Story Time: Worst Miami Hair Stylist | Nelle Cole

You telling me you about to sign someone else's hair. I should whup your ass, hey guys! Welcome back to my channel today. I have another story time for you, but this story time is a bit different. This story time is going to be my miami hairstylist horror story. I'Ve seen a lot of horror stories about some hair stylists and i have one to add to that list. So let's jump right into the video. So this horror story. It'S now that i'm older. This happened about, i would say, damn. I can never remember these timelines. It happened about almost three years ago when i turned 21., so i booked an appointment. The only appointment that she had available was on my birthday, my hair done. My nails done lashes, the full nine yards everyone was booked up and i chose to wait. You know last minute, i don't know why. I do that and i always get the crappy end of the stick and want to cry about it. So this hairstylist, my appointment, was for 10 in the morning right 10 o'clock in the morning and lord. This lady did not show up until 1 o'clock. In the afternoon. My appointment was ten o'clock in the morning. She did not show up until one in the afternoon. I got to her shop at around roughly 9 30 and i said i was going to wait in the lobby. So i'm waiting in the lobby and it's not a vending machine. But it's like a a stand and there was it's like a little mini shop and this lady. She would be selling chips drinks. So i brought something in the meanwhile since it was so early in the morning and i didn't eat, it was 9 55. I started to walk down to her suite. It was like a office building, but i guess they rent tweets out or whatever the hell they do went there knocked on the door. It was this older woman there she was just sitting down and she's like do. You have an appointment, i said yes, i have an appointment for 10 o'clock and she was like. What'S your name, i told her my name and what i will be doing cool. She said: okay, she's gon na contact the stylist, i said all right. Cool 105 comes, my leg is literally bouncing cause. Oh 1005 comes, stylist is still not there. I text her and i was like hey um. If i could find the text messages, then i'll i'm going to insert them if i can find them, because it's been three years - and i changed my number since i said: hey, i'm at the shop i'm waiting for you. She was like all right, cool um, the older lady that i seen she said she said: oh maria's there you could just wait i'll, be there in the next 10 minutes or so right. I said all right: cool 10 minutes. She said specifically on her website. She said if you are late, there is an additional fee matter of fact. Let me see if i could pull it up her website. Actually, i'm not trying to knock her off her grinder or whatever, i'm not even going to mention her name but now she's, like i popping or whatever. So let me see if i could find her rules. So basically you have to pay a 25 deposit to book. Her and she says that she only accepts cash and you can't have no oils nothing in here. You know the regular what hairstylist is put on their book insights and she also stated that she does not use hair store closures, which that's understandable. I get it at 100 and also she stated that you're supposed to drop off your wig, your bundles or whatever, three days before your appointment. Well, one to three days before your appointment. I dropped off my wig three days prior because i wanted her to bleach the knobs and you know do what she does so the wig could be prepared for when i come so i did that and when i was actually dropping off her my wig. I text her before i left my house and i said: hey is it okay for me to drop off my wig? She said yes, i'm at the shop right now you could come drop it off. I went there dropped off my wig and my wig was in a bag. She said just put your name on the back. I said all right cool and i left so in her book insight. She says if you're more than 15 minutes late, it is automatic cancellation. If you are 10 minutes late, there's a fee of 10 to 15, that was her rules right, but i never understood if i'm there on time and you're not there on time, shouldn't you charge yourself a fee or give me a discount or something. But no i let it be. I waited i waited. Then 10 30 came i'm like hey. Where are you and she's like i'm on my way, i'm on my way, i'm down the street. My appointment was at ten o'clock ten o'clock and i got there. 9. 30. 30 minutes prior and i was waiting in the lobby and then 10 30 came. She said she was down. The street 11 o'clock came nothing. So i asked the lady that was there maria that's, that's the name. I'M gon na give her maria asked her. I said hey: where is she and she's like um? She was an older haitian lady. She was like no baby, no baby. Let me call her and ask her: where is she so maria called her maria went to the back actually to call her and what the hell is? Oh, i think it's my lip gloss. My ear went to the back to call her. I didn't hear the conversation. I don't know what they said. I don't know so maria said that the hairstylist said that she was on her way. I said all right cool whatever been there since 9 30, it's 11 now 11. 