Wand Curls On Blown Out Natural Hair | Spring & Summer Hairstyle

Hey y'all welcome back to my channel or welcome to my channel. If you are new, my name is desiree jean, so i'll, be showing y'all how i achieve these curls using a curling wand. So i am starting out with freshly washed hair and i did apply just a little bit of some leave-in conditioner and then i will just go ahead and begin to blow dry, my hair. So for the blow drying process, i will apply a few pumps of the garnier fructis sleek and shine anti-frizz serum just all over my hair, making sure i'm really getting that in there and then once i do that, then i will spray some of the tresemme heat Tamer heat protectant, just all over my hair, making sure i really get that in and then after i spray that, then i will section my hair off and begin to blow dry. So i will be using the revlon one step, hair dryer and i will just go ahead and just blow dry, my hair in sections until it is all blown out - and i really like using this blow dryer just because i don't have to do the extra work. Um, you know having a brush in one hand and blow drying the other hand or having like a comb attachment to the brush. This one just makes it super easy and it makes the blow drying process go by a lot quicker and it actually really really gets. My hair dry, especially my roots, we say goodbye until it hurts okay, so once i'm done blow-drying my hair, then i will go ahead and just add a small amount of the anti-frizz serum again um to my hair, and then i will start to curl my hair. So i will section my hair off and then take just smaller parts of those sections and then i will just go ahead and wrap my hair around the curling wand. Going away from my face and once i wrap my hair around the curling wand, then i will just hold it for about 10 seconds or so and then i will just slide my hair off of the wand with my nails and then just hold my curl. Just for a few seconds, um just for it to cool off - and i do this just so that i can keep the form of the curl a little bit and i do recommend using a heat resistant glove like the one that typically comes with the curling wand. Because i did burn myself a few times and the wand i am using is the her styler wand. I believe, and it does not have a temperature setting on it. It just has like an on and off switch, so i don't know exactly what the temperature is, because i've had this for eight years and i don't have any of the packaging um, but i'm just going to go ahead and continue this whole process um from throughout My whole head working in small parts. You know why i'm here don't act like you know how i feel, but let me tell you what you mean to me slide on me for that meet and greet with me in the moonshine sipping moonshine. I'Ve been meditating. For me, time takes a toll on everyone. They say time is merciless, even wait for us to change time i am stressing now i can't figure out what to say. Oh time, just give us time time looking back on pictures, and i find it hard to see. Okay, so once i'm done curling my hair, then i will just go ahead and give it just a little fluff in and i would typically spray my hair with a slight holding um hairspray, but i did not have any, which is fine, because i do like my Hair um to be like a little more wavy once the curls drop throughout the week um, but this is how my hair came out. It'S super fluffy super cute. I really love what the curls are the way it feels the way it just flows. This is such a really cute spring and summer hairstyle, okay and before i end this video, i just wanted to come and show you guys how my hair looked towards the end of the day um. So i've had my hair like this for about seven six, seven hours or so, and it did it get a lot bigger, which i really love, but it still held up some of those curls.
