Tapered Haircut (Natural Hair)

Hi guys welcome back to be for you with Danielle, and today I am going to show you guys really quickly if you haven't seen anything different by now that I cut my hair guys. Yes, I finally broke down and cut my hair. I had been wanting to wear my hair short for quite some time. I'Ve been natural for five or six years now, and my hair grew out tremendously. Like really Tula, I would say it was probably like medium length. It really wasn't really long unless I actually blew it out, but it got to probably about right here, maybe on my neck, and the sides came down about right here, but I kind of like. I was just tired of the way that I felt like you just didn't, have no shape no nothing and I just felt like it. I just needed a change, so I went and I got my haircut yesterday and I actually liked it. My daughter doesn't like it, but I like it a lot. It'S very. I think it's going to be very low-maintenance, even though I still have to do. A lot of you know put a lot of product in it, but for the most part, I really like it. What I did was, I went to the barber shop yesterday and I went and got my haircut. I wanted to go to an actual hair salon, but when I called around - and I actually went to three different beauty salons yesterday - I got a little frustrated because they actually turned me away because they told me they don't work on natural hair and I was like What okay, so that really made me feel some type of way, so I ended up just going to the barber shop I walked in, didn't didn't even wait long as soon as I walked in somebody just took me. I sat in the chair and it was at. It was actually a lady. She you know I had already washed. I had already shampooed conditioned my hair, so I didn't need to wash it again and so what she did was I shoulder some pictures. I told her. I wanted a tapered haircut and because I want my hair to grow out a little, you know into a different type of style. I told her, I said just go ahead and just cut it off my shoulder a few pictures, and this was the outcome and I actually really liked it a lot. I cut off quite a bit of my hair. It was never. I never was caught up on length. It was always about healthy hair. For me, I really could care less. I, like short, hair, short hair to me. I think it looks good on me I'll switch up from time to time. You know if I really want some hair, I always just put on a wig. I got plenty of those you know, and just you know just for some versatility, but I'm actually really liking. This short hairdo right now, it's easy for me and it fits into my lifestyle right now, for the simple fact of the matter is that I am working out I'm trying to lose weight, I'm on a weight-loss journey, and this will be a lot easier for me, Especially when I'm in the gym, because since I have been working out, I've been sweating in my with me having a weave that just wasn't working for me, because I wasn't able to actually get to my scalp. So I decided to go ahead and chop it off and it's about to be summer. You know and okay, I don't fully being bothered with in there. You know, but she did a great job. Well, my hair cut, so the sides are really are tapered. Pretty short, I don't know you guys really can't. I think that just I'm recording for my tablet, but I don't think that you guys can really see the texture of my hair and all I did was pretty much. I just put some gel, like I did the I just put gel on the sides and all throughout the back and it just kind of like curled up, and I just like you know, let it go now. Sometimes I will wear the front over and pull some of my curls down and rock it that way, but the way that I did my twist out, I'm not going to be able to pretty much wear that style. So I think that, because the way I did my twist, I did Mike Swiss my flat twists going towards the front, so it's kind of like stuck in that mode right now until I actually retwist to restyle my hair, but it's very versatile. I want to continue to let the front of my hair grow out and keep the sides and the back pretty short since I've cut my hair down, I have like I don't know about so many different textures of hair. Going on in here is ridiculous. My hair is very tightly. I'Ve always had very tight curls anyway, but is really kind of like they just want to do their own thing so, and they've always wanted to just do their own thing. So I just kind of like mimic them a little bit and just play around with them. Sometimes I have two bobby pins some down because they don't want to act right, but I just really wanted to come in and show you guys my haircut I'll turn around. Here'S the side and you