30 comes. I see another girl because my birthday falls in the timeline of back to school. A younger high schooler came she's sitting there waiting and i'm texting her, i'm like like. Where are you like? I literally i had to do on my birthday. It is my birthday and i am at the shop waiting for you to come and do my hair and you're not on time. If you would have told me, hey, i'm gon na be such and such late hey. Can we reschedule the appointment for a later time? In the day, i would make some accommodations or something with my day, because i'm running around with a with my hair, cut off, trying to get everything together and i'm like sitting in the shop waiting for you to come. And i'm like on my phone like this handling my business and you're, not on time like i know stylists, they say, oh make sure when you book you have some time to spare or so cause things could happen. I understand things can happen. 100. I i get it things can happen, but you're not communicating with me. So how do i know this, and that has happened if you're, not communicating with me like? How does that make sense? Like i've had hair stylists text me, hey hon and i'd be like oh, but they communicate hey. Can you come 15 minutes later? Hey? Can you come an hour later? Hey? Can we reschedule they do that she didn't have any form of communication and then the lady maria called her a couple of times like hey, you had one person in the shop. Now you have two and you're not on time. Oh, i found the messages i found. The messages so basically on the 16th of august, i said: hey, i have an appointment for tuesday, the 20th for a full lace. Installment. Can i drop off the wig tomorrow? She said come at 11.. I left it at that. I didn't respond. I said good morning. I had dropped the wig off to you saturday. She responded okay, i responded i'm here, but the door is locked said. I told you 11. i'm coming on, i'm coming on few hold on and then she said in a star star star. Then she came again. She said almost here: i live far. What does that have to do anything if you know that you live far, and you are a hair stylist get up early that doesn't have anything to do with like me at all, i'm paying for a service, and you have these rules that say: oh if i'm Late, i have to pay a fee, but if you're late, what are the consequence? I understand you're, a hair stylist, don't get me wrong, i get it, but how? How was that working like? How was that working so that after she said i live far, i said. Okay, just let me know when you're here, i'm in the waiting area. This is when i went back to the lobby. Then that was at 10 17. Then i responded, i said, are you here that was at 11 o'clock, so from 10 17 to 11 o'clock? No response, then she said i'm here you can go inside and see if the door is open, i'm in the parking lot my assistant should be there. She did not show up, she did not show up at all and when she said my assistant, the assistant that she's referring to is the older woman, maria maria, like she was an older woman. She was around my mom's age, so she i don't want to be disrespectful, but she was more like an elder to me, but she called her her assistant. I don't know what they got going on. That'S none of my business. She said that she was here. She was not here that girl did not show up until one o'clock one o'clock in the afternoon, so me being there from 9 30 early, and you did not show up until 1 o'clock and you're telling me that you're in the parking lot. What parking lot are you talking about? Are you talking about the parking lot from your apartment? Complex? Because it's it's not the the parking lot that's outside of the building, so she called maria and she told maria to braid down my hair cool. While she told maria to braid down my hair, she told maria to braid down the other girl's hair, the high schooler, the high schooler she looked like this was her first time you know getting her hair done, or so she looked innocent but looks could be deceiving. But you could tell by how she she was moving. This was her first time getting her hair done by hairstylist, so she didn't really know much on what was going on so maria started to braid down my hair. My hair is my hair was blown out. I have to blow out my hair properly because my hair tends, like my curls, tends to get tangly and it gets matted. Sometimes i blew out my hair. I had took off my hat because i had on hair. I was not walking around with doodle braids, or none of that took off my hat maria started. Braiding down my hair. She wrote it down the high schooler's head. This was almost 12 almost 12.. This just happened because breakdown they take a while. So you know, but she had to do two heads so then the suite that she had she share. It'S like when you