howdy frens ;) so I had the random urge to style my hair and figured why not try bantu knots since I haven't tried them in a while. the last time I tried them my hair was much shorter so it had more volume but since my hair is heavy and has grown since, I wanted to see how the curls would lay. they didn't look bad! I actually was really impressed :)
forgot how uncomfy they are to sleep in though :(

So why you going to like, while you're gon na, keep this thing from me video today, I'm going to be doing something that I'm sure there was like a whole bunch of other videos on and that's Bantu nuts. I'M about to do some bantu knots in my hair. This is my first time doing these, so I know how they come out, but it's been a while on how broad I'm so sorry been a while, since I've done them - and I kind of want to see how they're gon na turn out, especially like my hair - Has not been at this length in a while and the last time I try them. I believe my hair was a lot shorter, so I kind of want to see how they're gon na look on my medium length hair by the way, I'm filming this on my iPhone. I have the iPhone 11 in gang, but I heard that it's really good quality and, like it's YouTube, worthy so um. I know that quality has been pretty good, but I haven't filmed any videos, a video like this, though we're trying to things on 20/20. So, as you can see, like I kind of have a little bit of like a wave to my hair, that's because I kind of had them in there and they're already for like ten minutes, and I took them out and I came downstairs and I was like. Let me just film this forever again. If anybody wants to follow me in social media accounts they'll be up here, and they will also be in the description box as well. So with that being said, let's go ahead and jump into this video when it comes to bantu knots. I don't know I'm kind of just kind of they're, not gon na, be even like I'm about to show you. That'S probably not even even - and I don't - I hope I don't care. Oh and another thing I went to Leo's here. I normally use scrunchie, but I don't have enough scrunchies to do the amount that I'm doing so, I'm just gon na use all barely use them. That'S why they still there cuz they stay in the same little same little, spot okay, section my hair off I'm gon na put this to the side. Okay! Now I'm just going to fix it in half by the way. This is not a tutorial. I don't think it is I'm just filming the process. I don't know, I'm just curious to know how it's gon na turn out and I'm sure you guys would be curious as well. Alright looks like we got ourselves a little pre-ban soon and normally, if I'm doing some type of twist in my hair, I'll put some type of leave-in conditioner, and this is the Garnier Fructis sleep and shine instantly smooth leave-in conditioning cream. But whenever I do some type of like overnight style like this, I always think it's a decent opportunity to like do a hair mask. Also, I find that the hair mask or the cream allows the hair to like hold in the bun. Whatever helps it is. Try not to do it super tight either, because these do not be comfortable. I kept getting comments on my overnight heatless curls video asking how I sleep with the buns. Until me, honest those are not uncomfortable to me, but these bantu knots are ridiculous. I can't my head literally pounds, maybe it's because I have them too tight, but, like I actually trying to sleep with these and press against, like it just already feel this one's gon na be a little too tight. Maybe not we'll see how that goes. I'M gon na see what happened if I, like kind of help them going opposite ways, so this one I had it twisting that way. This one I'm gon na, have it twisting the opposite way. This is low-key. A hairstyle like business on the Left party on the right again, you split this might be a little random, but I do the top piece first. Maybe this is common sense, but I do the top piece first, because the bottom piece kind of lays here, as opposed to me, try and do the bottom piece and keep these hairs out of the way. It'S just easier to do the top piece and then better be out the way. The more you know, I feel, like everyone kind of already Wow. No, this this is a look. Okay, I'm just gon na go ahead and speed through this darling. Okay, we're done so. I feel amazing, I don't have as much as I thought I was gon na. Have I mean I'm feeling a little something up here, Michael I'm definitely feeling a little bit. It'S like 11:30 right now, I'm going to go upstairs. I have my spray bottles. Have my spray bottle upstairs and I'm just probably going to like real quick spray it over my hair just a little bit just to dampen it a little? I should have done that before I. I realized that now I don't want to wet it too much. I am trying to see what it looks like with dry hair, so I might just go over the buns a little bit with some water, but I will see you guys in the morning, so it is not the morning. I am going to go ahead and take these bad boys I'll actually had these in longer than I expected to it's like 11:30, the next day yeah. I just did not plan to leave these in that long. I woke up at 9:00. This morning I was like I'm taking a little plan when I left my room. I had family over Souls like okay, so um got to talk it in such so now I have the opportunity to take them out, so I'm gon na go ahead and do that real, quick, I'm actually surprised about how well they stood. Take my fingers through okay. So this is how my hair is looking. This Center is like flat. Oh so I'm gon na try to figure out a way to like fix this. This is what the back looks like. I really don't know what it looks like. So hopefully it looks. Okay, I'm trying to get some of these pieces to loosen up, like you see how, like some of these pieces, keep on intertwining together, trying to separate those for some reason. This piece here like didn't curl as tightly as like other pieces, so I'm trying to like Hopkins. We might have just something actually gon na try to clean this up a little bride to style this to where it looks great, and if I can't then I can. Okay, so I just went ahead in throw everything over to one side, so it kind of just looks like a regular everyday look. I used to oh my gosh. I remember, but I used to like do my heatless ways to my hair and I super hair to one side, and this is how you see where my hair and eyes go not exactly like this, but the whole like to one side type of thing. Although my waves were a little more messy, these look a little cuter I had to play with my hair. A lot had to do a lot of shaking and a lot of combing or teasing to get it this way. But I guess all you got ta do. Is really like to play with it and see what you could do, I'm about to show my sister, because she has curly hair and like she has naturally curly hair, naturally beautiful beautiful curls, which I envy her for, but they are so beautiful. Oh, my gosh bless those girls. Sorry, I keep touching my hair, but I'm also trying to like this is new. So I'm going to be touching it. This video came out good.
