Hey guys welcome back to my channel, i'm your girl, kayla, dolores and you're tuned in to kayla delores tv, so guys we are coming back with a different kind of video. So i'm doing a story time y'all. So i'm doing a story time i'm putting a little cup right here, so i am doing a story time y'all on my worst hair stylist experience ever y'all. Let me tell y'all about this story. First of all, this is gon na be in a three-part like it was kind of like a strike. One strike two strike three type of thing, so let me tell y'all the first part and then let me tell y'all why this was my worst hair experience ever. Let me tell y'all so first so strike one i should say so. This was a very important event in my life here in tallahassee that i was doing. I don't want to say exactly what the event was, because i don't want y'all to go and try to investigate or search it up whatever, but it was a very important event in tallahassee, an accomplishment of mine um that i was getting my hair done for so Um, basically, the i'm sorry y'all, so it was very important um event in tallahassee, okay, so i was getting my hair done so boom. This was strike one, the girl who was supposed to do my hair. She basically told me that the that her flight was delayed. Meanwhile, this was about two hours before my appointment. So if i say my appointment was probably at 12, she probably told me to set like 10 and meanwhile this was an important event so boom so 12 o'clock, i'm not tripping. Okay, that's you know. That'S! Okay! That'S two hours: it's fine! This was an important event. I had a week full of activities that week and i knew i had somewhere to go that night. So i was like. Okay. 12 is fine, so you know i'm getting ready. It'S getting close to 12. She texts me: she texts me again. Okay, i'm sorry! My flight just landed um. It'S been a whole little delay. Meanwhile, when i say this was an important event to me, this was an important event to a lot of people at famu in tallahassee. So there was a lot of girls hair. She was doing so now that me she's, backed up with everybody, and my whole thing is: why would you fly out on a day when you're doing people hair like there's no way? I would book a flight and i know i have all these people that are waiting for me to do their hair like there's no way i would have did it that close, i would have the least came back a day before like to get myself together to Ensure that i'm going to be here by the way since we're talking about hair, can we get a little commotion for the hair? Can we get a little commotion for the hair? Do you see her yes yeah? If y'all want a video of like about my hair, just let me know: okay, that's off topic, so yeah boom. So there is no way i would have booked a flight the same day um when i have all these clients waiting for me. So that's what she did so it was around three o'clock and i still was oh so twelve went to like three o'clock and it went to her not giving me a time anymore, because she was so backed up to the point where she said. Okay, i'll call you when um i'm ready, so i'm like dang. Here we go so it's about three o'clock y'all. I gave her probably about a good three hours, so i caught back at six because i had somewhere to go that night. It was a party that was going on and i wanted to celebrate my accomplishment, so i was going to get to the party like around 10 and i wanted to make sure that i would have enough time to come home, get ready all of that stuff. So i get a call i was like well, if i could take a shower and everything um she'd do my hair at six. I should at least be done by like 9, 9, 30 and that'll give me time to just stop on some makeup and i'm out the door y'all y'all. So i call at six no answer like she didn't text back. She didn't answer the phone. It was just it was nothing i'm like y'all. I was like probably crying at this point, just so stressed out with everything else that was going on, so i was just like wow. This is really happening. Okay, so i i've been pumped. I'Ve had like i've been pumped so yeah y'all. So then about like seven o'clock. This is strike one y'all. This is strike one so about seven o'clock. She um finally say hey, you could come. No, it wasn't seven, it wasn't definitely less than seven, probably around eight thirty nine. She was like okay, you could come. Meanwhile, i get there i'm sitting waiting for her to still finish somebody else here, so i probably didn't get in her seats around 10 and i probably didn't get home till around 12. 12. 30.. So the event that i wanted to go to beneath, though that was strike one and again i went back to her and this i'm gon na tell you all strike two, because this is part of the story time and i went back because i'm like well, you Know that was a flight that wasn't really her. You know i wouldn't have booked the flight the same day when i know i have clients to do, but she did and i'm like. Well, you know. Maybe that was the only flight still just having hope. Like you know, you know so i go back um it's when she did my hair. I go back um because i was going on vacation like to like a week or two after that. So instead of me getting a whole new style, i had already booked it. Like i booked my hair appointment and i had booked my touch-up appointment at the same time, so i was like you know um, so i went back for my touch-up. The only thing she was like, oh make sure that the hair is super clean, blah blah and this whole um. Like that weekend, i was turned up partying because i was celebrating my accomplishment, so my hair was sweaty. It was kind of smelling like smoke a little bit from the parties, and i just wanted nice fresh, clean hair. So this is where strike two come in. Y'All strike. Two comes in, you know it's a regular day. She didn't call me she didn't cancel. She didn't say: i'm gon na have to be late. She didn't do any of that, so i'm like. Finally, so that was just one little mistake: she booked her flight on the wrong day, so that was just one little mistake, so we're good. So i go into my appointment: follow her rules with the whole washing up the hair, trying to make sure everything is good for her and i get there y'all. So i'm there at my appointment for my touch up. Meanwhile, i just had um. It wasn't really. It