chumley7117: My hair loves coconut oil and argan oil. That's the winning combination for my hair because it has allowed me to retain length. I have seen my hair grow from 2.5 inches to 4 inches in 4 months. I did the big chop 11 years ago and had never obtained that kind of growth until now. Part of the reason is that I also had HIH (hand in hair) syndrome and I'm proud to say I've kicked that bad habit too.
K.K: Some of these youtube Videos are beneficial and some are not. Please do not microware the coconut oil if you're going to use it...just let it sit out before use. Secondly, coconut oil does not work for everyone! if you experience dry brittle, hair that seems to be coming out after using it STOP & find you another oil that works for you!! Youtubers normally tell you what worked for them but never the side affects of what could possibly happen to you. What works for one person may not work for everyone else. keep that in mind. N A: I don't know if this is weird or not but don't you have to wash the coconut oil out regularly? If I tend to let it stay in my hair then my he head gets somewhat itchy. Help please?

BOOKGEEKY: Coconut oil is not a sealant... It's a moisturizer, like olive oil and avocado oil. These three actually penetrate the layers of the hair shaft to give it moisture. A sealant is a sealant only because it does not penetrate the hair shaft, it coats it. When you do informational vids like this, you should really do your research...