enter the suite. It'S like stations beside different stations, so she had her station right cool we're waiting with a braid down. You see the other hair styluses coming in their clients pop up, they start their hair and it's like you, see people getting their hair done and they leaving and it's like you're getting frustrated, and i don't know how many like i was just like. I was texting. My friends, i was like yo like this, this shoddy bugging, like she bugging i'm actually gon na screenshot these and try to add it to the video, because i i know i'm not tripping at all, because i just wanted to get something simple. You know because in at first i cancelled all the plans for my birthday because i was frustrated. I cancelled everything and i tried to do everything all over, but everything was last minute and things cost more and i was like whatever i was going to do. A simple bulb with a side part: that's it a simple lace, bob with a side, part simple, as ever been there since 9 30 appointment was at 10. She said she told me to come at 11. by how does that make sense. My appointment's at 10 you're, not communicating your assistant or whatever, doesn't even know what you're doing the poor innocent lady is like. You can sit down she's asking us if we want something to eat. If we wash up the drink because she felt bad, she honestly felt bad that we were waiting so long for this hairstylist literally, and i was there longer than the high schooler. So imagine me being there from 9 30 to 1 o'clock well from 9 30 and then she showed up at 1 o'clock and i didn't leave the um the suite until like four. What did you say literally four in the afternoon, so me being there from 9 30 to 4 o'clock to get a wig put on a wig bob at that put on. So basically we were the only ones in the shop that had an appointment with her. So there was no excuse when she finally showed up. She just walked in. She didn't even say hello to me in the high schooler and the high schooler she was getting a frontal sew-in, and then she came to me like the hairstylist came to me. She was like hey, i know i i took long, but i need to start her hair before you guys because she has a sew-in. The high schooler, like i said before you can see. This is her first time getting her hair done literally. So i, like i looked at her at first. I was thinking i'm like i've been here so long and you you telling me you by the side someone else's hair. I should whoop your ass literally, but then i said you know what i'mma let her do. The little girl's hair first and let the little girl go on by her day because the little girl it's like her mom, kept on texting her and calling her and she was like mom. The hair stylist is not here yet um. I really want to do my hair like she was. I could tell it was her mom and her mom, you know is worried that her child is getting her hair done so she's calling to check every minute. I get it because my mom was once in that position before so. I understand i said all right: cool do her hair when she started the girl's hair hold on pause. The story pause. The story pause this story when she walked in right. She did not say nothing to none of us and that she came to me and said she needs to start the girl's hair right, but before she started the girl's hair, she asked us where where's, the hair that were supposed to be - and i said i dropped Off my hair to you a couple of days ago, my name's on the back. She was like. What'S your name, i told her my name. The little girl had um brought her bundle, so you know when you bring your bundles the same day. It'S a fee. This lady, i should whip her ass, this lady. You would think that she would have my bob prep. The bob is the easiest one to do. It'S not a 28 inch. 360 frontal. It was a 13 by 4 frontal bomb. Literally, all you have to do is bleach the knots and pluck the or whatever the hell she did not do nothing. My bob was literally in the same place that i left it a couple of days prior, oh i'm so nice, i am too nice. I am too nice, i promise you, she started the little girl's hair and then she had to bleach the little girl's frontal bleach and pluck it and while she's doing that, she's like on her phone texting, i'm not saying you can't be on your phone or whatever, But there's other people here you can get get your cracking, so she finished all that she did the girl's hair sewed it on styled it. Her hair looked beautiful. She looked beautiful and the little girl she was like. Thank you so much. You know the whole nine yards or whatever when she started my hair. The put my head back like oh i'm, like whoa whoa whoa, come on now you need to chill out. You need to chill out shawty, so she started what she did. She had put a cap on my head. I have i had to buy my own cap because she stated that you have to bring a cap that matches your skin tone. I could do my wigs by myself. Oh this man's, about to hear somebody. Don'T ask. I'M sorry i could do wigs by myself, but i just