wasn't no lace touch up or anything like that. I just wanted my hair re-flat iron and i could have did this myself, but i wanted her to redo it because she did my hair to begin with right. This word crop gets crazy, so i go in for my hair to get done. This still pisses me off when i talk about it but um. So i go in to get my hair retouched up and you know she's. I sit down she's like um she's playing. My hair she's going into my scalp as you see my hair. Well, you can't see it right now, but my hair is super super thick. I have really really really thick hair and a lot of it so um i was so i went in i um so yeah, so i go in. I sit in her chair, she's planting my hair and she's, like she's, touching it to my scalp. This she's like this, just like this touching it to my scalp and i'm like okay, all right, it's just like. Oh, i can't do your hair. Your hair is still wet at the scalp um per my policy. I don't do any wet hair. Your hair is still wet at the root. I'M like. Are you serious, like you put this hair in my you put this install in first, and i feel like this is the least you can do, but the thing is y'all. Let me back up, i didn't say: oh well, you know you had you made me miss an important event. You did my hair at 10 o'clock at night. My appointment was 12 o'clock that day um i didn't say any of that. I was still being very nice. Very professional i was like oh well yeah. I do apologize. I just want to make sure it was nice and clean for you to um reflect on her that it wasn't greasy heavy or anything. But i was like i'm more than willing to pay extra um for you to blow dry it to your liking or whatever. I'M more willing to pay more money for you to have it the way you like it's not like i'm trying to get over or that's not your policy to do wet hair. Fine! Just let me know what i need to do and i will i'll pay. You extra, i don't care so she's like oh no. I won't be able to do that because i have a client after you being able to touch up. I just thought it would be a quick appointment. One block i'm like. Are you serious because you know just about a week ago, two weeks ago i had an important event that you didn't give a damn about. I was here waiting all day for a call for you to do my hair, so i feel like even if my hair was wet, that's the least you could have done it's the makeup and be like you know what you're fine again. I want to apologize for that whole because she knew exactly who i was. She knew exactly who i was i booked them together matter of fact, when i got there at ten o'clock that night i was like, and i'm gon na see you in about two weeks because i'm going on vacation and i want my hair touched up as well. I'M like um so yeah so she's like oh no for my policy. I don't do it and um, especially not today, because i have um another client coming, i'm really busy today, i'm like you're good you're good, so i'm like okay. So then um forget it. So i call so i was like forget it: it's fine um, i'm like so. So what do we do now? Because i did pay a deposit. She was like: okay, i'll um yeah, i'm sorry. I can't i'll refund you, your deposit, blah blah blah and i'm like. Okay, just reforming my money, it's just a flat iron, so i could flat iron my hair. It'S really not that big of a deal just pay me my money and i'll i'll handle it. So i call my best friend tawanna, because she does here and i was like hey t: can you flat iron? My hair just touch up my hair before i go on my trip and then she was like yeah and when i get over to her house, she was like, i told her the whole incident with the girl and honestly um. I told her the whole incident with the girl and she was like wow. So when i get to her house she's doing my hair she's, like your hair, is not even wet like this was nothing she like. She, i think she blew dried. It took 10 minutes tops if that, because of course i didn't go to the girl with soaking wet hair, i'm not an idiot. I did the best of my ability to dry, my hair, you know to her liking, so obviously it was something that she could have easily done and it wasn't even the fact that she could have done it. I was still willing to pay more for her to blow dry if that's what she wanted, but no, so my best friend did my hair, no problem, and i was done so you would think after this i would be like. Okay, i'm done with this girl but rit, so this was in december. This whole ordeal that happened. This was in december, so uh um. So not this yeah december. It was in december. So then i go back to her because i'm not the best when it comes to booking appointments everybody here in tallahassee, you got ta book your stuff, oh three weeks in advance four weeks in advance, uh i'll, be like a week like. Oh, i think i need my hair done and not book an appointment, but half of the time these girls are booked the hell up so and she wasn't and that should have been a sign she ain't booked. It'S a reason why so but anywho but anywho. So i'm gon na put - and i'm gon na put these receipts up here so boom. Let me see exactly when this was that i booked my appointment. So yes, so this was stripe three and now yeah it's done. This is the this was the grand finale. This is the this was like what pushed me to the edge and yeah and meanwhile again, like i was saying before i had no intentions of going back to her after what she did at that time. But again i don't book my appointments in advance and she was the only one that had availability, which should have again told me something so i booked this appointment on july 26th and you know closer to time. You know if you i'm stylish, they'll contact, you hey just confirming your appointment, um or whatever, just confirming that you, because i did the deposit and everything it wasn't like. So yes, so i booked my appointment on july 26 and you know most of the time you get text messages from this balance like hey, just making sure you're coming just confirming your appointment and all that good stuff. So, on july 28 was my appointment, and i was my appointment was at 5 40 that day i'm gon na post the picture right here so you have to read along. I was like hi. How are you it's kayla, just confirming my appointment for 5 40 today and i said that at 11 33 am she texts me back at 4, 25 pm about an hour hour and