And so she was one of the victims um at the shooting. She was hit three times and there were eight other victims, and so so right now she's dealing with trauma um a little bit of grief and so she's just um. You know happy that we're all here today and for our community um for support and she's, really thankful and she's. Also just um asking for you know some prayers just to encourage her to help her. I will say this: hate has no place in the city of dallas. Hate has no place in this city, and i can assure you, as we will get updated a little bit in a little bit with the generalities of this case, uh, that we feel uh very confident that we're moving in the right direction that we are looking at. Something that should not have occurred here that we will not tolerate occurring in the city of dallas uh and your men and women are working extremely hard to do that when the news broke. I was very disappointed and almost immediately there were attempts to silence the alarms. Instead of scrutinizing these shootings as potential hate crimes, especially since these were not robberies, three asian owned businesses have been targeted targeted in our neighborhoods, where we live, where we work and where we experience joy - and maybe it's just me, but tonight, i'm not satisfied with the Answers that we've been hearing - i will say this - that we're very confident in our investigation. It'S moving in the right direction and we're hopeful that we will have someone in custody. How can we say goodbye to our family in the morning without worrying? They will be next. We must come together to create environments where everyone, regardless of race, feels safe. I hope through today's event, we can learn how to protect ourselves and to come to a better understanding, pitching communities. Thank you.

Angel Castro: Didn’t bother watching the whole thing. Did they mention the race of the perpetrator? We’re there 30.06/30.05/30.07 signs posted? Was the alleged shooter a prohibited from legally owning firearms?

s rico: I would fight hate with lethal justice. Please young Koreans and good citizens protect these older Koreans. Take arms and fight back don't be victims anymore. Hire armed security guards even better get guns and learn how to use them . This will not stop you must take arms and exact lethal justice ⚖️ ☠️ for your families sake and your own I pray

Deborah Sinclair: I am sure the police will find everything out. I’d like to see more particulars. A neighborhood shouldn’t be terrorized..so many bored bad people out there. What have Koreans done to anyone.?

Regulah Degulah: Sooooo is there a description on the shooter?!

Stick a fork in us. We’re done.: Make him coff it up!
