Quick & Simple Wash Day Routine For My Dense Type 4 Hair ‍♀️ | Only 3 Products

Hey y'all and welcome back to another video, so i feel like it's been a minute since i filmed a wash day routine for you guys, i want to say it's been about a little over a month, almost two months since i filmed one for you guys. So, as you can tell by the title today, i'm gon na be walking you guys through a wash day routine with imbue, so they they're a natural haircare brand based in uk that have an entire wash day collection. So from there they have a cleanser conditioner. Well, conditioner slash leave-in; they also have a spray leave-in, but the salad in this collection is a cream gel and the last product they have is a heat protectant. So just a little sneak peek. These are what my results are looking like after using their products. So if you guys want to see how i got these super fluffy still defined and moisturized wash and go results and definitely stay tuned and without further ado, let's get into it all right. So you guys already know how it goes. I am working on an old wash and go. This is probably like about a week old. I'M not gon na lie. She'S crusty she's, also a little funky. Your girl has been putting that work in in the gym and it shows um having my hair in that bun or in that puff um and working out and the sweat being trapped in that puff like it's it's time so first thing i'm doing is just making Sure my hair is fully saturated for those of you who are new here. My hair is really dense, so it does take me a good minute to fully saturate my hair, but once i've done that i'm going to go in with envy's quilt awakening sulfate, free cream, cleanser, so off rip, as you guys can see this stuff lathers up literally Instantly considering this is a sulfate free shampoo. I was actually thoroughly impressed by that. So i'm just going in and making sure that all of my hair and my scalp is coated in this shampoo from roots to ends no strand left behind, and then i went ahead and rinsed that out. So i would say the shampoo is definitely more on the clarifying side, but it didn't leave my hair, stripped or feeling like hair or anything like that. Honestly, i think it was literally perfect for what i needed. You know, with my hair being a little funky and just in need of a really good cleanse and then next i'm following up with their coil rejoicing, leave-in conditioner. So it's a conditioner, slash, leave-in kind of like a two-in-one um, and it has like a lotiony consistency. If that makes sense, like that's the best way, i could describe it, it felt like lotion on my hands, so i'm just finger detangling and then i'm following up with my detangling brush, and i just want to take a minute to just appreciate how far my hair Has come y'all like it's crazy to think that i was literally out here going to the salon straightening my hair, every two weeks like what doing all this damage to my hair, not realizing my coils could ever pop the way that they're popping right now. I honestly would have never imagined, honestly and truly - and i just want to say it meant for growth y'all like i will never get tired of talking about my hair journey and how far i've come. So i just hope this serves as some type of inspo or motivation for anybody who might be thinking about transitioning from heat damage or from relaxed hair or from whatever the case may be like. I really hope this serves as inspiration, because, if i can do it, y'all can do it too, all right so back to this conditioner, as you guys can see, the curls are giving my hair is very much looking juicy hydrating pretty much ready to be styled, but That clip that you guys just saw was right after i detangled right now, i'm just adding a little more of the leave-in conditioner, just to make sure that my hair is evenly primed because i do feel like after you know, detangling my hair. I feel like i've brushed out some of the products, so just to make sure that my hair is evenly primed. I went in with like a little more and then i just twisted up each section, and this is how much hair loss, which i don't think is bad at all. Considering it's been about a week um, i think that's pretty average and for my third step kind of sort of third step, i'm following up with their spray leaving conditioner. So i tested this out just to see like if, if one i wasn't sure if it would be necessary, because i already have a leave-in conditioner in my hair, but i just wanted to feel the consistency of it. I don't use spray leave-ins regularly, but i do like the fact that this one is like actually pretty thick in consistency, so if you're into thick spray leave-ins. I think you might love this, but i did only use it for that section, because i found that it was a little redundant since i already had a leave-in conditioner in my hair that was thicker in consistency than the spray, if that makes sense. So now i'm following up with their cream gel and just look at the consistency. Y'All like i love a styler that jiggles so um. If you guys have been subscribed to me for a while, you would know that i love to mix creams and gels together. For my wash and go so why wouldn't i love a cream gel hybrid, as you guys can see, this gel has a super soft lightweight hold, so the curls are defined, but they're not weighed down at all. The volume is already starting to peek through and my hair just feels super lightweight, definitely not going to have to worry about scrunching out any crunch or any gel cast or anything like that, and i'm just using my regular wash and go styling technique, which is just A mixture of raking, smoothing and praying hands make sure i do that for all of my head, and this is what the finished result is looking like. So my hair isn't moisturized it's defined while still being really fluffy really voluminous. So i'm gon na go ahead and sit into the dryer and get back to you guys with my final results um once i've stretched my hair and all that fun stuff. So - and these are my finished results you guys so i sat in the dryer for about like until my hair was about like 50 60 dry, and then i finished it off with the diffuser just to speed things up a little bit and then, of course i Went in and stretched it to get a little more volume, more fluff, but i'm loving my results. Let me know what you guys think i love how fluffy voluminous and like bouncy lightweight my hair, feels right now like i was telling you guys before i knew i was gon na get super fluffy results, so i have no crunch no crunch or gel cast whatsoever. If you have fine strands, if you have, if your hair is not really dense and you like a fluffy soft wash and go you like voluminous hair on day one, let's just definitely get into it - i'm just really loving how flowy my hair is you guys um, But let me know what you guys think in the comments of my results of my wash day routine.