a half before my appointment right y'all see what it say. I said she says hi good afternoon, i'm actually still on vacation today was supposed to be blocked off, but my site must have a malfunctive malfunction. I will be back when on thursday, if you would like to reschedule, if not, i can refund you your deposit, so yeah. So on the 26th, when i booked this appointment before she probably went out of town - or maybe she was out of town, but you got the notification that i booked an appointment. You don't think that was a good time to tell me. Oh, hey, you just booked an appointment, sorry, i'm actually out of town. I won't be able to do that appointment that day, nah nah, that that was too good. So i messaged her and then that's when she replied back about three four hours later and i was like and i'm still cool, i'm cool because it wasn't like a huge event that i wanted for my hair. I just wanted my hair done and also i mean i could do thursday um if it can be around the same time. I get off at five. No reply, no reply, no reply! So i'm like you know what she didn't. So i get a little. No, i don't okay, she didn't reply so whatever and i probably looked on her um books and saw that she didn't have the appointment and even if she didn't have the appointment, she didn't say you know what yeah i can do it. I can squeeze you in for this inconvenience, it's just the girl and that's the thing. The girl can do good hair for her professionalism and it's just trash, and - and this isn't - and this here wasn't the only time that i've heard that her professionalism here in tallahassee is just trash, so anyhoo so um she's like i can do. Third, okay yeah. I read that so the next morning goodbye i'm like good morning, i would like to um. I would like my refund of the deposit. I see that you don't have any time to accommodate my schedule. That'S why i sent this on wednesday. As you can see. No reply again, i'm like okay, where is my money, because what i can say to you all when my hair that strike two when my hair was wet she i never got that still to this day. I do not have that 20 deposit back and i was to the point where, okay, maybe it was my fault because the hair um, because i guess my hair was wet. When i sat down, i thought about it, but i was like kayla, you tripping. You should have got your money and that's that on that, but whatever i just let that slide, and i was just like no, i should have got my money because i still yet have, and i think that's why i'm so adamant about getting it this time, i'm Like no, this was on you. This wasn't my hair wet. This wasn't anything nothing on my end, so she never writes back. So then, let's see the next day go by this is now thursday. I said good morning i reached out to you yesterday ending of day with no response. I would like my refund of the deposit. I see that you do not have any time to accommodate my schedule. Then she writes back okay. I will send you your refund now. I said thank you and then i noticed that i still didn't have my refund no like it. Don'T take that long to get the money. I noticed i still didn't have the refund, so i'm like okay, like what's going on here, so then um, and that was on. Let'S see, let's put these dates together: honey, let's put these days together, so that was on the um. That was on the 30th. I texted that, and she said okay, i will send your refund now and i never got that refund. At that moment she texted at 5. 20.. I want you to go over to paypal and click. The crap right now send me my money, so i never got it so then i go to instagram because i still have not contacted her or she still haven't wrote me back through text message or nothing. She said she was gon na refund the money. It still. Never got refunded, so i text her. Why is this not saving so yeah? Here i go so i'm like good morning. This is now the 30th. The other days, let's see well y'all, to see it up here so boom. I messaged her. This is at 8 18. In the morning i said good morning i reached out to you guys today um ending up ending day with no response through text. I checked my paypal and account, assuming you might have refunded me and just didn't reply. However, that is not the case. I would like my refund of my deposit. I see that you do not have any time to accommodate my schedule. The appointment was for my name at 5, 40 pm. It is unfortunate that it is this difficult to contact you due to the inconvenience that you presented to me. So finally, she read that and i'll post a picture right here where she finally refunded me my money. Finally, refunded me, my little twenty dollars like and it's just twenty dollars, but it's about the freaking principal and that was strike three i'm like you got too much going on, but we just got too much going on and it's just unprofessional at this point. It'S just freaking, unprofessional and as a business owner, i know that that's freaking, unprofessional right, so y'all that was strike. Three strike. One strike two strike three, just my worst overall hairstylist experience ever and it was me that kept going back. It'S like why you kept going back after the first time and that's the first time. It really was like okay, that maybe that wasn't her fault. No, i wouldn't book a flight on the same day where i'm doing appointments, but whatever um the second time it was like that was just trifling at the second time i should have just called to quits. But again i didn't go back to her again until literally like six months after that, whole thing happened only because she was the only one available at that time, which obviously is a sign. I should have definitely said you know what no this girl was trash so whatever, but i haven't, met her since that time. At that time i just like yeah, i'm just done finito complete capiche, like no negative. If everybody booked, i would do my own damn hair. So anywho but yeah y'all, so that was my experience comment below what y'all think like have y'all had any experience like that. I know: y'all probably had some way worse ones huh, but that was mine, and this and yeah it was just trifling. It was just freaking. Trifling but comment below did i do the right thing like? I didn't basically harass her, but i wanted my darn money but um yeah y'all.