wanted someone to do my hair. That was my first mistake. I should've saved my damn money first mistake so that she put a cap on my head. She did what she was do and then she brought my wig when she brought my wig. She she just something to my wig and then she had to pull it off my head and re-pluck it again. It'S like she plucked it incorrectly or something like that. So then, when she put it on my hair, she glued it down and she cut it. It'S like she was rushing to do my hair rushing and then you see all these like um. How do i describe them? This one instagram famous girl, walked and people think she has a bad attitude, but she's a sweetheart like she walked into the shop and the hairstylist walked into the shop, even though it was me and the high schooler of her two clients. But there were other stylists with their clients and she just walked straight in the instagram famous girl. She opened the door. She said good afternoon. She said hi to everyone and she went to the back um to go. Do her makeup respectfully. She don't know. None of us we ain't paying for a service from her, but she walked in. She said hello to everybody to and went her way. This hairstylist walked in and said nothing to nobody. I was raised no matter where you go and you walk into someone's place shop house, whatever you say hello to everybody, even if the person hates you you say hello, that's how i was raised so fast forward back to the store. So she was rushing to do my hair and all of this she did my hair and then she was straining. I asked her because the way how her website was laid out - it's like you, it's 20 extra for curl, it's 20 extra for straightening twenty dollars extra for crim. So i asked her i said um. Is it extra to get my mom straightened because the way how she was moving, i, like i didn't know if i had to pay extra to get the heifer to press out my damn bomb? Like i didn't know, she was like no it's free of charge. I think she said no, because the knew she was late. I think that's why she said. No, so i was like all right cool. She got my bomb straight in whatever when i looked in the mirror after she was done with my hair, my hair looked beautiful, beautiful cool the whole time, i'm there i'm like i'm texting my friends and i'm like yo. This girl is not here, she's, saying she's such and such far away. My whole girl was like. I would not pay the and with me you know i still paid her. I still paid her i should have, but i i paid her she kept money. It was like what it was like sixty dollars, or so the rain and balance, or something like that, like i think it for the whole install. I don't know i give a bit sixty dollars and yo. The story just gets worse. The story just gets worse. My hair looked real nice when i left there and i got back to my house. My friends were there because they were like waiting on me like they were literally literally waiting on me from being there from 9 30 to like four they're, like damn like that. Took forever got there, we started loading the things in the car to get ready to go to the airbnb. When i was in a car, i was in the passenger seat going there. I pulled down the um the little oh, what is it called the mirror? Whatever? I pulled that down to look at my hair because i was like i was like feeling i'm like sorry. I don't feel right. So i pulled out my phone and i looked at the camera and it's like so i don't feel right when i pull down the mirror flap in the car. My legs was lifted. My lace was lifting literally like lift. If i could find the picture, i think it's in i can't even log into that snapchat account um um, i'm gon na try to find a picture and insert the picture with my lace lifted, and this was around an hour later. So this was around like roughly five or so so i'm like what the hell so i had go spawn. The ghost spawn was in my makeup kit. I just tossed a whole bunch of stuff in there. So i had my ghost spawn and i'm, like you know, alrighty took so long. I'M just gon na glue the down. My lace was lifting an hour after i left the hair. Whatever hair appointment, i've been there since 9 30. The bench didn't show up until one o'clock i left around four and i'm on my way to my airbnb at five and my wig is lifting literally lifting i'm like okay, it was. It was a shitty ass day, but good thing i had a little party. I got me a little drink to me and i let it be. I went in the pool at that point. I did not care about the hair. My hair went from straight and i had me a curly bob. I'M gon na try to find the videos or pictures to insert into the video if i could find it, but the miami hair stylists and they have favoritism too, because they'll be like oh you'll, get a discount. If you come with your facebook or so this, and that they take pictures of the instagram girls that are popping and then all of a sudden now they change their buyers on bio to celebrity hair stylists, i'm i'm libby, i'm let me i'm going my business, but That was my miami hair horror story.
