Hello, everyone welcome to my channel. My name is Felicia Meza. Do your guide to help you design the best version of you by looking and feeling your best today, I'm going to be showing you how I achieved a bantu knot out on wet hair using our vasoya hair products I'll be using their advanced hair repair system, and These products are sulfate and paraben free. I have heard amazing things about these products, so I was so excited when I got the opportunity to try these out on my hair. So do y'all see what I'm working with. Do you see what I am working with see? Cuz the way my Mane is set up, I'm clearly gon na have to put in a lot of work. Today, I'm going to start by shampooing my hair with the Repair moisturizing shampoo. I absolutely love the packaging and the way this product smells and it did a pretty good job cleansing. My hair after rinsing out the shampoo I am going to follow up with the repair daily conditioner and I'm just going to say that this conditioner smells like professional salon. Goodness I do find that the RV's Illya products have a really mature, clean and fresh scent. I'M applying the conditioner to t-shirt dried hair. My hair is just wet and moist enough to absorb the conditioner. This conditioner has a lot of slip and it left my hair feeling incredibly moisturized after rinsing out the conditioner. I will be following up with the hydrating argan oil mask. I am going to be applying the same application technique as I did when I apply the conditioner, and this hair mask is nice and thick just like I like it, a little bit really does go a long way, so I really didn't need much to coat. My hair evenly notice that I am only applying the hair mask to my hair. That starts just above my ear all the way around my head. Next, I will be using the premium argan oil hair treatment to lock in the moisture from the hair masque I'm going to apply this over the hair mask once I have fully distributed the hair mask and the argan oil treatment on my hair, I'm going to let That sit on my hair for about 40 minutes. After renting out my hair and applying my leave-in conditioner, I am now ready to style my hair. I am now working with moist wet hair and I am stretching my hair by combing it out. I am going to begin detangling my hair with a comb to stretch and smooth it out. I find that combing out the hair. It helps the curl to be more defined and less frizzy. I am sectioning my hair in squares and applying the argan oil hair treatment for moisture. As I detangle eight. As I begin to prep my hair for the bantu knot, I am applying the ultra curl defining cream as a styler. This is going to help with the curl definition. I absolutely love the packaging for this product because the pump is so secure and we all know how I feel about secured pumps. I do find that this product dries rather quickly and leaves quite a bit of flakes and residue, so it's best to use as little of this as possible and work quickly as you can when twisting and also to add a little bit of moisture to the cream. I will be mixing it with the argan oil hair treatment now for the fun part. Let'S do this thing. My personal technique for doing a bantu knot is twisting a section of hair a few inches away from the root. This will prevent you from twisting the hair too tight, and it will give you the best coil, as I am twisting, I will keep twisting until my hair begins to coil into a knot closest to my root. As the hair continues to coil. I will twist the hair that is not yet knot and I will twist that hair around my finger and then rope it or wrap it around the knot. I will continue this technique until the entire hair has been twisted and roped around the knot and has completely formed into a bantu knot. You don't worry if you don't get it. The first couple of times practice makes perfect, and you got this if, at any time, you're been to not spill a little too tight, then untwist them just a little bit to loosen them up. You can also take whatever section you need to take down and retwist it just to make them a bit looser, just try not to twist too tight this time, and this is what my hair looks like once it is completely banned to nodded. I am going to be wearing a silk scarf over my hair and then securing it with a bonnet to preserve my hair overnight, while I'm sleeping this is going to help my hair from becoming frizzy. While I sleep I'm allowing my hair to dry overnight into the late afternoon of tomorrow to take down the bantu knot, I am gently twisting the knot in the opposite direction that it was knotted in. Oh, my. That definition is everything to me now that all the knots have been unraveled. I am applying the argan oil hair treatment as a finisher for shine. Then I will gently separate the curls. I am going to be using a hair pick to give my hair some shape and Valium I'm going to continue to pick at the roots and lift them until my hair expands into a really big spiraled afro - and this is the finished look. I will leave all the product information down in the description box if you're interested in checking any of these products out. I hope you all enjoy this tutorial.
