Hey guys, what's up welcome to my channel, i'm brianna and today is the best day of my life, because i am here with you guys. So a subscriber commented and asked me did i, like tresemme better than the current heat protectant, that i'm using i've never used. Tresemme before so today, i'm putting it to the test and seeing which one i like better, so is it going to be tresemme or silk elements keep on watching? I was prepping to do this video for you guys in the middle of it. I was like okay, let me come because this is obviously an important part of the process, the blow drying. So basically i've already blow dried. My hair on this side, with my silk elements - heat protectant and um, as you guys can see, this side is still wet. This side is fully blow dried. The shrinkage, as you can see, um. I use this on my wet hair and i also use my silk elements on my dry hair as well so going in on this side with my tresemme. This is the keratin smooth five in one system, it's a heat protectant up to 140 450 degrees fahrenheit, and i sprayed this like on my hand, and while it is a mist, it's like wet silk elements is more of like a oil-based spray um, even though it Doesn'T like weigh your hair down and it doesn't make your hair look oily if that makes sense. So i wanted to get the other um heat protectant by tresemme, with like the the spray out top that you push like this, but i think they're kind of rebranding or something because or maybe the target that i went to was like sold out so um. I was like i'm probably not going to be able to use this once my hair is dry because it's gon na make my hair wet again because, as i'm spraying it on it's definitely making my hair damp um. So i wanted to come and show you guys. This part, so i'm just going to go ahead and blow dry this side and show you guys how it looks afterwards. So foreign i'm gon na go ahead and flat iron, my hair, but for this side i'm not going to use any more product because i don't want to spray this on there because it's wet it's like a wet um feeling. So i don't want my hair to revert, but i am going to go ahead and spray a little bit more of this on this side, because that's how i would normally do it um, i feel like it, doesn't feel like much of a difference. Um but like i said, i guess it just depends on what you like, but i definitely want to go ahead and press my hair out and see what the results is. Oh is so i am finished straightening my hair and, as you guys can see, it turned out really really good. Both sides are very weightless and they just look gorgeous. So i'm happy with the way that my straightening session turned out, but i want to let you guys know my thoughts on these different heat protectants. I have been using silk elements for a long time. I love it because it is something that can give my hair a shine, a outer shine appearance and also is heat protectant and also i can do. I can spray this on when my hair is dry and when it's wet and it's not going to weigh my hair down so my first impressions of this heat protectant by tresemme, is i definitely like it. I feel like it's great for wet hair like if you want to heat, protect your hair while wet. I think it works very great with damp hair and i don't see a problem with using this on wet hair and then going on top of it with this, and i guess it also depends on what type of heat protectant you usually like to use. Do you like to use like a oil based um heat protectant or like a water-based heat protectant, so i think that's the difference between these two um. Will i buy this again possibly. Will i use this again? Definitely um, like i said i can't see like outer appearance, i can't see a difference, but i do like the fact that i can go back in with my silk elements. Just for a finishing look in the finishing results and, like i said i just kind of go crazy with the heat protectant, because you just never know, and you don't want to damage your hair and with this, if i were to spray it on my dry hair. It would get puffy, so i definitely still like this one more, but i don't see anything wrong with tresemme or using them both with this one with wet hair and this one on your dry hair. So um, let me know your thoughts down below guys. Let me know if you have tried these and we can chat down below. So i love you guys. So much remember do what you love and love what you do and i'll see you guys in my next video you

Brianna Rashay: Hey Loves! I had so much fun doing this video. Let me know which heat protectant is your favorite down below! Should I start a VS. series here on the channel testing out different products? Let me know down below!

Robin L: Tresseme has been my go-to for years! I used when I was relaxed and now when I’m natural for blow-outs and it’s always been consistent with its coverage.

miss breezy: Beyond the zone sold at Sally's, under $7 and smells great! I also love the affirm heat protectant on relaxer days, and the olaplex bonding oil is really good for both a heat protectant and oil when I do my olaplex treatments

Msnetnet Jones: Hey Bri! Thanks soo much for doing this review! Yea you can't really see any difference as far as performance goes. Your hair turned out great on both sides! I like to use liquid heat protectant because I have very fine hair, but I love the idea of using the Silk Elements on top once dry to keep from reverting...great idea! Thanks for Sharing!

RelaxedWithDee: I am all for a good VS series Weightless press on BOTH sides

Pretty Brown: The silk elements is too oily for my hair. Smells nice though! I’m looking for something weightless and not oily.

0tismadaline: Thanks for giving review on both, and you did a great job on your hair

ms.chelle: Beautiful results. Looks like a little more shine on the SL side.

ReeRee: I like tresseme but it has always been just okay for me.. I cant wait to try the silk elements!

JMocha 74: Good reviews on those heat protectant! I been using heat protectant serum and it's been weighing my hair down. Going to try the Chi heat protectant.

L B: The tresemme looks more silky and feathery in my opinion

Whitney Walker: Besides heat protectant, do you use any other type of leave-in product after washing?

AlizMari23: You can get the Tresemme Thermal Creations Heat Tamer spray on Amazon or Walmart.

AlizMari23: Go ahead and get the Revlon Volumizer Plus or one of those brushes from that line and you will save so much time doing your hair, and it's way better for touching up your blowout after a hot humid shower.

Real Talk New York With Janique: The Side with the Tressemme Looed smoothe when you blow dried it!

Nomcebo Ndlovu: Is it safe to switch to a different relaxer? I’d love to start using ORS

Lovely sosweet: I saw you on ORS box I switched and I love Ores relaxer! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Carbonet: Which one is cheaper?

S Wisdom: Hey! Can you remind me what relaxer you use?
