Hey guys it's Jamie, and today I am making a very much well requested, wanted and asked for video, and that is a tutorial on how I style my hair. It'S probably going to be the lamest tutorial ever. I have no idea how to do a tutorial. I don't even think how I do my head deserves a tutorial, but I'm just gon na show you how I style my hair and what I do with it, because you guys have asked for it. I showered this morning like I do every morning and I wash my hair and it's still a bit wet. Why typically do is towel dry and then I let it like just chill and dry out. Naturally, unless I'm running really late for something and then I just have to blow-dry it straight away, but yeah, it's still a bit wet. I did maybe perhaps get a bit distracted before making this video and I let it like completely dry. So I've had to get it a little bit wet again just for the sake of this video, but what I need to do my hair is any good ten-year-old hairdryer that I got when I was a teenager that I still use, and it's still great, this sea Salt spray, matte paste - none of this is sponsored by the way it's just the stuff I like to use and a finger or hand my hands. That was really weird. Ah, the finger thing will make sense in a second hold on it's not weird, so I let it dry to about this stage where it's like it's still like wet ish, but it's not like soaked through and dripping and then what I do is I make sure I'Ve got like my parting right, like if I get this bit wrong. I have a weird bit of hair right here for, like the rest of the day, it should be fine. It should we're just gon na go with this today then I get beach map. Mermaid. Look texturizing, sea salt spray doesn't say, cease, urges or so salt spray, slightly less enchanting, and then I shut my eyes so they're getting my eyes or actually this and then I'm just like spraying few times I move in a bit. I'M sure there are people watching this going, what the hell is he doing, but through trial and error. This is what I have found produces the best results for my hair. I essentially use this because when I don't use it, my hair feels I just dropped. My paste, when I don't use it, my hair feels a lot like finer like difficult to work with, and it just kind of flops rather than sitting in a position that makes sense. So now we've got this start spraying. This bits gotten really long. That comes down to my lip. I will get my haircut. Shalba cuts my hair and if you guys would like to see a video or sharper cutting my hair, I can do that as well. In the next few weeks, leave a comment below hair dry time. I apologize in advance for the noise. This is where the finger comes in. I started doing this very recently. Essentially I just pick up a bit. I'M gon na twirl it around like this, so it's like in a tight bit and then then they get another bit. Do the same thing another bit somedays this works really well another days. It doesn't work at all so fingers crossed. This is the day where it works out well and then wound up with this. I eat here look in a mirror for a second hold that silence and sleep. My hair ends up like this. It'S still kind of like floppy and all over the place and then mist off a massive patch of the back, which I'm just gon na have to drive real quick now hold on. Okay, all done! I could just leave it like this, but, like I prefer to put something in it to hold it a bit more in place. The waviness has come out like mediocre today, so we're just gon na roll with that. It'S fine now it's time for the final step, which is the matte paste see with this. I learned the hard way that you should never ever use too much map paste, because if you go out with too much paste in your hair, it blows around in chunks and they separate it. It'S like it's, not a good, look and use about that. Much. What and then just in my hair, I start at the front, push it up a bit, give it some height, although I like having long hair, I like it to be like off this bit of my head. It kind of annoys me when it sits there. I tend to push it back to begin with, get it all round the back a little bit on the sides, just mess it up a bit and then actually I don't have any on the back. I'M just gon na take very, very tiny amount more and got the back here. I'M gon na kind of end up with something like this. This is where you and me need to move to a mirror. I'M too tall come to go higher there. We go okay, so basically it's a bit of a mess right now, so I just get under a bit. I push it over onto the right side. Sometimes if I'm action Road, my hair, I haven't - talked a really long bit behind, but I'm not gon na. Do that today let's get that out and then you know just play around with it for a bit make sure I've got like the taste everywhere. I want it to be. I say what that big today hurrah, I can't even see my head. Oh no didn't get that right, probably completely different, framing to how it was before. But anyway that's my head down. That'S my hair! That is my hair, so it doesn't take me a huge amount of time like this video. It'S taken 11 minutes to make I've walked. You through my hair, tutorial and done my hair at the same time, and it didn't really take that much longer than if I just been doing my hair without filming a video. I kind of change it up every so often though so it might not be what I like to use in that six months time, but for now it works really well. For me, I do have quite thick hair still because I get a lot of questions about how I get my hair like to stay up, and I guess it's like a combination of this and the fact I've dropped it again. I'M sorry I do like you. I guess it's a combination of the fact that I do have quite thick like thick hair still and I use stuff to hold it in place so yeah. This kind of stuff might not work for everybody, but you guys have been asking for it. Morgan Elliott: For some reason I assumed your hair did the big wavy thing on its own. My hair routine is get it wet so the back and sides aren't sticking up funny, try to convince the top bit to all more or less go in one direction with some paste, and then try to tame down the sprouts, give up and resolve to shave all my hair off again in the near future.

Kameron Trumbo: I think once I've been on T for a bit longer and have more facial hair, I'm gonna grow out my hair a bit. Mine is curly though, so will definitely be a diff. style than yours.

I have a very similar way of doing my hair, letting it partially air dry, then blow dry, and using matte paste, but my hair isn't quite as long as yours and I've got some funky cowlicks. The length of your hair right now is basically my goal, I can't wait until I can tuck it behind my ear again!
