Tots H40 Myers Mask. Hair Styling Tutorial

All right, this video is dedicated to mr. Bobby meek, my friend on Facebook, and he sent me a message saying I don't suppose you'd be willing to make a video showing how you style the hair or you know, get the hair looking right on a 2018 Michael Myers mask so I've done a little bit. You know a little bit to it. Nothing major! I haven't finished it yet. So I was about to finalize things now and then I remember dope Bobby wants the video, so I'm gon na try and film some of the process for you and you can see how you see how you feel about it once it's done. So I got this comb here with this little kind of pointy bit on the end, that's handy just so you can kind of get in there and kind of separate hairs and stuff and got us a huge shout out to Simon Brenda. Lee know who did this mask? I mean it's: a tots h40 mask whips, I'm Brenda Leonard, the hair and the paint and absolutely amazing, look at that. No, so the lighting in here is kind of strange. This is the garage, so big old people lights pretty bright. So I've already applied some gel yesterday, but I need to do more. It'S not nasty-looking enough yet so I'm gon na go in and nasty it up with the Jill. All right so just been. I don't know I guess most people won't even really be able to see any difference with I've just been going in with some gel that'll dry. It'S still wet and some hairspray as well, because there's a particular moment in the behind-the-scenes when Christopher Nelson's talking about the mask and you get this kind of shot of it kind of panning up like this, and I do notice that the kind of hair - just it's Just nasty and kinda you see it just kind of behind the ear. I haven't got it right yet, but you know I want on my one. I want to be able to see you know the hair. I don't wanted to just kind of stop there and then it's just the mask. I like a little bit hair, showing you know behind here, so it looks really nasty as well. So I'm just using a combination of gel, I suppose guys folks, are gon na want to know. Well, I'm using I've had this years. I don't use it on myself and vo five extra hold didn't really have any reason to put gel on the top of his hair like up here. I have used hairspray kind of wet it a bit and just get it to hold in place ain't finished. Yet it's a work in progress. It'S pretty good, though, still going to work on it. I'Ll come back to you, I'm just kind of making them look. Fabulous really feel like. I just have an accent. I'M like I'm. As you look fabulous me, Google me you look very pretty you go out tonight to get all the ladies was the man whenever it is raining who you're gon na get it tonight baby because they make you look fabulous little bit too much volume there Dean. That'S! Alright, that's alright tame that comb, that off, like we're, making ice cream go ahead and bring this down a touch, hairspray still drying. So by the time it does dry, I will have corrected the shape of the shape. Let'S get in there, though master. I don't look good see, I'm talking about, looks nasty, that's what I want. That'S one of those little little flick see there's another little flick right there. Sorry, maybe not pointing straight out. You go now it's pointing down! Well yeah! I think we're getting there. Man so Bobby meek be inspired. Make your Michael Myers look fabulous. Just like me. Obviously I haven't done much to this, and this is all Simon. Randall II knows work incredible job that he did, but I wanted to look frightening. That'S the thing man this mask! It'S got a strike fear into, even if, when you like, Michael Myers in here, you don't find those films scary. Like people say how can you be in a room with a life-sized Michael Myers mannequin, because I don't find them scary? It'S not the appeal. Really, I'm not sure what the appeal is, but it's not that I find it frightening, so we still might be a little bit too much volume here, but that's alright. We just just slice that down a little bit notice, how I'm not bringing down the volume from the center the central line, because you want that kind of reminiscent of the 78 kind of shape, see that then it'll bump the little hill. That'S right! I think we get in there, though yeah we'll have to grab the scissors every now and then and just tame some of these hairs. That'S nice! I just wish that in a little bit here spares your friend short controlled, bursts, yeah. I want it to be scary. I think the nastier and just more disgusting this mask, gets. I think it becomes more frightening now. Obviously this is not the you know. It should be a little bit more white than this, but I just got a sitting on pasta kind of hold it at the moment. So yeah it started. Starting, look really good. Now, hair, wise cuz, the hair makes or breaks it. Man, it's like with the the top 78 again that was reworked by Simon Brendan. You know, but it took me a long time to finally pull my finger out and start messing with the hair on that and get it looking right with the you know: the little horns and the twists and stuff, because that's that's really important for the 78. He doesn't have so much of that in the 2018 really, but I just like I said, I'm basing this on the picture or on the footage that you see behind the scenes. When he's talking about the the molding and the you know getting the shape of the mask right now, trying to capture that original 78 envision that remember this fuller dry, that's the wet, gel and they'll dry. Soon, you'd really put some gel at the back here as well. Keep it consistent so I'll come back to you. Alright, so that'll need some time to dry. It'S just hair gel suppose! If you felt you made a mistake, you could always kind of be careful and wash it out now. I know that looks harsh, but once it dries you'll be all right. I wanted to look nasty as well. You know real nasty, I think we're getting there. I really like that right there that looks pretty much what I'm after I love the way from these angles. You get the kind of nasty hair just showing a little bit. It'S not perfect! You know, forty years later old man, Myers Simon, did an amazing job. I love this blood stain, bring that in a little bit very nice got a nice bit volume here, but not too much and silent combination, two different hair types like three different hairs. I think three different kinds of hair a little bit of gray in there as well again. This will dry won't stay. Looking like that, I love it. So those are the main things I'm using. You could be using different stuff or just copy. What I'm doing and then get you there very handy, little tool in the hair gel and obviously something decent to put the mask on while you're working. This is kind of handy cuz. You can just kind of turn it and move it around a search. I hope you found it helpful, Bobby and ya. Look forward to seeing how your mosque turns out going.
