another black woman.
