All of the products that I am using today will be listed in the description box down below, be sure to check out the description for everything that you need to enhance your feminine journey and your feminine walk. I have classes courses that you can take to start. Your feminine Journey today so be sure to look in the description box for all of your needs. Thank you starting off with the care care setting lotion. I love adding this for moisture, and I start with this. Whenever I am washing my hair by myself, this adds moisture back into the hair into the hair strand, and I apply it all over my hair, the body of the hair and my scalp as well, and I absolutely love this product. I'Ve been using it for years. Even when I was not relaxed when I am applying all of my products, I take my time. I really try to tend to myself to enter my hair, and this is a part of my self-care self-love routine. It is so important to me girl's, daughter, vanilla, leave-in conditioner. I just love the smell of this product, so that's why I'm really using it, but it also provides really nice, moisture and locks in the moisture that I need for my hair as well. I'M going to comb both of those products through my strands, I section off my hair first and then I comb through - and I mainly do this to 10 to each section, not for any particular reason, but just to tend to everything um separately and as you saw, I add the spray heat protectant from Tresemme. I comb that through as well or brush it through as well before I begin drying, I use a medium heat to dry, my hair, so it does take little bit longer. I also air dry, sometimes as well, but as you can see today, I have places to go and things to do so. I had to whip out the blow dryer to start blow drying my hair just to get it done so that I can continue on with my day and, as you can see, even though this video is sped up, I am taking my time. I am not rushing, even though I have somewhere to be. I will take my time to tend to myself to tint to my hair, no rush time waits for me and I do what I need to do to look my best for that day, foreign. You won't believe what just happened. My blow dryer stopped working. Oh my gosh and I only did half of my head and this whole side is still wet. So I'm gon na try to see what I can do. Luckily, my husband is home, so I'm gon na see if he could check the meter in the garage to see if that's the issue, so oh my gosh, I'm so sad, like literally nothing is working. I tried to plug it in to plug it back in nothing. It'S it just ran out it just like completely shut off, and I want - and I know that sometimes when you use too much heat it'll stop. But I wasn't, I literally have been using low heat medium to low heat, because my hair is relaxed and doesn't need that much heat so I'll be right back. The Show Must Go On darling, so my husband graciously attended to my needs that day he was home. Thank goodness and he was able to take care of the power outage that we had, and luckily I was able to continue what I was doing and enjoy my time and enjoying myself. So I don't let that stop me. I gracefully and graciously ask for help when needed. I don't try to take care of everything by myself, so I delegated that issue to my husband and he was able to take care of that for me. Okay, so so my hair is done. Okay, um! I did end up straightening it because I usually prefer my hair to be a straight. Sometimes I blow dry and not straighten, but because I was doing this Vlog today, I decided to go ahead and straighten it. I wanted to just give a little quick um what I do with my hair. I do go to the salon at least twice a month, so I do every other week, and I just do it like that, based off of my paycheck, so every other week I will go to the hair salon to get my hair deep, conditioned and professionally styled, Which is what I think has really contributed to the health of my hair. Before I got the relaxer, my hair was starting to fall out in clumps because I just first off, I was super stressed, but second off, I just didn't - have the tools, resources and products to take care of my hair. So I have been going to a beautiful hair salon here and actually the owner of the salon specializes in natural hair care, but she does know how to take care of relaxed hair. So if you are in the Orlando area, I will link the salon name and location down below so that you can check it out if you're interested but yeah, so that's it and just very quickly why I decided to go ahead and and relax my hair after 10 years of being natural was just due to my lifestyle. I am a busy mom and I worked full time and I just didn't have the capacity to maintain the curls. So I caved and I went to relax her and I must say that, although it's easier to have a relaxer because of the product, but the maintenance is a lot more so um so yeah. So that's it for my hair care um. But, as you can see, my hair is long. I'Ve always had long hair um and you saw the products that I use in it and what I do I blow dry and then I uh straightened it also. I must add that I only blow dry and straighten my hair once so. Rather, I'm doing it or I go get it done at the salon. I don't redo it so if, by some reason, if for some reason my hair gets wet or some reason like it just you know something happens to it, gets wet or whatever. I'M not gon na go ahead and restrain my hair until my next wash day and I wash my hair every other week. I hope that helps and I hope that you enjoyed watching me, um prep, my hair
